Durbar hotel & residence is perfect hotel for family, its neat and clean, its new hotel, surrounding is too quite and the hotel staff are to corporative, miss kanchana help me out for the hotel booking, she helped me out with hotel location and everything I was new to Nepal its was my first visit, and the hotel staff help us very nicely, thanks to Susan and kanchan. If we will visit Nepal again we will definitely visit at Durbar hotel and residence 🙏🙏👍👍

The best place @Thamel, Ktm. Good staff. Perfect ambiance. It’s very peaceful and walkable distance to other points in Thamel. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Nice hotal

Overall a good and clean hotel to stay with family. Hotel is new so it gives a different aura when you stay here. Restaurant within hotel was good but expensive. Complimentary breakfast menu comes with limited choices. Its not buffet. Limited car parking is available. A small bar is also inside hotel if you prefer to drink. Room service was good and professional. If you wish to buy bottled drinking water from hotel then surprisingly they will charge 80 Nepali Rupees for half ltr. Better come few step far outside hotel and buy 1 ltr. packaged drinking water for 20 Nepali Rupees from a grocery store. Overall a Recommended and decent place to stay. Staff was Cooperative, professional and helping. Since roads around hotel are not that much wide so you may feel difficulty if planning to visit with your own vehicle like Innova or any other 7 seater. Not only the roads around hotel but most of the roads in Thamel area are not much wide. Garden of dreams is situated at the walkable distance from the hotel.

The foods were great!! Chicken basket, momo, hot wings, all of it were good. Tha ambiance was..well..it was okay..quiet place for gatherings. Havent stayed there though 😬

Great place with Greater service

Highly recommended!A peaceful place for quick bite or night stay located at the heart of Kathmandu. It is a hidden gem.+ Delicious food and service. I loved their momo.+ Loved the guy in the bar. Super friendly and professional.+ Great ambience. The location is also perfect because it is not so crowded.+ Good rooms. Perfect place for long stays.- There were a few things that could have been improved like there was no handwash in the bathroom. It felt like this place can do better with a better management and marketing.
