Set on a tree-lined street, this standard hotel is a 12-minute walk from Granada Cathedral, a 14-minute walk from Granada train station and 2.1 km from the medieval Alhambra complex. The relaxed rooms feature desks, Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Room service is available.Amenities include a cafe/bar, a restaurant and a relaxed lobby lounge. A breakfast buffet is offered for a surcharge.
the rooms are very small. except that very good hotel.
Nosotros no pudimos dormir casi. Abzo
Clean, spacious, close to city center.
Hemos caminado mucho.
Habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario. Baño grande. Personal muy amable. Limpio y muy bien ubicado.
The location is good and the service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small but they are air conditioned. The bathroom was huge (especially in comparison to the room).
Me encantó.
A nuestro gusto, ningún problema.
A good location to bars, restaurants, and walking distance to major sights in Granada. The price was okay.Room:The space was decent and the beds were comfortable. There was a strong odd musty mildew odor that persisted even with opening the windows to air out the room.Even though there are double paned windows, the walls have really bad sound proofing that could interfer with some much needed rest and relaxation. Elevator noises and sounds of doors slamming early in the morning or late at night. It is near some bars so if you open the windows, you may hear lots of loud noises in the middle of the night to wake you up.Air conditioning might stop working and in the summer heat, it gets humid and very hot in the room real fast. If they cant or wont fix it, be prepared to sleep in a sauna. The room was pretty clean and so was the bathroom.Shower temperature regulation issues. It can go hot and cold. They provide basic toiletries such has shampoo, shower cap, soap, and etc.Service:Housekeeping did a good job.If there are issues or any requests, depending on the person at the reception you might run into a brick wall. One person helped with one request but the other person was not helpful or friendly at all. They get a lot of tour bus traffic so they dont seem interested in one off bookings outside of large tour bus groups.
Inexpensive and fine. They do host hordes of young kids and the building does carry the vibrations and some noise but they are great 11 and 12 year old happy kids. I was on the 5th floor so the sound was muffled. Sporadically every 30 seconds or so you can hear a sound like someone farting under water in a bathtub, or the mating cry of a hippo. But this too is not bothersome. It’s not loud. When you see the kids in the lobby you see they’re great kids. At that age where the girls are beginning to be young women and the boys are still boys. Staff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant serves honest decent food but it’s rarely open to guests because it’s serving large groups. Close to attractions. I would stay here always because it’s inexpensive, clean, everything works, and they couldn’t be nicer.
Super
Very nice hotel. However, they now and then host school trips that can be very loud. O e of the three nights I was there it was impossible to sleep. At the end, the personnel of the hotel managed to send the kids to bed, but it was at about 3 am.
I am very pleased with the stay at this hotel, the service was lovely, the room was clean, the whole stay went so smoothly. Ill be back here with pleasure!
Very lovely hotel wakes you up 3am on weekdays by noise from street.
Noisy
Cucarachas in the room.
The reservation was made through booking in which I specifically requested a room with a double matrimony bed. When we got to the room there were 2 twin beds and reception couldnt provide us with another room. The air conditioning did not function and the weather was over 30 degrees celsius. When we asked about the air con, reception gave us an excuse how the past days were cool and they didnt have time to adjust the system. Funny how I was able to bring summer clothes by looking at the weather for the weekend but the hotel was taken by suprise by the heat. The shower has no door, and the shower plate was made wrong, therefore the water was leaking outside, going under the bathroom door and into the room. The disposition of the hotel is weird, we had to take several twists and turns to get to the elevator. In case of an emergency I wouldnt wanna be there. The wall on top of the toilet was full of hand prints from previous male guests. The hotel is very poorly insulated for sounds, therefore youll hear everything from the streets and neighbours.Only plus is the location and the polite staff.
Very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff are very welcoming. Price was good.
Spotless hotel with lovely helpful staff and nice food!
Good value for money especially for larger families. Small rooms, simple but clean and tidy. Centrally located and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Parking requires a bit of walking since the hotel does not have its own. Breakfast buffet is good and more than worth the cost.
Clean, but with a ver issues in the room, the breakfast was very poor with a special poor selection of bread and yogurt.Staff very nice, helpful.
Acoustic is very bad making the hotel very very noisy, you are aware of everything, toilette flush and bath from other guests from upfloors, cleaning service make even more noise screaming each other and using talky walky in front of your door where sign to not disturb is clearly exposed. Reception and restaurant seems to be in your room if they give you a 1st floor room. You can also hear the lift from your room. Overall it.make the stay quite exhausting. Of course I will never come back. Location is OK.
Great stay.
Hotel ok very noisy overnight till 4amish
Nice clean hotel, centrally located enough to get wherever you want by foot or a short cab ride. Short walks to restaurants, bodega, cafes, etc. Helpful staff, clean cozy rooms, good breakfast buffet.
Poor. V bad breakfast
Very good quality for price
Take your money elsewhere, there are youth hostels that are far cheaper with better staff and sound proofing than this place. Our first night some kids rented out the adjacent rooms and were partying. Then their friends who didnt have a clue which room it was since their IQ is below 50 thought they should bang loudly on every single door until they found the rooms they were looking for. After the chimps had their drum solos on all the hallway doors, I called the reception now at 2am and they said they would take care of it. Nothing happened . So I went down to the desk myself and seemed to have awakened the one receptionist. He said hell make them come down right now. Again, he didnt , completely incompetent and unprofessional . Ended up getting 2 hours of broken sleep at the end of the ordeal and paid full price. Do yourself a favor and sleep either in a youth hostel or the streets as youll have a much better time than here.
Ok
Great location
Wow
They got our rooms mixed up but gave us two for no extra charge, solid choice with decent breakfast, very stylish
Outstanding accommodation in Granada
If youre in town and only need to sleep at the hotel, then its fine. If you need to spend some time working (e.g., on a laptopthe hotel room is not suitable. The breakfast consisted of eggs and bacon and a variety of fruits and cheese/sausages.
Bruh...
not so clean
