Hotel Granada centro Navarrete in Granada
Description
Nice place With good and clean bedrooms. To return for sure on another visit.
Staff were nice and friendly, very helpfulRoom was small but cleanThere’s a huge window in the bathroom but it’s not transparentIron was given from the staff when you ask them toVending and coffee machine availableWe had breakfast included, it was served at the next door hostel, they were very rude to us sp we decided to cancel our breakfast but the hotel couldn’t do anything about it, which was really frustrating
MoreThe room was too small and hence restricted movement. It was clean and centrally located. This made it likeable.
MoreThe guy in the hotel was very friendly and helped us with the penalties 👍
Our room was at the front of the hotel with a juliet balcony. For the price and super location this hotel was really good value. It is very popular presumably because of room rates and we have stayed here before so knew it was in a good location for bars, restaurants and seeing Granadas attractions.
MoreVery unpleasant experience with incompetent hotel staff. I made a reservation with my credit card, which they were only meant to charge on arrival. However a few weeks after the reservation, and a month before the trip, they tried to charge me, which was rejected automatically by the credit card company as suspicious. I emailed to hotel to ask, and they apologised for inconvenience caused, nothing else. Then a week later my reservation gets cancelled without warning. When I asked, they said it was because I didn’t provide a valid credit card, which is untrue! They didn’t try to charge the card again, or ask me for an alternative card. So now they’re fully booked and I have to find another hotel. No apology from them! Good riddance anyway, if they can screw this up they can screw anything else up! Avoid avoid avoid.
MoreThe hotel is clean, the beds are confortable, the staff is friendly and helpfull but the noisy neighbourhood especially during the night damaged our sleep (some people cried on the street until 2 a.m)
MoreThis is literally the coziest, cutest place! We absolutely loved our stay here. Theres no in house breakfast, but its literally across the street from a little hostel and cafe, where they serve vegan/other health foods. We went there twice and it was so convenient. This place is located in a quiet area, so we were able to sleep so well and were super well rested. Make sure to leave a little earlier for the bus to the airport--we had a bit of difficulty finding the bus stop, but make sure to just line up where other people are with suitcases. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Granada!Note: Visited in Jan 2020 but catching up on reviews because- COVID.
MoreGood quality hotel at a good price, but the immediate area is pretty dull. No in-house breakfast. Its a 15 minute walk to the city centre and half-decent bars and restaurants. Parking garage is a nightmare. I would choose the south-east of the city next trip.
MoreExcellent value for money in centre of Granada. Highly recommended.
The rooms are pretty spacious, the quality of the beds and pillow are really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, showing us around the place and how to get to the parking space and breakfast place (both are a 2 minute walk from the hotel). Both services previously mentioned are esentially flawless. Parking is 13 euro per day and the key for the parking key you have to give them a 10 euro deposit, in case you lose it or break it. If you dont, you get the whole deposit back, so its no biggie. Breakfast, if you dont choose to include it in the initial price, costs 3 euro. Also, the AC has some problems, it doesnt register temperature properly (it only blows the same cold air).Id like to point out that our stay was less than 24h, so we might have not had time to point out any problems.
MoreFriendly, clean, comfortable and smack bang in the centre (with car park spaces for a little extra charge).
MoreThe hotel was very clean.. Staff were really helpful but our standard double room was tiny..(room 307)Would book again but different room
MoreI spent in this hotel two relaxing weeks. Well designed and quite spacious room, beautiful location, nice and competent people...And their food...you HAVE TO try their churros - otherwise it´s like you haven´t been to Spain at all. I wouldn´t say that I´d find such a perfect place at this price. Definitely coming back in the future!
MoreThe hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Good relation quality/price. Very good location. Nice staff.
MoreVery helpful friendly staff. Simple clean hotel close to the centre.
The hotel is very clean, but the best thing about it is the staff, super available and polite. The location is also great! You can walk everywhere quite easily
MoreExcellent value for money. Pleasant reception staff.
