Kmar nya, baru renovasi,, ada berberapa kamar mash kamar yah dulu jadi aga bau apek klo kena kamar yag dulu,, laennya bagus,,Di lorong menuju tmp sarapan kurang bersih,, dan di depn ruang sarapan yaitu tmot parkir kurang nyaman bagi saya agak berbau lebih2 kalo hujan

ruang meeting byk dan bagus. service breakfast oke. tapi sayang nya toilet tidak memadai. hanya 1. sempit dan pengap. jika ramai harus mengantri dan jauh memutar ke belakang.2x makan siang dapat rambut,, tolong ya diperbaiki kebersihannya🙏🏻🙏🏻

Nginap di kamar VIP,awalnya menyenangkan tapi slesai serapan pagi, mau rileks ngk bisa,Krn ada suara berisik bgt di sebelah kamar,coba call resepsionis nya katanya ada rehap kamar.... Asli ngk bis tidur.... Jadi buat ngk betah

Mau ambil kamar yang standar tapi resepsionis bilang penuh, harus ambil kamar yg lumayan harganya. gk tau dari mana penuhnya, disuruh cek ke parkiran belakang bahwasanya banyak mobil dibelakang, setelah saya cek ternyata cuman 1 mobil. Kacauu, padahal mau bermalam singgah saja. Udah bisa ni hotelnya di unlist dari rencana berkunjung saat di lhok.

Kelas superior nuansa horror kamar mandi kotor. Air sumur bor berbau. Lampu redup gak ada aura menyenangkan asbes bekas bocor bocor berbekas, terlihat cantik dari luar gedung aja. Gak rekomended buat kluarga

Pelayanan sudah bagus. Kamar dibersihkan secara rutin.Air nya lancaarrr dan tersedia air panas jugaRuang rapat juga full AC. Mushalla dan temlat wudhuk tersedia dan sangat bersih.Toilet tersedia di beberapa titik dan terjaga kebersihannya.Mantap

Nginap disini Di VIP tapi pelayanan rasa losmen, sarapan pagi nasi banyak, lauknya gak ada alasan habis, teh kopi juga habis padahal masih jam 8Tolong pihak hotel ditingkatkan lagi pelayanannya

If you visit Lhokseumawe, Aceh, Indonesia with your family for several days, you should not choose this hotel. Although it seems nice looking outside, the inside (especially the roomis not as nice as outside. You have to check the room yourself before deciding to stay here.

food isnt good, really few choices, the room/hall is small, too compact imo, water heater is not turned on at night (basically only office hour), no sink in the bath room. tbh, for the price they offer, this is really unsatisfying at all.
