Hotel Grasia Syariah Semarang in Semarang

This my first time visiting grasia hotel, i never knew thats grasia have a really big ballroom... So here i just 2 chance to come and i just get facility in ballroom, no room no other... I think its an old hotel but i do have fun this time...

Location is strategic, yet could be extremely noisy at dusk since its situated right beside the main road. Room could use some more detailed cleaning, theres a cockroach! Thankfully the staffs service was excellent.

There was a cockroach crawling around the furnitures :"(, and was trying to call the housekeeping dept but no one was around picking up the phone. The breakfast package was charged 100k, coming with fried rice using undercooked rice (cause the textures still hardand seasonings was just okay and not mixed evenly, only got 4 ordinary condiments (sunny side-up, hard fried chicken, sauteed veggies, fried noodlewhich sunny side up and veggies can only mend the disappointment.

I came for meeting, it s clean and the staff is informative. The meeting room is spacious and clean. The lunch and breakfast taste good.

We reserved this hotel in 3 weeks ago, badly this one was only hotel we got while other hotels were full during peak season. The location is strategic, you will easy to find them.I knew we just had pandemic situation, but so sorry this hotel is far I ever expected. Price was 1mio/ night, i thought it was expensive with things they had.4/10 for their cleaning.My husband asked more foods, they just put it after he asked it.If you have plan to Semarang, better to take a reservation several weeks before or you would experienced like us, hard to find hotel.

Important thing to know, ini hotel syariah.. we have to show our marriage book if were a couple. nice hotel, ecery type of their rooms are including bathtub. the room are spacious too.💛

The hotel is easy to reach, located on the main road. The perform of the hotel from the front is nice and standard. The back building as a new building is impressed and it need be improvised. Room for meeting low ceilings, seem cramped. The parking lot seems rundown and unsafe. Parking attendants are plentiful but few care about visitors who are confused about parking. Parking space is sufficient if only for meeting activities under 50 people. The taste dishes are ordinary, tend to be salty. Standard services. Restroom is quite clean. Hotel rates are upward.

My room is okay, but when I came in at one spot of the corner there was some red liquid spilling on the carpet. The cleanliness would be 4 out of 10. The bed, the sheets is basically 2 thin sheets folded with a blanket in the middle. The bathroom has a creepy vibe. The breakfast is much better than the room itself. But they have poor storage management because they ran out of sprinkles early and didnt have more. The lobby, when I arrived the floors and tables were sticky perhaps someone dropped a substance and the hotel staff didnt clean it. The elevator, its very small and the buttons look broken. So this is one of the worst hotels I went. But there is a new building which I didnt check out. I hope its way better than the old building (:

Spent one night for my friend’s wedding. Ordered queen size bed but it’s just two twin beds combined into one with thin bed linens. The room doesn’t smell nice. The hairdryer didn’t work. The bath room smelled. And the worst thing was before checkout/leaving out the room at 11:40ish, there already another guest hurriedly went to our room. I thought that check in was started at 2pm, but why these new guests were knocking at our door at 11:40ish???? That was bad experience for us.Good thing was the hall’s pretty ok, that’s it.

Good hotel with cheap price and still have a good location! Located at central of Semarang so you can explore easily. Near from Lawang Sewu and Simpang Lima too.

Antique decoration. Clean. If u want to feel 15 years ago vibe. U will like this place. No swiming pool but there is a hall. Hot water, bathub and watafel rather a problem in my room

quite ambience place, still authentic, away from the city hassle, classic room with bath tub attached... wow feeling.

Even though the staff is nice, but the room is dusty, the bathroom smells bad, the bed cover is thin and short, the pillow case is not clean, the sink clogged.

this is my second visit to this hotel, its worth the money if you want to find a tranquil hotel

Three stars hotel with low budget facility. The convention center is not really big for international seminar but its fine.

Stayed here during a workshop that was held at the convention center just behind the hotels main building. It looks like an old hotel but the facilities mostly still work well. The price is reasonable, room and breakfast are okay. The hair dryer at my room didnt work but when I called the housekeeping, they sent us another hair dryer right away. The staffs at the receptionist were friendly but I think they can be more responsive and informative. For instance, when I arrived, I didnt notice that the convention was separated from the hotel. When I asked the receptionist, they just said it was at the back side of hotel, instead of explained that it was located in different building and how to get there. Overall, my stay was okay.

