Neat and clean exterior, interior and the hotel premises. Customer friendly room service. Reception was very helpful. Especially, Mr Mahi was very friendly. Breakfast quality was satisfactory, especially hotch-potch. Highly recommended.

Old Hotel. Okay to stay as it is not costly. You will get room starting from 1200 BDT to above. From this location moving to other places is easy. Jail road is not noisy. Room services may not always meet your expectation. As I spent early morning till night at outside room, with minimum hotel room service i was okay. Blankets are not up to the mark. Old TV, Sofa, hot water facilities are in there too. Thats it. They have a restaurant with a hall. Different occasions, meetings can be celebrated. FORGOT to took photos of the hotel. When your budget is an issue,you can go ahead with this hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The staff were very great and quality sevice, so, the eat is varity and excelent , also the rooms were cleand and confort bed. it has afantastic location for the people that visit the towon for work. Hotel Dallas There have been a lot of improvements now than before, such as there is seen more split AC, I have seen more LED smart TVs, I have seen more 12 inch soft matrix and I have seen more the facilities in the mini fridge and tea set, other rooms are really good, Ill appreciate thank you.

One of the old hotel at Sylhet town. Their price and service seems to me equal. Though there is a complimentary breakfast with AC room, but it seems to me not enough. Amount of breakfast is not enough for one person. But, overall I give them 5* compare of money, price & quality.

The location of this Hotel was most important for me which was most suitable for tour. From Hotel Dallas I can move anywhere easily and they guided me very well. The staff attitude is fantastic. There complementary breakfast was delicious. The room service was so fast. I will definitely meet them again if I come Sylhet.Highly recommend.

A nice hotel at reasonable cost in Sylhet.The service people are good. They liked to provide service at their level best.I have stayed there for some 3 days.But I am not recommend their restaurant and the water " Brittania" they provide. That is not safe.For food I go to nearby Zindabazar.There got a Pachbhai restaurant.And have some Mum water later on.

The room and the toilet are clean. But a kind of cigerate smell emits in the room although the ash pit is shifted from the room. The quilts provided were dirty. Room service was promptly available. Room rent was average.

Moderate hotel for tourist and visitors, in past it was market and year after year they failed to reach their desired goal then authority changed the decision and converted it into hotel. Their parking facility is nice, room rent also reasonable.

Rooms are spacious and neat. Beds are comfortable, other things are excellent as well. Buffet breakfast is too tasty. Khicuri, egg omlet, mug dal, vegetable, parata... delicious. Lunch and dinner items are tasty too. Price is reasonable.

There are different types of room there. I stayed in a room first day that was not good but I changed next day and got a better one. You will have to bargain to get a better deal. I would recommend the other hotel next to it.

Great place.Well decorated place.the theme is quite different you may assume by its name.but the sitting place is not comfortable... Foods are ok...Menu card needs to be reformed.you must be careful to order your food.The place is not much expensive.Yes you may enjoy the city view from their dinning....the foods are delicious..the waiters are quite helpful.besides this you may enjoy great lobby experience.Smoking is allowed on the lobby

This hotel is good. It has in house restaurant, laundry services as well. Neat and clean rooms. Room rents are negotiable. Family friendly environment. Hotel staff are extremely polite and cooperative.

One of the best hotel in sylhet city .we took their executive family suite .it had ac with 34 inch television hot shower facility and complementary breakfast as well .The hotel staffs are too much helpful and they never stand or wait for the tips ,that was also missed in the 5star hotels I visit .Their two manager Muhit bhai & Jubair bhai Both are too much helpful and they booked our transport facility within couple of seconds and make the tour map for us .the driver they give us more than a driver than a guide he described every places like a professional guide and well mannered .i like the room space and environment overal it’s a calm and peaceful experience in hotel Dallas .My rating is 5star for their great service in the time of the Eid holiday as well :)If I come again in sylhet I will again come to hotel Dallas .And more importantly all the posh restaurant like wok dal king kabab and Pansji in are walking distance like1-5 min max from hotel .Hope you will love their hospitality ;)Let me know if any more help required or any query about the place,I love to share my experience :)

This hotel is situated in Shylet city. A nice clean and cozy hotel. Staff number are limited but they are good. They have air-conditioning and non air-conditioning room.

Yeah, it is good quality hotel, we visited the hall room and dining room of this hotel, it has every facility we need. It also has wifi connection for customers. The hall room can easily adjust 150 peoples in this place. There is also a dining room here and it is big enough for eating.with groups. Thank you.

Room condition is Good, it has an Air condition,mini Freez, TV, hot water system.The building provides a lift and a genarator for electricity. Service is very satisfactory. The food is average & costly compared to the test.

Manager of reception was so unprofessional and talked like a Gangstar . Their staff thoughts we are from outside of sylhet and they can say whatever to us. We booked 2 rooms and our request was it must be side by side. They agreed and when we reached at hotel, we see the rooms are in different floor and bathrooms are in very poor condition. High commode with no hand shower !! When we refused to stay this rooms they rudely asked as to pay one day charge. After bargaining with them we strongly refused to pay and left this hotel.

it was not a good experience at all. there was no wi fi connection though we were told that there will be. the ac was not a good one for the room.i did not like it at all.but their breakfast menu was sufficient :)

Value for money, good place, good staff & front desk behaviour. Clean and good rooms.Breakfast need to improve.No wifi is really boring....They have parking free of charge.
