Todo se veía bien limpio

El lugar es hermoso, muy bien ambientado y decorado. La decoración hermosa. Pero, el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Los empleados son muy descorteses, hay maneras de de ir las cosas. Lástima. Le preguntamos a una empleada que si podíamos disfrutar de la piscina después de hacer el checkout de la habitación y de manera casi grosera nos dijo que NO. Intentamos comunicarnos con la gerencia pero las gestiones fueron infructuosas. No regresamos más. Una pena, los puertorriqueños deberíamos apoyar a los nuestros… pero con un servicio al cliente como ese…no se puede.

Lo mas irresponsible que he visto en vida. Despues de hacer reservation para nuestra familia se atreven a decir que nunca llamamos. Mentirosos. Ademas que la que me atendio me tiro el telefono. El problema en PR es la gente y no el gobierno. Basura de servicio.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, Ive stood in bigger Hotels. For Price range, beauty, laid out, staff, cleanliness etc. Cannot compare. Humbleness of the place shows. Oh, by the way, first time there. My brother who lives in P.R. San Juan area, brought us there. We Will definitely come back.

Hairs on shower floor in one room sink in our room got clogged up hair on towels and pillow cases that our not ours terrible service music is playing while others are trying to sleep I do not reccomend you stay here at all just found more eye lid hair Disgusting rooms are small 75$ dollars for this really come on now.

Nice affordable place to stay in the western

To start with, I asked the front desk for a crib or pack n play for my baby, they did not have anything. I was yet to find a hotel I stayed at that did not have one. My room did not have electric plugs, just one and the mini fridge was connected to it. The bathroom was a mess, toilet leaking water all the time, as did the shower too. The air conditioner water discharge was inside the shower! There was no window covering in the bathroom and people could watch you shower. The hotels electric panel had a bunch of breakers collapse and we did not have hot water for a while. The room had a lingering smell, like a mixture of humidity and bleach. The floor was slippery most of the time. The front door had a door knob which stuck all the time unless you put some strenght on it to shut close, the door will just open. Headrest on the bed was always slamming against the wall, so did all the rest of the rooms, so we could hear other headrests slamming against the wall all night. Every bit of noise from other rooms could be heard in my room, even full word by word conversations from other guests. I will not come back again, terrible experience.

Its ok. If you dont care for the incorrect information that the site have contrary from what they have at the place, and the fungus in the walls you are ok. Also just so you know check in its a 4pm without the consent of the tourist office, and prices are different from what the webpage say. Is very peaceful and silent.

El Castillo Hotel is a good place to stay for long or short time. Beautiful, close to downtown San Sebastián and downtown Lares! Employees are friendly enough

Its beautiful, peaceful, affordable and cozy, close to restaurants, bakeries and bars. I will definitely stay again!

First time in San Sebastián, PR and the hotel was better than most big name hotels. The price per night is unbeatable and its location is very peaceful and relaxing. Definitely will recommend!!!!!

Excellent for a family weekend escape!!

If you stay in the cabinas you get treated better if you pay ,$20-25 for 6 hrs its a rip off. They say the rooms for $20 are occupied and we need to get the rooms $25. They werent occupied they just didnt want to clean it. We even offer to wait and they made excuses . The worst is the security guard.

Beautiful hotel nothing like the photo from the website. Clean with the basic amenities, nothing fancy.

First of all my bartender gave me one drink 30 minutes later came back and asked me if I already paid my bill never once offered me another drink food money other hand was exceptional but time of service I had to wait from 9 oclock till 12 oclock for our lunch Unexpectable secondly there are touring system was unacceptable they took us on a tour and had no idea what information to give us they simply said look at the trees if not for the food I would not recommend going there
