Hotel Goldener Adler in Linz

After reading the reviews I was nervous to stay here. Although I was satisfied and have stayed a couple times there now! It was great location, clean rooms and aircon! They were not racist to my Asian partner as other reviewers said they were. We were happy with our stays at this hotel. Very basic but good for a short stay.

Fantastic accomodations, modern, clean, and well cared for. Daily cleaning provided. Restaurant on premisis was very good. Rates were appropriate. Staff courteous and very friendly.

Friendly staff, and very helpful - better than most in the same price range. OK parking option. Clean and comfortable beds. Not so great view. Curtain necessary due to close neighbors. Quiet air condition. Easy to sleep.

4 stars, really?? Such service and attitude are far from even average. If you want to have a unbelievable bad experience, go ahead.

Great hotel. Comfortable bed, very clean and the personnel is super helpful and patient.There’s free parking and you can use a washing machine and dryer for not too much. Which is perfect if you’re on a roadtrip.The only downside of the hotel is that the curtains let through a lot of light which wake you up quite early.

Nice location. The rooms are very nice and clean. Parking in front for free after 18:30, if you find a free spot, or 100 m away from the hotel parking for free for hotel guests.

Very large room, comfortable bed, reasonable price and good location.

Great staff. The lady at reception was exceptionally kind ( blond curly hair- cant recall her name- Im really bad with remembering names 🙈 She came all the way down from reception to the street in front of the hotel to check that we have parked at the right slot so that we dont get a parking ticket. Later in the evening she helped me sterilize my 5-months old babys bottles and made sure I had enough hot water for preparing his milk. We had a room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious and very clean. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Thank you , guys! If we ever go to that part of Europe , you will be our choice for accommodation :)

Hotel from nightmare. We booked room with air cindition, and they give as room without, on 35*C. Staff was very unprofesional , liars and rude. Dont booket this terible place

The location is perfect, less than 10min from city center and Lentia shopping center is right away. The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean. Good wifi. The breakfast for 10 euros a day is great and has planty of food to choose from. Overall good experiance.

We love this hotel! The rooms are very nice and you can request rooms with a balcony you can smoke on. The Bier garden is lovely and the food is spectacular!

The hotel is good, with a slightly off entrance. Breakfast is more than adequate, although at moments the breakfast room can be crowded. Location, although north of the Donau, is good with a mere few minutes to the main bridge. Rooms are slightly dated, but clean.

There is nothing more justv room with TV.There is no slitter or tooth wash accessories.Also the watter pressure is not good.

Nice place. Rooms where nice and cosy but staff was not friendly and lacked morale. Also maybe a logo change is in order

Staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is also nice. However as the main door shuts, it makes a big noise and it woke me up a few times in the morning.

Good internet connection, close to some restaurants and a shopping centre...a regular hotel.
