Hotel Grand View, Barudkhana Road in Sylhet

This is not a review on stay over.This review is on their staffs behaviour.Lack of manners:Recently I wanted to apply for a job in their hotel as they posted on Instagram for job vacancy.but their behaviour really disappointed me.If this is how they talk with anyone and their behaviour is,I’m sure they treat clients and everyone the same way.

The parking system is the worst. If a guest parks their car in either of the basement, you get a phone call at around 5:45 AM to move your car because some one has to go out. This is utter outrageous!!!A big NO from me....

Dinning facilities are not good.

A worst experience it was!Room booking was done in booking.com but when we arrived there, they told us that the exact room is currently unavailable, so, they will be giving a better room at the same price of what we have booked online. For that, they told us to cancel the booking due to some formalities they have to follow. But the saddening part is that, during the check-out, they rejected to accept the price, what they have promised while the check-in.It would be better if the authority could be a bit more professional and stop such unnecessary nuisance and scam to the travellers.
