Hotel El Internacional in Masaya

This is a familiar hotel good prices and good bredfast. The pool have excellent size. The hotel has AC. And is only 10minutes walk to the heart of the city

We enjoyed 6 days at Hotel El Internacional. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with travel arrangements. The breakfasts and the smoothies were delicious! Our room was simple, but very comfortable and clean. Hotel is located several blocks from Parque Central, but walkable. Not a single complaint!

Lovely quiet place. Ronald has wonderful customer service skills. Clean and spacious rooms with A/C, good breakfast and nice pool.

El local en sí, y sus instalaciones brindan una excelente experiencia de comodidad, y su ligera lejanía del parque central lo hace un lugar grato para quienes disfruntan de la ausencia del ruido. No obstante, al contrastar el producto con el servicio, se aleja del nivel de calidad con el que me habia expectado. En general, el hotel es un lugar ameno para descansar y sentirse agusto para volver con nuevas fuerzas, pero no es el indicado para completar la experiencia de un servicio a la altura.

Overall pretty good place with friendly staff and clean rooms. The water pressure was a bit strong and was wetting the floor outside the shower area, but it was a good stay. In the night there was a incredibly loud person in the lobby keeping everyone up and my wife had to ask him to speak quieter. We felt like it should have been the staffs responsibility to have asked him to be quieter not ours.

No lo recomiendo comenzando la persona dueña de este establecimiento no tiene ni la mínima educación de como tratar a la gente sólo x no presentar mi pasaporte el animal x q no hay otro nombre al mentado Aldo nos encerró con candado las puertas y nos hobligo a paga 200 dólares x una noche y todavía amenazandonos de echamos la policía no lo recomiendo para nada para lo q cobran no vale la pena y al personal todos son igual q el dueño le falta mucho aprender a tratar a la personas y a ti Aldo yo te aconsejo q pases un curso de recursos humanos q te hace falta y mucho

Hotel El Internacional was a good inexpensive first stop in Nicaragua. The friendly Staff was helpful arranging airport pickup and our departure taxi to San Jorge. We enjoyed the small pool at the end of the hot days. The center of Granada was a short walk thru the Nica neighbourhood, with the Supermacardo just around the corner. We would stay here again when visiting Granada.

Excelente atención, habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas, la comida es muy exquisita.

Un sitio muy agradable, la atención del personal es excelente, habitaciones cómodas y precios favorables.
