This laid-back, family-run hotel surrounded by mountains and woods is 1 km from Naeba Ski Resort and 3 km from Fuji Rock Forest. Sanroku train station is a 20-minute walk away.The casual, airy rooms feature flat-screen TVs, traditional low beds and fold-away bedding, in addition to shared bathrooms.Amenities include a canteen-style restaurant, same-sex natural hot springs, and open-air bath pools and whirlpool tubs, as well as a lounge with a stove and fireplace. Ski equipment rentals are available for a fee.

（客室）秋に利用。カメムシ、てんとう虫が館内及び部屋内に侵入してくる。暖房を付けると、カメムシが５匹以上湧いて出てくる（夜に退治したにも関わらず）。（サービス）通常の民宿と同じと思われる（場所）スキー場を利用するなら◎それ以外は△※周辺に食堂も少なく、コンビニもない。

2021年3月中旬にスキー/スノボ目的で1泊しました。4名1室で1泊2食（朝夕）付。とにかくホテルのみなさんが親切で感動した2日間でした。・プリンスホテルのバス停からホテルエフまでの車送迎・お土産屋さんまでの送迎・誕生日のサプライズケーキの用意・ホテル周辺のお得情報などなど・お腹いっぱいのボリューム満点のごはん・ジャグジー等など。10年前にも大学のダンスサークル合宿で利用していたのですが、元気で明るいホテルスタッフのみなさんにとても癒やされました。また同じシーズンに利用したいです。

Me and my friends with tokyo snow club stayed here start yesterdayAnd today I dont usually leave comment anywhere but this place got my attention, the rooms are not so good either not so bad , but ... but all the staff are amazing friendly helpful kind everything 😊👍 and that is very important 🙇🙇🙇And the food our dinner was so great thankyou , highly recommend👍👍👍
