Hotel Eurostars Plaza Acueducto in Segovia

Recepción muy correcta. En la habitación bien la limpieza de mopa, desayuno bollería bien pero poco, muy escaso de comida caliente. Al frigorífico no enfría bien. Cama cómoda pero difícil de descansar demasiado ruido máquinas, la limpiadora limpiando a la hora de la siesta y se oyen portazos y aspiradora.

Dated hotel. No food or bar!Location couldnt be better.

Place is exceptionally located close to the Acueduct and nearby restaurants.Rooms are OK and services available needs improvement including a hotel bar as well as coffee in the rooms.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful.

This hotel is all about great views and great location! It was Sooo nice being able to look out the window to amazing views and then have the destination being just a few steps away. We ate right on the other side of the acquaduct and again being so close to the hotel was amazing!

Nice enough but getting dated. Air conditioning turned off for the whole hotel after October 1st even though its too hot in the rooms. Bar/cafe closed as is the restaurant after breakfast finishes. Some of the other services on the hotel website have also stopped such as laundry.Needs a lot of maintenance and some serious investment if its to stop deterioration.Staff at reception were good, given what they have to work with.

Pretty normal

My wife and four friends stayed here on May 13, 2021 and it was a super place through and through with some of the greatest views of the Aqueduct of Segovia that Ive ever seen. Breakfast was terrific as was the front desk. Nacho, who was working the desk the evening we arrived, was great and made us feel at home. When in Segovia, this is the place to stay.

Literally a stone throw away from the Acueduct and the historic town centre in walking distance.Reception staff is very friendly and helpful.The hotel has parking and the elevator takes you to all floors.We had breakfast and whether sweet or savoury you will find something to your taste from the self serve buffet and coffee and other drinks.The room has a small fridge and comfy big double bed and bathroom comes with soap, shampoo, lotion and conditioner dispensers.

Very poor reception staff; not helpful at all. Room had a veiw of the building next door, just a big concrete wall to look atI will not stay here again.

Room AC is excellent: one is able to move temperature up or down and it stays on; the internet goes off and on though. The elevator was not working at times but appreciate that it was repaired right away, just, it happened twice already during a 4-day, 3-night stay. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Front Desk staff speak English.

Everything at this hotel was simply perfect. The service, location, breakfast and price. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for a hotel in Segovia you should definitely think about this one.

If you are using their car park. Drive to hotel frontage. Their sign is not illuminated so we ended up in the public parking which is.

Great location next to the aquaduct. Easy access by car with private underground car park. Large modern rooms with comfortable beds.

Overall the room was excellent, very large and presented quite well. The location is fantastic especially for an overnight stay as it is across the road from the main plaza buses. The predominant downsides were the shower was very small as it is a bathtub-shower and a bit awkward to use. The room we got had a window which opened into an alleyway behind the hotel, so no nice views and as it was on street level and no privacy if the curtains were open. We also booked a double bed and instead got two twin beds next to each other, not ideal.

The room was comfortable and clean. It included basic toiletries, a fridge, shower and tub, bidet, and safe. The room overlooked the plaza and aquaduct but was high enough off the ground to be private. The staff was also courteous.

Excellent location close to the Roman aquaduct in the city centre. Front rooms with great views over the square and aquaduct, rear rooms with no view. Breakfast provided only basic choices.

5* for location, cleaned rooms, and nice staff. This hotel has been recently renewed: room is in good conditions, bathroom has very good size. Parking costs 15 euros.
