Yehuda St 38, Arad, Israel, ‘Arad
A 1-minute walk from Arad Central bus station, this modest hotel in a town surrounded by the Judean Desert is 3 km from the Doll Museum and 11 km from the Yatir Winery.Unpretentious rooms have free Wi-Fi, cable TV and minibars, as well as coffeemakers. Some rooms offer desert views.A complimentary buffet breakfast is served in a relaxed restaurant, and there’s also a low-key cafe and a bar. Other amenities include a heated indoor pool and a spa area with a sauna. Parking is available.
Room were not clean. Old furniture. Bad breakfast. Really nice lady at the reception. Good location for 1 day to continuing to travel to the Dead Sea area
Good hotel in Arad, rooms are basic, no laundry available
Traditional local hotel. Not a fancy one, but easy to get, air conditioned rooms, breakfast etc. Dont visit like you visit hilton, but like good old Israeli city hotel.
They got gnrgy charger there if you ever get stuck
Not too bad!!
Very basic. Clean, comfortable, with polite staff...but very basic. Dont expect luxury...It is what it is; somewhere to sleep and breakfast if you are trecking the desert or stuck for the night.
The room is nice ricepshen is good pepel has a pool a.c works but not super strong over all its ok place
Dont trust the pictures. An ok hotel for a night, no more.
A very pleasant and clean hotel.
3 stars hotel BUT with service of 5 stars . nice for travelers
No wifi ,poor quality of bed
Fine, good for 1 night with kids. Good TV with Yes
Lovely hotel with First Class service and meals.
Rather small rooms and not very appealing food. However, given the price appropriate.
Great food, lovely rooms and good hygiëne
This is the only hotel in Arad, as far as I know. The food was good to average, service was very good. Room was clean and beds were fine. The place is pretty dated and can use a renovation and the pool is small. However, overall, I was satisfied.
Great location for people who are interested in Masada and the Dead Sea desert
Quiet hotel in arad. Nice staff and good food.Rooms can be a bit cleaner next time
Def not the nicest but probably the best for the area. U cant complain. The staff was extremely nice and courteous.
The hotel is quiet and nice for resting after a visit at the dead sea.
The worst hotel I stayed in a very long time. You pay a 4*-5* hotel price, but you get a worse than 1* experience:- Extremely noisy with visually no sound proofing from either inside or the roundabout in from of the hotel. I had a very hard time falling asleep with all that noise.- the elevators are a nightmare: they ring every time they stop on the floor and you can hear team 10 rooms down the hall- bed is very uncomfortable: double bed means 2 single beds with poor quality mattresses that slide over the night leaving a huge space in between.Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.
Good price. Homely. Friendly staff. I loved staying here.
My guest was not very satisfied
Good catering and strong stuff, but poor quality of rooms
I enjoyed my stay here, front desk service was always helpful and friendly, the rooms are serviceable though residual noise seeps in from hall and front street. Breakfast was good.
Surprisingly pleasant. Very friendly staff
Very good welcome in this hotel with good service and prestations. Better noise insulation could be useful on road windows.
Great location right next to the beach.
Less than average. Two single beds for married couple. Papercups to make your tea and coffee No water in fridge
Simple but clean, friendly , good wifi.
Small place the food is frozen and not good
Nice rooms, has the essentials. WiFi and data around the area isn’t all at great, but it was decent for one night
Poor service. Small rooms and not a good breakfast. The bed was OK.
The rooms were ok. WiFi was horrible. Some doors didnt lock very well and were confusing.
Not so bad but not so good!
Basic accommodations but nothing more. Decent breakfast but nothing special. Shabbat-friendly key-based locks on rooms. Larger rooms have larger fridge. Pool was very small, and only open on Friday/Saturday, but water was nice and it is in very close proximity to elevators up to room.
Nice place, clean rooms, food was ok, convenient location. Not fancy but respectable.
Nice and clean Hotel. Not to expensive
A really quite place if your looking to find quite and peace, but not much to do in Arad
A clean, suitable option when in the area. Central location. Just the basics, but no complaints.
Great lodgings here, quiet, good views.
It was okay. Food was great. It was pretty clean, although the place looked old.
First let me say, not one picture on Google Images look anything like the hotel I stayed at in Arad. The receptionist tried to charge me about $220 but thankful, I spoke to many people who stayed at the hotel previously and I knew the price was off. When I addressed the price she said, "Itll be $100 and you wont get breakfast." Seriously? $120 additional dollars for breakfast?I gave it two stars because it was clean and I slept well (not that sleeping well can be credited to them). This was a $65 room AT BEST. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, NO WASH RAGS, NO INTERNET, NO CLOCK, NO BLANKET, NO A.C. UNIT, and ONE PLUG (in the bathroom).I was insanely sleepy and I slept very well. If youre looking for luxury, find another hotel.
One of the worst dumps in all Eretz Yisrael
