Hotel Infanta Isabel in Segovia

Very nice hotel

1. Paper thin walls. Im writing this at 0400 after being woken up by loud guests that the hotel doesnt seem to mind . I can hear my upstairs neighbor walk around their room perfectly. You can hear every door in the hotel open and close2. Unsanitary. No sheets are provided, just comforters and theres no way they are washing all that between guests.3. Old and outdated with maintenance needs everywhere.4. Air conditioning is very weak.5. No blackout curtains. I hope you like getting up at sunrise.

You will never be disappointed when youre staying in a hotel that is right in the Plaza Mayor with access to everything within easy walking distance and fantastic views of the Plaza and the Cathedral. This place is a MUST

Stunning location in the main square. We visited during the annual fiesta and had a grandstand view of the show from our small balcony.Great place for sightseeing. Comfortable rooms and good shower. Recommended for a trip to segovia

I just had a wonderful experience at Hotel Infanta Isabel in Segovia during Holy Week (Semanta Santa). The location for exploring Segovia even at this busy time was great, and the room on the 4th floor was comfortable and had a nice view. The double glass windows really kept it quiet. I like the hisorical feel of the place. I also appreciated the kettle for making tea and the tv with CNN. Everything was fine, and most staff were helpful, but I have to say that one person made my stay especially memorable with her kindness and efficiency, Graciela in the breakfast area was incredible! She kept everything running perfectly with great food items always fresh and the area spotlessly clean even when busy with many people. She interacted with everyone I saw with care and kindness. One can see she loves people and has a big heart. Best breakfast operation ive seen anywhere in Spain!

Charmer in the centreWhile we were a bit hesitant to book the room here given mixed reviews, we were glad we did! THough the hotel’s vibe and fittings felt like a basic accommodation, the old world charm and atmospher it exudes more than made up for the lack of luxury. Location is perfect even if little classic hotel. Must try pork BBQ at restaurant at ground level. nice memory.

The location of the hotel is excellent and is on the plaza mayor.The room was comfortable and warm. Old fashioned decor which was nice but everything starting to get a bit old.Breakfast was good.Staff very helpful.Car valeting service excellent 👌

They located just in front of Plaza, which has so good vibe. You can walk around the small allies and town so easily, super close from cathedral. Especially their breakfast is super great, fresh bread and fruits are served by Grace, kind and warm hearted woman.

Wonderful place to stay

This hotel is at the very centre of the city, you can visit the cathedral nearby and go back to the hotel for the toilet. The location is really supreme if you come without a car.If you have a car ,you need to meander through the narrow streets to reach the hotel and it is really scary.If you come with s car , I think it is better bto find hotels near aqueduct.This hotel will park your car for you at Euro 15 per night.This hotel is good price, the bed is very comfortable, it has a very clean water flask for hit water.It is quite clean, very bright, overall rating is very good.

Spacious rooms, clean, helpful staff, close to everything

Nice Hotel, lovely breakfast, good service, wifi slow when my group was all in building, but fine when they were out. Bathroom in suite was lovely, beds comfortable with lots of pillows (even several body pillows). Location is in a Piazza with shops and restaurants and a stunning catheral steps away. A little loud at night if your room faced the square. Ear plugs and sound machine helped. The stay up late!

We had a beautiful rom overlooking the main square. The rolls are well-appointed and the staff is friendly and efficient. Excellent value. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room and very accommodating. We needed a room at 3 am, and they were able to help. They also had a tasty and reasonably priced breakfast available.

The room is very spacious with a kitchen provided. The view was not the best and €8 per person for breakfast is simply not worth the price for the extremely limited menu.

We spent two lovely nights in this amazing hotel, with a spacious corner room facing the plaza, and enjoyed hearing the town hall clock bells chime. The room has cute antique radios mounted on the wall.

The hotel was really nice and the staff was friendly. The bedroom was really comfy and warm, since I went in the winter and they had the heater on. The bathroom is quite good and overall the room was really spacious.

Back after some fifteen years and its hardly changed apart from rooms being updated. Great location for a two night stay. Right next to the cathedral and facing the Plaza Mayor.

This is a great hotel, with a historical feel to itIt has a friendly atmosphere from the time you check in and through out your stay. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. Our room looked over the central square and the Cathedral.The buffet breakfast had a large array of food so that you could have a filling meal.We would end our evening sitting outside the front of the hotel enjoying drinks and the atmosphere of the Plaza Major.