Really nice clean hotel in a comparatively silent back alley with friendly staff. Pillows in the bed are something to get used to first, as is the optional garage, and the included breakfast might not be filling to everyone. But aside from those few things a pleasant stay close to the main attractions of the city
MoreBrilliant value for money. Rooms are cozy, well lit, clean, and well maintained, with all the needed amenities. The hotel is situated a short walking distance from all the main attractions and has excellent public transport links.
MoreGood relation quality/price. Very good location. Nice staff. Silent and clean.
Good location and friendly welcome. But small rooms are claustrophobic and poorly maintained. Would rather not have a TV in the way than have a broken one. Shower head in bathroom was also broken. We were consistently woken by noise from the corridor outside our room. Breakfast, while excellent, is at a cafe around the corner. Especially loved the fresh orange juice.
MoreFor the price we paid for this place, we are super happy about it. The location is very nicely located, right by gran via. Making it super easy to get to some really awesome sites. The best part is the staff here. They really helped us out by recommending places to eat and things to do with the limited time we spend here. Really enjoyed our stay
MoreA clean and cozy place to rest at night after walking all day around Alhambra. Its location is good.
MoreGreat location, clean hotel, parking expensive but available.
Decent location, helpful staff, kept having to ask for toilet paper!
A very no frills room but sufficient for a nights stay. It was challenging to get to it due to all the one way streets and construction. Parking is available in a nearby secured lot for 13€ with a 10€ deposit for the key. It is a tight fit getting in and out. Our key wouldnt open the door from the inside so we had to use the key by the door and drag it open ourselves. The receptionist didnt seem phased when we mentioned our key failure. No in room mini fridge so we bought a cold beverage from the nearby store.
MoreStaff are great, rooms are fantastic for the price. Water runs cold! WiFi is a disappointing but you cant have it all!
MoreLocation is quite good, about 10 minutes walk to the cathedral.Rooms are a little small, but big enough. The beds are good, although we only got one huge pillow (2m wide), where I prefer to have 2 separate ones.Theres no breakfast served, but the clerks can suggest you the best breakfast spots in town :)Overall a nice experience with clean, contemporary rooms.
MoreClose to the center, clean. Good value for your money. Parking is a little far but walking distance, public parking with paid validation from the front desk.
MoreThe hotel itself is behind of of the main roads, so at first we didnt think we were in the right place when looking for it. The street its on is a little run down with graffiti everywhere. The rooms were clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathroom looks really nice and modern. The room is a bit on the small side though, and while theres a fridge available at the reception desk, no fridge is in your room. Pretty small TV, and you have to ask reception for the remote. When cleaning services cleaned our room, they forgot to restock our room with two shower towels and only left one. Overall, its okay; its a good place to stay if you just need a room to crash in.
MoreI found the hotel using Google maps walking directions and it was easy. I stayed in the individual room that was rather small, but had all the necessary and was clean.
MoreThis hotel is in the good location where we can go everywhere in 15 minutes. And the service was pretty good. The room is really cozy and neat. And whenever you want, you can take hot water-shower in bathroom. Anyway I had a great time in here.
MoreThe hotel is in a very central location but hard to find..Do not try to find it by car, its located in a narrow street where parking is prohibited. The room is small but very neat, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is new and very clean. We had a hard time to call the hotel, nobody answered the phone. In general I would recommend this hotel if you re looking for a central, cheap and comfortable place to stay in Granada.
MoreOla amigos y amigas. Thank you very much for making our stay in your hotel so comfortable. You were always friendly and courteous to us and you were always on hand to offer us Irish travellers help. Thank you one and all for making our stay in your hotel from October 3rd to 10th 2014 so enjoyable. We hope to return to Granada in they very near future and look forward to staying with you again. "Go raibh maith agaibh" - "Thank you" in Gaelic. (Monica and Tom).
