Fair price but no that perfectly clean for tourists because this is not the newest Hotel. Only a few dust in chairs so its ok if you dont mind. Level 4 Deluxe room has bath tub (if you want). Try to get rooms at higher floor for good view and to avoid noise(Im not sure for car noise on lower floors that I stayed at the 4th floor). Actually windows are sound proof.

Reception stuff are very rude and always talk about the the rules that they dont even have.No respect to customer and they even talk rudely with group of peoples in a way that they want to attack only one customer.Rooms are old, dirty and need maintenance.The price is high compare to other hotel.Only car parking is good.I will never go to that place again.

Its just okay. Rooms need proper maintenance. It has a good car park in the compound. Breakfast is fine. A Shan restaurant next-door is good for meals. A good cafe is nearby too. The location is okay.

The hotel is slightly old, shower facility is not well maintain but still useable. The staff service attitude is good. Also a petal of flowers awaits you as you check in.
