Son unos tramposos OJO TENGAN CUIDADO NO SE HOSPEDEN AHÍ ME ENGAÑARON RESERVÉ UNA HABITACIÓN ME SALIO EN 31 Usd Y AL LLEGAR AL HOTEL AYER. DOMINGO 5 JUNIO NOS ATENDIÓ UN JOVEN CON MALA ACTITUD Y NOS DIJO QUE DEBÍAMOS PAGAR el 12% de iva más el 10% DE SERVICIO ES DECIR EL 22% adicional estafa!

Baños sin ventilacion. No me gusto la Habitacion asignada. Primero asegurense que les van a ubicar bien. Limpieza de la habitacion muy ruidoza. Desayunos normales

Lindo, limpio y buen servicio, cerca de lugares turísticos, para caminar y conocer... buen desayuno, tiene un área de juegos.

Excelente atención, instalaciones muy bien decoradas, ambientes cálidos y limpios, super recomendable. Lastimosamente el estacionamiento queda a 2 cuadras del hotel y las habitaciones no tienen secadora de cabello.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, el trato de la recepcionista es excelente, las habitaciones siempre limpias. Un poco lo malo es que hay habitaciones un poco oscuras, pero eso pueden mejor.

Un hotel antiguo que ha sido restaurado y ofrece servicio de buena calidad a precios razonables, ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad de Santa Ana de los Cuatro Ríos de Cuenca.Ambiente familiar, inclusive existe restaurante que ofrece platos típicos muy bien sazonados y deliciosos.Cuando visite la Atenas del Ecuador, me permito recomendar hospedarse en este hotel.

A delightful hotel right in downtown. The staff were very caring and courteous. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

Séjour très agréable au Yukumama. Le personnel est adorable et la nourriture bio et fraîche délicieusement cuisinée. Jai eu la chance dassister a unspectacle intimiste le soir de Noël avec un repas de fête que jai beaucoup apprécié.

More than great service, excellent location, near most of the historical buildings, an affordable price and a proof of cleanness. Something to consider for the hotel is to expand the menu for the breakfast, btw I didnt have lunch or dinner at the hotel so I wont comment about that. Because of time I didnt use all the facilities but they had a small library and a gym, as well as a pool table

Pros: Muy bien ubicado! Buen desayuno incluido. Buena relación calidad precio en la comida del restaurante (ofrecen especiales por día de la semana). Habitaciones agradables. Personal amable.Cons: Televisores y conexión de mala calidad. Baños antiguos, disfuncionales, grifería en mal estado, piden renovación a gritos! Pisos antiguos de madera, muy ruidosos con el caminar de huéspedes y personal del hotel. No tiene parqueo propio.Resumen: Pasable relación precio hospedaje/servicios

Me gustó mucho el nuevo aire que se da al Hotel Cuenca, los especiales de comida de todos los días son muy buenos. La comida es abundante y muy conveniente al bolsillo. La atención es bastante buena y me gusta el lugar. Lo recomiendo para festejar cumpleaños, bienvenidas, etc. Aprovecha las promociones de cervezas y tragos.Lunes de milanesas, martes y jueves de menestras, miércoles de costillas y viernes de parrillada, para que sepan aprovechar la comida. 👍🏼

Very nice hotel with friendly and efficient service.

No me gustó mucho, porque aunque el lugar es rústico ,yo pedí una habitación matrimonial y me dieron 2 camas pequeñas sustentando que no tenian mas disponibles cuando hicimos la reservación con 3 días y alegaron que si tenían disponobles , dormí en cama separada de mi esposo y fue lo unico que dañó mi dia.

Excelente servicio, limpieza, comodidad y ubicación. El personal es muy atento y la estancia se vuelve súper confortable. Si tengo que volver a utilizar un servicio hotelero en Cuenca sin dudar me hospedaría todas las veces que fueran necesarias en el Hotel Cuenca. Saludos

Fortunately this pin is at the correct address for hotel Cuenca. The night desk staff are engaging and helpful, the woman who works during the day is surly, judgmental, and rude. I generally avoided her as much as possible.After a snafu with our Booking reservation and after having gone to the wrong location I was frustrated and relieved to get to the room. It was quite spacious and the beds are clean and comfortable. I was glad for a writing desk and that the room is a bit off the street.The age of the building shows in the loudness from other rooms (floors above, sounds from halland the bathroom (erratic shower, water temperatures, only sometimes flushing toilet, moldy grout, etc).The wifi was spotty and they allow smoking indoors downstairs which permeates the establishment.The restaurant is convenient but the food is not terribly good. The Caesar salad dressing tasted like nothing at all and had tomatoes in it?The breakfast which SHOULD come with the room is very delightful, as are the breakfast and cleaning employees.

Beware staying at this hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights and housekeeping stole a nice expensive jacket from the closet in the room. We complained to the front desk and they tried to justify it that that never happens at that hotel and then they blamed it on us for leaving it in the closet when we switched to the room down the hall. Don’t stay here as I can guarantee that this happens often with other guests.

Very good hotel. Nicely furnished. Our room didnt have a window facing the street so ventilation was a bit lacking. Great shower in a huge bathroom. No elevator.

Clean, modern, centrally located with a good restaurant attached - but skip the "breakfast included" option which is overpriced.

Un lugar tranquilo con una cama super cómoda, las instalaciones en excelentes condiciones hay café y agua gratis, el servicio y atención muy buena. Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que las habitaciones se encuentran en una parte alta por lo que es dificultoso para personas con movilidad reducida ya que no hay ascensor.

Excelente lugar: silencioso, seguro, cerca del centro y sus lugares turisticos. Comodidad en sus habitaciones, variedad en el desayuno y excelente atencion.

Great location. Quiet for city living. And so close to everything. Very nice staff and rooms. Feels like a B&B without having to meet the family!!!

Nice hotel

3.5 stars. Clean room with a comfortable bed. I had a difficult time getting the right water temperature in the shower because the shower handle was installed incorrectly. Wasnt able to get breakfast because I checked out before 7:00 a.m. Some of the reception staff seemed unfriendly but if approached they are courteous.

Its okay. Better than most, and reasonably enough priced with a fairly inclusive breakfast. Bathrooms were tiny! However the rooms were clean and the hotel is centrally located and safe.

The long island ice teas will make you happy!