Location is good.. near with some good restaurant. Room is good, pretty neat. Aircon works well,but shower pressure is too weak and water heater sometimes not really hot. I ever stay here and want to shower on 10pm but the water is cold, staff said because too many people using it and ask us wait for 1 hour. Staff were really nice but i have bad experience with restaurant for breakfast. We book it from agoda Japan and we dont find any notification if we dont get any free breakfast. So we went to restaurant for breakfast.. for 2 days it was fine. On the 3rd day staff said that we dont get free breakfast because we only pay for room only. I was like "and you just notice us on our 3rd day? So how do you work on our 1st and 2nd day?? Seriously?". They only said it was new staff fault. We stay there for 5 days but not sure if we will coming back if they still hire unprofessional restaurant staff.

Cheap, bang for your buck, friendly staff, hard to find parking during peak hours

An old hotel, with big potential for renovation. The room air con is noisy. The room has some unused smell upon entering.But the good thing is that it has big convention hall and a big mosque.

it was a uniqe hotel ive been visited . there was always a adzan every sholat came. and they have a good topic in their mosque. and actually they have a good food and room too. sambal is my favorite.

2rd floor...merapi hall.. Wide... Comfort... Good...wide parking area for motorcycle and car

Hotel which convention hall located across the street. The building is quite aging. There is only one public sanitary facilities at the hotel and is not so clean though.

No non smoking room, so the room smell not fresh. The shower water flow was weak. The Aircon in my room 104 was noisy i cant sleept so i turn it off. My personal experience it spooky my door open it self and the kettle something switch it. The good thing is the fiendly staffs

This is the best of hotel. This hotel have large space for park. Then the masjid have many activities for increasing our knowledge about Islam. Then. This hotel have two part. The first part or building at the front use for room you can get night and also hall. In the second part of this place at the behind of first part. I will tell you the hall in here. Merapi hall located in the 3rd floor. Masjid at the basement like park area.

I didnt stay overnight just taking part in the meeting hallthe location behind the hotel but strategic can be reached by taxilarge meeting place with comfortable carpetThe mosque is available on 1st floor and there are several clean mukena on the shelfplace of ablution separated between men and womenthe bathroom is clean and comfortable

Nice, there was a mosque, that nice comfortable mosque. With the large hall, we can doing many event there.

The staff are friendly and willing to help. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and tasty.

Its ballroom is very comfort also I found that they have wheel chair access

A good Sharia Hotel complaint.Its intended for whoever feels safe with Syariah, for older people, and family at very affordable price. The location is quiet, shady, close to county garden, hospital, gas station, but far from minimarket. Taxi and online transportation is accessible

Been here just for attending my friend wedding at the hall. So I cant say much bout this place. But so far, the service is pretty good

The services are good. But the room is too dark even I have turned on all lamp in the room.

Bad hotel with poor and old condition. Air condition, toilet are not working anymore. Noisy from ac and exhaust fan. My other bad experience is we booked deluxe room with double bad but unfortunately we get twin bad, very small and unforcomfotable matras. When I go to customer service they said that another room is full. OMG. Not RECOMENDED!!

When you reserved one of the halls in here, you will get a great and hospitable services. The managers are very friendly and try to memorize some usual customers, even though the customers still college students. The food is great, with many variations and you can get refill. You also get bonus room, when you reserve hall. Recommended for seminars, training, or welcoming party. With its strategic location, just for the added value which this hotel got.

Only went to the convention. The design is okay, room is pretty convenient. But when I was at the parking lot, I found it was hard for me to find any sign or direction to go to the convention. No staff was available

It is a comfortable hotel... The staffs are friendly but you need energy to move from one building to the next building.. But it is nice

The hospitality is good. The price is fair for what you get. One of least Islamic hotel in Semarang, they provide the room with Prayer Mat, Hadith Book, and of course Al Quran.

Considered good hotel with such price. They have best people, and a great service. But they need to repair some wall on the room.
