Exelente atención. A unos metros de la catedra. Y a unas cuadras del malecón . La gente de la administración nos atendió con una calidad de lujo.

Buen lugar, excelente ubicación. Le falta un poco de cariño. Pero el personal se desvive porque la pases bien.

旧市街で素敵だったので泊まることにしました。ドライヤーも借りれたしタオル交換もしてくれました。エレベーターも雰囲気あるし思った通り。朝は学校に行く子供たちの元気な声が聞こえ、キューバの街中って感じです。

The hotel is very close to the historic center of Havana which gives you a good access to all the touristic sites. The rooms are really big and the complex is very nice. But be aware that most of the rooms dont even have a window which made the room very dark and scary. I had a room with kitchen but the sink was not working and there was no detergent to wash dishes!! The breakfast is also very basic and not of a high quality. The omelettes were really greasy and the juices tasted artificial. You need to ask for the things else you are offered only the minimum services. The staff are helpful when you ask them but they look very unhappy. Also dont exchange money in the hotel as they rip you off.

Nous avions vraiment une superbe chambre pour 3 personnes! De grands lits, de lespace, une grande salle de bain avec baignoire et la clim. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt correct. De plus la situation géographique de lhôtel est vraiment optimale.
