When we arrived we wasnt sure the place was open because thats how it is in dominican republic but as soon is we went to the front desk everything changed.The young lady at the desk was really friendly and helpful she show us the rooms with the prices on hand the only bad thing was the hotel wasnt taking credit or debit cards at the moment but she promised me it was for a day or 2 .The restaurant needs a little attention but the food was great I recommend the shrimp in red sauce a d the drinks and juices and I forgot they have a great pool and water cascades from the hill.

Rude staff, bed sheets dirty plus no hot water!

First of all, the staff has no idea what they’re doing, I went there to leave a cousin and the front desk guy said a price for the room and breakfast included. Everything fine, until the next morning my cousin went almost all over the hotel trying to find out where to eat breakfast, he couldn’t eat there. Later on I went there and the “administrator” just gave poor excuses and trying to fix a situation that was already messed up , that being said don’t waste your money here.

Loud music. The help tried their best but their best, but the rooms need outlets and TV to work properly. There are people from outside that use the pool area and they are loud as you know what. I’m all about music, but if I can’t have a conversation without screaming, it’s no fun. Thank you to the staff for trying their best.

Muy acogedor y esta cerca de todo

Tengo la impresión que este lugar tiene potencial por su cercanía con las playas como Los Patos permitira seguir creciendo, además de mantener al personal con esos niveles de buen trato.Pero es muy importante cuidar mas sus instalaciones, el grifo de la ducha, interruptores de luces, los compresores de los aires más ocultos, niveles de los escalones, filtraciones en paredes, etc.

Really quiet place to get a great rest. The personal very helpful but the manager is incredible.

Me facino muy buen servicio , muy lindo todo jjjj el encargado del hotel es el mejor, asta nos sirvió de labandero , es un amor todo 💕.

Habitaciones sucias, mantenimiento pobre, ventanas con polvo, paredes sucias. No lo recomiendo, no es agradable. El señor portero es muy diligente y amable y en la recepción se esfuerzan por agradarte. El Internet es malo, no hay suficiente agua, poca presión. No me gustó y no volvería

The hotel looks good on the outside, and it was somewhat clean, has good prices and beautiful views but the rooms are really odd looking on the inside beds are a little but the thing that I personally disliked the most was the restaurant WAS TERRIBLE

Es könnte ein sehr schönes Hotel sein, nur leider stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Schönes Zimmer mit Aussicht und Balkon, aber mehrmals täglich kein Strom, oft über mehrere Stunden und das tatsächlich 10 Tage in Folge. Das Personal ist zwar sehr freundlich, geboten wird den Gästen dennoch wenig. Schöner Pool aber kein Service. An den täglichen Ausfall von Strom, TV und Wifi schon gewöhnt gab es an Tag 10 dann auch kein Wasser mehr. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 135 $/Nacht leider inakzeptabel .Schade!!!!

Muy buen hotel, muy acogedor, sus habitaciones muy cómodas y sus trabajadores muy amables al igual que el dueño pase tres dias en el lugar y fue muy agradable la estadía gracias por la atención les recomiendo el hotel 😘😘❤

Este hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor. Las atenciones de su staff son inmejorables, la comida EXQUISITA, las habitaciones muy cómodas y bien equipadas (las tienen para todos los gustos). El ambiente en la piscina es agradable y apropiado para un baño, para escuchar música o relajarte. Una observación importante: debido a su diseño no es apto para personas con discapacidades motoras pues para llegar a todas sus habitaciones tendrás que subir escaleras empedradas que son bastante incomodas. NO HAY ACCESO PARA SILLA DE RUEDAS.

Mucho descuido en cuanto al suministro de agua, luz y comida mediocre, particularmente la infraestructura preciosa, el servicio mucho que mejorar

no me gusto tanto, las habitaciones son normales, la práctica en el medio del pasillo, tuve una temática rara, no hay mucho que ver, tambien la comida es carisima como 1800 pesos por plato porque el que cocina no estaba ahí y habia que ir a buscarlo no lo recomiendo

Okay for a low budget hotel. As always happens in these kind of hotels, there isnt hot water, rooms are clean but arent perfect, great pool but not completely clear. The food and the small dinning room are pretty good actually.There isnt cellphone reception and the Wi-Fi doesnt get into the bedrooms, so you will be offline if you arent close to reception or dinning roomIt is okay if you need a hotel for a rush.

The staff is very nice.Nice pool, pretty rooms, and free breakfast. Has a nice restaurant with a bar. Close to get to Barahona and surrounding areas. Wifi needs to be better.

Han hecho un gran esfuerzo por crear un hotel funcional, pero hay fallas importantes de diseño, por ejemplo pusieron un interruptor eléctrico dentro del area de la bañera. El cable funciona bien y el aire acondicionado también. Los precios excelentes. Ls ubicación aceptable, por ejemplo en la zona no hay señal telefonica.

Schoon en vriendelijke bediening, heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig. Zorg dat je kamer niet in de buurt is van de voerplek van de flamenco, die wekt je al om 6 uur. / Limpio y servicio amigable, necesita algo de mantenimiento. Asegúrate de que tu habitación no esté cerca del lugar de alimentación del flamenco, lo que te despertará a las 6 en punto. / Clean and friendly service, needs some maintenance. Make sure your room is not close to the feeding place of the flamenco, you wake up already at 6 oclock.

Lo más malo que ahí en la zona... me quedé en la suite y ni agua fría para bañarme mucho menos caliente..Encima habían unos señores opedado y no me dejaron dormir...

Best spot to vacation

Lugar bonito y seguro, personal muy atento les falta experiencia en temas de servicio pero todos amables y educados.

Great service and super comfy, the breakfast is so good but you get no service. I guess its a great way to get away and put your phone down for a while. They do provide Wifi but it never worked while I stayed there.

Es un lugar hermoso mezclado de blanco con vegetación propia del entorno a la orilla de la carretera principal con personas que desde la recepción hasta la cocina y en la servidumbre amistosos, empaticos, simpáticos, capaces de hacerte sentir como si estuvieras en casa, la gerencia es de lo mejor, es un hotel siempre dispuesta al cambio basado en la sugerencia de los clientes y en sus necesidades es hermoso, muy hermoso.

Decoracion fea, baños incomodos y pajarito por todos los lados. Comida buena, muy bien ubicado en el sur y edificios chulos en las montañas

Excelentes atenciones, tanto del personal como del mismo dueño que se ocupa personalmente de supervisar que sus clientes se sientan bien.

El hotel está bien, las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El servicio y trato son excelentes, realmente muy amables. La comida del restaurant está muy cara tomando en cuenta el lugar y el precio de los demás locales.

Son nuevos. Poca experiencia en hoteleria. Sigue en expansión para terminar con 23 habitaciones. Pero buena ubicación y buenas áreas comunes, restaurante y piscina.En unos meses deben de poder dar un excelente servicio
