Mega miejsce dla osób które uwielbiają stare opuszczone i zniszczone miejsca. Tu akurat jest jest efekt pozostałości po wojnie w latach 90. Można zwiedzać lecz trzeba uważać gdzie się staje. Sporo elementów typu gwoździe, szkło lub elementy zwisające z sufitu. Dostępne dla każdego. Brak ochrony bądź innych służb które by to pilnowały. Oczywiście wchodzisz na własne ryzyko. Polecam każdemu kto lubi tego typu atrakcje.

Relikty minionej epoki. Z roku na rok w większej ruinie.

Toen we bij het hotel aankwamen wisten we niet wat we er van moesten verwachten.Eenmaal bij onze kamers aangekomen waren de bedden niet eens opgemaakt. Het toilet en de douches waren nergens te bekennen.We hebben er ons maar aan overgegeven, en zijn gaan slapen.Toen we die ochtend wakker werden was het uitzicht heel mooi, hier krijgt het hotel pluspunten voor.Na ons aangekleed te hebben gingen we naar de eetzaal. Deze bleek ook helemaal leeg te zijn. Toen vonden we het mooi geweest, en zijn we halsoverkop vertrokken naar het andere naastliggende hotel. Hier over zijn wij iets meer tevreden, maar ook daar was lang niet alles op orde.+ Goed uitzicht op de zee.+ Ventilatie was goed+ Mooi dakterras+ Leuke hotelgasten- geen toilet- geen bedden- lege eetzaal- zwembad stond droog- veel stof- geen ramen- geen vloerbedekking- gammele trap- anoniem personeel

Lack of hot water and lifts were not working. Anyway, great stay there.

Worth a walk around the coast line

Es war sicherlich damals ein prunkvolles Hotel mit einem tollem Anwesen. Die Geschichte ist leider sehr traurig.

Nie wypada pisać że jest to świetne miejsce, jest to pomnik wojny, strasznej krzywdy ludzkiej. Biorąc to miejsce w kontekście turystycznym robi niesamowite wrażenie. Jeszcze jak się pozna historię tego miejsca, jak wyglądało wcześniej, to wszytko potęguje. .

Zależy kto co lubi. Duża dawka Urbexu. Plus,że nie wygląda jak toaleta, minus- dużo śmieci. Gdyby to trochę uprzątnąć byłoby wspaniale. Miejsce jedyne w swoim rodzaju.

Ciekawe miejsce, zupełnie odmienne od obrazu wybrzeża Chorwacji. Nocleg w specyficznym "klimacie".

At first glance the abandoned buildings around the sandy beach are not a big attraction. When i did some research why they were left in this state 30 years ago the history of this place becomes very interesting. The complex of the 3 hotels used to be a tourist place for VIPs. Now nature takes over them. There is something scary and fascinating looking at them and walking inside the destroyed corridors and rooms. Strongly recommend

Das Hotel ist mehr oder weniger eine Kuriosität, ein gespenstisches Relikt aus der Kriegszeit, aber der Strand davor ist einfach nur genial!

If youre into urban exploring, this is the perfect place to visit. Lots of buildings to explore. I would recommend taking a good flashlight and boots, as there are quite a lot of dark areas and nails and glass everywhere. The buildings are up for demolition, so if you do want to visit them, dont hesitate and just go there!

A must go if in the area!Caught the local bus from Cavtat one morning.The area is full of history of the past wars!

Straight off the beach into the ruins of the Goricina , very evocative especially with the sounds of the kids playing in the sea 50m away.Take comfortable shoes and a torch as its quite gloomy inside

Really really interesting place to visit. It might not be everyones cup of tea, but it is history you can actually see. Its a very interesting day out... and its on the doorstep of probably the nicest beach around the Dubrovnik area, or the most like sand at least. Several other hotels to explore, ravaged by the war and left to rot.

Hotel Goricina is a historic landmark of the home land war of the former Yogoslavia. Learning about the cruelties of the civil war and seeing these monuments left to decay more than 25 years after the ending of the war is a bizarre contrast to the locals sun bathing and swimming in the clear blue waters along the beautiful beach.

Unexpected. You ca go where you want. Wear good shoes and repelent.

Lots of glass so make sure you have shoes. No security and pretty empty. Be careful were you step as some of the stairs are crumbling away.

Ruins left by the war, covered in graffiti, historic quotes and phrases. It shows the remains of a great hotel an is accompanied by a beautiful beach. If you are Croatia you must visit it.
