If you guys like to enjoy the beautiful landscapes with river views of city dwellings, this hotel is highly recommended for you. A bit expensive though, but you will definitely enjoy the service and other things!!

The only star rated hotel in Barisal located at Bandh road near Barisal police line and Bangabandhu park. The location and view from the hotel is mind-blowing. There are highest 87 rooms and 4 conference centre available. However currently around 47 rooms are in operation. The interior is contemporary and comfortable. There are swimming pool and restaurant inside the hotel estate.Food options and quality is an area of improvement. Its very costly compared to any similar class hotel in the country.

In Barishal town,Hotel Grand Park is best as a 3.5 star hotel though no other alternative hotel yet as like as this.Location is good near Barishal lanch terminal. You can enjoy natural beauty with gentle breeze of Kritonkhola river if u get any road-side room on top floor.Rooms are spacious. Rent is moderate.Foods with buffet system is as usual good though it should be upgraded. Hospitality is as usual good. Small pool is also here.

They say they are the only five star hotel in barishal. I consider it to be a upper range three star hotel. But you have to admit that there is no competition of Grand Park Hotel at its level in barishal. Its one of a kind. The location of the hotel is top notch, very close to barishal launch terminal. You could infact enjoy the beauty of the Kirtonkhola river from the top hotel rooms and verandas. The rooms are spacious. Services are great. But their restaurants services and food menu needs an upgrade

Always had a great experience staying here. Although this time around, I found the bed cracking noise way too much. Hope it was one off thing. Other than that the service & hospitality were great.

It will be the best choice in Barishal City if you afford the expenses. It has gorgeous outlook and extraordinary interior. As Barishal perspective it will be the nice choice for guests. I recommend it. You can go for it without any doubt but you it will be expensive choice but they try to serve you based on your payment!

So far the reception is good. They have wifi. They offer complementary breakfast. They also offer a complementary section of food including fruits, water and tea and coffee. You can get hot water in the washroom. The hotel is clean; staff members are well mannered.Visited there for the second time. The dinner is good. I tried their soup, rice, vegetables and chicken. All of the food was fresh. Their breakfast includes a variety of items including Chinese, Bengali and continental items. This is a must try.

Their food and rooms both are upto the mark. They even have a small pool at the 1st floor. Buffet breakfast was also OK but I found their service a bit slow while serving us. As the resturant and the lobby is in the same floor, sometime there were bad smell coming out of the resturant while u were waiting in the lobby or on your way to ur room in front of the lift.

I did not expect such a huge building which is very beautiful also. Rooms are big and 🛌 are comfortable. Very clean environment. Providing the toiletries also. A bit expensive I think. Rest are fine.They provide free breakfast with lots of options. Staffs are cordial and well behaved. Love to stay again.

Even though I didnt stay in the hotel but stopped by there for Chinese food and it was super tasty very clean and the price is reasonable I suggest this place.

Very Good hotel in Barisal. Here people get healthy and quality food. This hotel service and internal external both environment is very good. Here a conference room also available . People can take the Conference room for any function.

This is my fourth visit to Grand Park Hotel and 2nd visit within a week. Rooms are clean and Hygiene. Foods among the breakfast items are not upto mark as it claims as 4 star hotel. Staffs at reception seems to me unprofessional and not capable to handle more than 3 rooms check in at a time. For room service need to call several times for the services. Bad smells comes from water at toilets. I have asked for it and got the answer that it was or electrical geyser.

One of the amazing hotel at Barisal. Accommodation is really impressive. Service 10 out of 10. You can stay there if you want hassle free tour. Food is reasonable but depends on food. Fish price is so high I think. But behaviour of their stuffs are really awful.

Really an amazing experience I had during my stay at Barishal, all credit goes to Hotel Grand Park. They are very cordial, the rooms are well furnished and maintained, and everything is so top notch.Satisfied

Good experience, but they have very hard polcies! I had to pay BDT 500 for missing room key, though its not intentional. We approached to wave it, but they gently decline it. 500 taka just for a plastic card key is simply a big penalty which may create negative impression to the customers who are really comfortable with reasonable flexibly.

At the time of check out they said one of the hand towels was missing, which in fact I put it on the ground after wiping my hands. We had to pay for that with our total bill for one night stay. I am a Bangladeshi Canadian and travelled all around the world before this pandemic, I have had not experienced like this before. I had to wipe all the tables including night stand because there was dust on them.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please look for better hotel that don’t do business for the sake of money. This industry demand friendly customer service. Thanks!

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. The restaurant buffet is delicious but the amount of items on offer is limited and the a la carte menu suffers from long wait times. However, these can be easily overlooked given the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent WiFi.

Based on my experience this is the best hotel in Barishal.It has,- Good and comfortable bed rooms. Including presidential suits, family suits, single and double bed rooms.- Swiming pool (but small)- Gym (Not so good)- Restaurant with Buffet (999 tk per headand regular choice from menue.- Coffee shop- Spatious parking- Hot n cold water in room.- Complementary breakfast- Free wi-fiAnd generous staff....A little costly than others, but it worth the expenses.

This is the official accommodation whenever I visit Barisal. Very neat hotel with modern amenities and under tight management. The buffet breakfast has a good spread, and their egg chef (I call him The Egg-Masteris really top notch! They have a small and not-so-deep swimming pool, but at least its there when I want to take a dip! Swimming is complementary, by the way, as well as the buffet breakfast if you stay overnight.

Great place to have some quality time with friends and family. Ambience inside the hotel is nice but but food service is not upto the mark. As a Star rated hotel there should variations of choice to offer. Considering the price point the food and service should be upgraded.

Hotel Grand Park is one of the best Hotel in Barisal. I stayed therefor a few days. Erfan and Hotels staffs were so nice. Make me feel like home again. Food was outstanding. I told all the friends in USA please visit Grand Park if you visit Barisal. If I am heading to Bangladesh then I have plan to visit Barisal. One of the best hotel in Barishal City. So far there is no similar standards hotel in the city. All needful services are available here. Regular room price is a bit excessive but they provide discounts which is around 40% now...so with discounts you will get a suitable package here which worth the money.

Ambience is very nice. Spacious lobby. Architecturally very eye catchy. Very less variety of food, however taste is not bad. My toilets hand-shower was not functioning smoothly and had a light flickering all the time. Also, overall hygiene should be improved both in terms of rooms and dining.
