This place not so big. But it is okay to arrange small family gatherings/official seminars in the hall room. Food tasted good...

Its a very good hotel. I go to this hotel very good. Here are the facilities here, I liked this hotel well. The environment and the environment is very good, when there is a other other such feelings, it takes like a home.

Hotel service is not Bad. Service was Average good. You will get restaurant service inside of hotel. The restaurant service you will get on hotel room just need to dial correct extention number and you will get food on your room after specific time which will take to prepare it.

Old building, service is so so. They do not provide drinking water complementary.

Service is great to be honest,its mid level hotel .Single rooms are 1300tk ,and 2600tk for duo.

The behaviour of it’s day shift manager is very rude and unhelpful.It wasn’t a pleasant stay.Btw overall service was good.

Great location in syhlet, wow what can I say the food is on a different level... stay in cox bazaar long beech hotel which is a 4-5* hotel. But doesnt compare the food quality or quantity then this place.great customer service, very attaintative towards my needs whilst staying here for 2 nightsbit more cleaniless torooms, and the lift is poorly maintain

I stayed 3days here.. room rent was 1800tk.. Worst service ever..1...When I ordered dinner, their food tray was dirty and full of cigarette ash2...they always serve food without spoon,fork,knife3...Ceiling fan had a sound like a machine gun4...In 2018 they are using a vintage window AC which cant cool the room5...I feel nostalgic when I saw the small crt tv in the room, may be they bought this from tea stall6...wifi speed is 256-512KBps7...Room service is epic. They clean the basket in the commodeOnly positive thing is room size...

Hotel Golden City Conference Room is a good place to have conferences with maintaining standards.

Poorly maintained rooms, cockroaches and bugs roam freely in the rooms at night.. bed sheets had holes and stains, towel was a shade of brown, bathroom filthy.. breakfast was over priced and they ran out of eggs and were too lazy to go and get some from down the road.. only good thing about this hotel.was its position next to a good and affordable restaurant (sampan). if youre looking for quality and comfort you will not find it here unfortunately.

Its very pleasant business day out type hotel, where you want put down your head get up and go. So so clean if you are not fussy.

Room cleaning is good.Its old hotel.but they try to keep clean.

Hotel place in the meddle of the Sylhet city. Prime place. Very good location, but they need renovation. Restaurant food quantity r very poor. Overall its ok......

This place isnt bad for pass your night. Have supplementary breakfast. Room service is okay. Overall clean place. They have a restaurant at 3rd floor which is having a good view. Foods was tasty.

Did not stay at the hotel during this visit. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently.Reasonable price and prime location of zindabazzar.Traffic around the hotel is hectic as usual.

The hotel is at the center of the city. pretty clean and well decorated. One of the problems us that the whole building isnt for the hotel. There are other institutions like bank and showroom also. The price of the restaurant is also comparatively higher than other local restaurants. The waiters arent well trained. However, you can get better service if you take food from near Sampan Restaurant.

Good place to stay in sylhet. Their pricing is moderate but rooms are pretty clean and well decorated. One problem is they dont serve food after 11pm

Lovely hotel! Great front desk (helped me arrange a CNG hire), spotless rooms, instant hot water. Great sound insulation. Lovely dining hall. The best hotel Ive stayed at in a long time.
