Porque está en reparación. pileta es pequeña, espacio abandonado el espacio. No es 4 estrellas, ni cerca. El personal 10 puntos pero.deja mucho que desear. El desayuno es con comida de Panamá que no le gusta a todos. No hay variedad. Esta sucio. Ha conocido mejores épocas.

Habitación regular camas cómodas espacio adecuado instalaciones en pésimo estado ductos de ventilación con moho ascensores en muy mal estado pueden causar algún accidente atención de sus colaboradores pésima y alimentación de igual manera pésima comida claramente recalentada

Los cuartos son grandes, el servicio es excelente, el problema es que no hay restaurantes cerca y en los cuartos no te permiten apagar por nada el acondicionador de aire.

Es un hotel muy cómodo está aun terminando de remoldelarse pero sus instalaciones estan super cómodas.

El servicio excelente, menú apropiado, deben mejorar la zona de piscina que se encuentra abandonada y sobre todo pierde la buena vista que podría ser un atractivo.

Si vas a este lugar te puedes hospedar en las suites y estaras muy cómodo y con una vista de la bahía espectacular sobre todo en la noche

Buen precio. Buen servicio. Habitaciones grandes y limpias. Es un hotel que ya es antiguo asi que no esperes fachada ni instalaciones de lujo sin embargo sigue siendo un buen lugar para dormir, el desayuno abundante y rico siempre. Lo que sti debe cambiar es el tema de los ascensores que claramente ya están en las últimas.

Muy descuidado el hotel de lo que fue hace algún tiempo atras, aire acondicionado dañado. Muebles viejos. Ascensor defectuoso habitaciones en mal estado cobertores y sábanas manchadas y rotas. Desayuno deja mucho que desear.Deberían reestructurar el hotel.

The cleaning on the hotel has to be worked on.The breakfast meal is their choice. If you are vegan or vegetarian know that will be meat in everything.Sometimes the take a while to answer WhatsApp with requests from you… the area around is dirty and it’s not safe to walk at night.There’s no paper to put on the door like “do not disturb” they will knock on the door and ask if you need anything. If you leave the room, you will be back and it will be the same way you left. The will only clean if you there to tell them.My room had a humid problem, all my clothes got wet and felt like dirty, they changed me to another room with a shower had broken. At least ja was working.The only thing nice about the pool area is the pool, the chairs are dirty and broken, you can get scratches or worse from it. Be careful

Affordable rates , near to large supermarket and bakery , near to good criolla restaurants , great Panama canal view from our bedroom , nice and clean rooms .Our room had a phone , TV , save , fridge , private bathroom , hair dryer ,big closet and extra storage shelves .Mrs.Priscilla thank you so much for your caring and great customer service was above and beyond our expectations .Your are an asset to this company !

Clean, Cheap, and cheerful. Rooftop pool. Needs some polish. Restaurant not running during our visit ( visited here during covidstaff very helpful.

The staff was very rude and they also had no parking for my car.. All the surrounding areas are EXTREMELY dangerous at night time and they told me I had to leave my car in a side street at my own risk... The hotel rooms are okay.. The bathroom is terrible. TERRIBLE customer service.

Nice but a bit old

I will never reserve a room here ever again. The custoner service is really bad. The staff is very rude and moniter your every move. Very money hungry employees that act like the hotel belongs to them. I booked a room on priceline that gave the options of 1 queen bed or 2 full beds, i was traveling with my daughter, my sister, and my sisters 2 sons, so I picked the 2 beds of corse. Well we get to the room and I sign all the paper work. The next day we get followed and stopped at the elevator door to be accused of not providing acurate information. So i get into an argument with the staff because they saw us the day before and they knew we had kids with us but didnt say anything so what was the problem? Ive never had to register my child when I book a room, add her to the number of people staying in the room yes but never register her and the website didnt even give me an option to add the kids. It just said 2 adults and the number of beds. Well, apparently the kids had to pay to stay too, which was not a problem, I didnt have a problem paying, but the problem was that the lady had not charged us for the kids cause she didnt think they were satying too and the reservation was for 2 adults. But, the website didnt give me an option it just said 1 or 2 beds and that the room fit 4 people. So they charged us a nother $400+ and engaged into anargument with me. The manager was being very unproffesional and rude. I personally think that they thought we were bringing more people to stay in the room since my uncles were helping us bring some bags into the room. The whole situation could have been dealt with different if they had practiced good customer service. Truthfully, I wouldnt have stayed in this hotel after this if I could have cancelled the reservation with out beeing chageged the full amount.

Good if your on a budget. Bang for your buck

Stayed here with a large group of students on an educational tour of the city. The rates were very reasonable and the stay was relatively comfortable. Breakfast only accommodation but there are good places to grab a bite nearby. The decor needed updating at the time but that did not detract too much from our stay.

My stay at soloy was AMAZINGThe place is clean and theres always someone to assist your ever needMy only fault was breakfast in the morningsEvery day eggs and franks and that my friends and I couldnt used the pool after 7pm. Everything elses was good.

I attended a congress here and apart from the difficulties finding a parking slot, the place looked nice and well equipped for the event. Staff was friendly and helpful. The foods and drinks were good and well presented.I highly recommend this place for business events.

Not pleasant at all. The pictures they advertise do not correspond to the real facilities. Small pool. Rooms with moisture on walls. The hotel surroundings are not very safe. Not good options to eat near the hotel.

Good location close to the city centre. Nice comfortable rooms, good free breakfast.

Do not go out at night especially if youre a Caucasian.

Was robbed 2 blocks from the hotel. Dont go out at night. The desk girl didnt tell me that. Bell hop even screwed me over. Had a ride set up to go to airport then the bell hop told the guy he needed his cut so the ride price doubled. This place is in the middle of the ghetto.

Empty, dirty and not up to date

We had last minute change due to delayed flights and found this place. Reasonable value for price. It is basic bit rundown and old, area is a market place. Staff did not speak English, but was very friendly and tried to help accommodate our three kids in a room. Breakfast was good.

Stayed at soloy for 2 days in August of this year(2015). Not worth the money. The staff dont clean the rooms properly. The elevators werent working for a whole day. Had to take the stairs (and we were on the 11th floor. There was rotten food left in the tv cabinet. The room had cockroaches crawling around. I couldnt sleep the first night because of that. Had to get them to change me to another room. Do not go there. So not worth the Money.

Decent hotel in the city. Dont count on front desk staff speaking any English. We were on 11th floor - water damage from pool on roof above evident in all areas but grateful for distance above street noise. Beds were super comfortable. Included breakfast was different each day which was appreciated - got to try something local each time. Visited by a gecko our last morning!

Decent place to stay in Panama. Cleaners dont clean your room everyday, unless you say so. Limited to no parking.
