Hotel Hilton Condado in San Juan

Has a cute small beach in the front

First, the good. The location of the hotel is great. The pool and the beach access on both sides are great. Very close to kayak snorkel rentals, and helpful concoergw services.Now, the bad. The hotel is very overpriced and the rooms are not maintained. The exterior of the hotel is not maintained with peeling plaster and paints. Only one of the 6 restaurants is actually open. Walls are paperthin. They also offer some complimentary water bottles and coffees at their affiliated Starbucks but you pay a 35$ resort fees for these when you check out.It would be a great hotel if the price point was 40-50% lower in my opinion.

Where is the free WiFi that has a decent speed. I had to use data which is my pet peeve. Now I feel like my parents that booked this hotel is gonna be upset when I used more than 4 gigs of my shared data. This place has a nice exterior but besides that the wifi is awful. It hardly even works. Also the elevators dont work half the times and are atrocious! I cant believe my parents made reservations to this heap. The pool and bar area are nice but besides that its bland. I spent 4 to 5 nights here and I wanted to just kick back play some games watch YouTube while in my room but I could but without a Terrible connection. You guys need optimum desperately!

Pics online were absolutely beautiful you get here there is construction being done at the hotel. The bathroom has a refrigerator in it which is unsanitary. One trash can in the bathroom for the whole room. I was a little disappointed. I will stay on the actual beach next time!

Room 365 assigned to us was not ready for occupancy do to the fact that the bath room had a lot of water on the floor.I called, someone came in but did solved the problem.Our room was changed next day was number 684.There the TV did not work properly.Photos were not taken.Thank you.

Great location, not for kids. At least not during Christmas 2020. Great escape for the ‘partying adult’ in you. We had a “skewed” experience because of Covid. The staff was exceptional. Absolutely Beautiful view of beach. The waves crashing into the rocks will make you as tranquil as you can become. That is an experience in itself. A must see.

So Far with the Governor’s Executive Order in affect this property is in full compliance with social distancing, temperature checks, and limited services. I was skeptical that we wouldn’t be able to do anything since these restrictions took place after our booking and we couldn’t cancel our trip, the staff is professional and genuinely courteous, they even waived the resort fee. This is our first trip to PR and the property maximizes the ocean breaking views off the property, the pool space is great for the kids (reservations requiredrestaurant still open and serving great food, and store front with everything you need From clothes and toiletry items and PR souvenirs...more to follow...

Its nice but it smells like humid mold throughout. Welia a ongo humedo.

Blood stains on pillow. Door lock broken, electrical socket hanging out of wall. Mold in bathroom air vent.

Every day I woke up feeling like Im still in a dream. This hotel was truly a amazing view and wonderful people to help me out everyday. Thank you for making a life time trip possible.

Loved our stay. Great location and you dont need a car to see the sights. Definitely get out and eat and drink around town!

The rooms are nice .there are no bars functioning in lobby areas. Poolside bar is only open Thursday- Sunday. Rooms only get cleaned every 2 days. On our 4th day we were told the main pool was closed and wont open for a day or 2 for cleaning. SMH theres no telephone service you must text if you need something from front desk / services, no entertainment here. Very Dead Atmosphere.

The worst Hilton I have ever stayed a year since the hurricane and its a mess

Great hotel but cant give it 5 stars. The hot tubs arent very hot, one of them doesnt even get bubbly and its a pain to get in and out of the showers, you have to straddle the toilet just to get in and out.

Not too bad. I stayed on the Lagoon side and the view was nice. I enjoyed having a Dennys downstairs, but I had a few issues with them billing me for nights I didnt stay in the hotel.

Love the place, great service

Very dissapointed with the quality of service. Weve had to sleep cold for three nights because they couldnt make the room right. When it was brought up to the front desk, they said in a very rude mannor that they couldnt promise anything, so i guess it is another night we will have to sleep in the cold. Glad I brought my jacket because if its for the front desk lady, well be checked out by the time we get sheets.

The rooms are big, the bathroom is also a good size, the views are breathless.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the wifi logs you off daily, there wasnt a microwave, and the freezer of my fridge leaked.

Very nice hotel for hurricane response

The Condado Hilton was a great place to stay. I was there about a month after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico and the hotel was recovering great. The Dennys in the lobby provided great food and excellent service.

I spent 46 nights in the Laguna tower, arriving just after hurricane Maria. The staff were wonderful, working diligently to restore the full functionality of the hotel. Since I stayed there during the disaster my review cant do justice to all of the amenities that are normally present at the resort. However the staff there are top-notch and the facility will be beautiful once again.

Thin walls so you can hear neighbors and hallway noise. Doors are very loud. Old musty rooms that use central air. Requested staff to clean vents so be aware of this problem. No internal phone service. An occasional small plane flies over!Tile floors which are cooler on the feet but nice and clean. Bathroom is very very small! King bed is nice and low to the floor. Balcony is nice too with good view over the lagoon.

My group choose a family suite, which was very adequate for our needs. I will definitely use this property again. The staff was pleasant and ready to please its guest. The wifi was a little difficult to manuever , we had to rrquest assistance several times. I would stay at the property again

Great hotel for vacation! Pretty busy night life if you are into that. Wonderful views!
