Wonderful place to stay...loved it..grest breakfasts..

A good location, nice breakfast and convenient. The rooms are well spec’d and the staff are very friendly. A nice place to stay.

First of all we booked at the Boutique Hotel by Continental Park and the address on our confirmation was not correct, it’s in the same place as the Hotel Continental Park. The location is really great and you can easily access the train station. The staff are very friendly and Alvin from breakfast was awesome. Breakfast was really good and we enjoyed it. Laundry service was good and very quick. The room seemed more like a 3 star to me and the bathroom looked dated, so I knocked off one star.

Location is very good, next to the train station. Breakfast is nice. Reception staff is nice and speaks good English. Easy to eat out. Our room is small and on top floor. We had to be careful at night time not to hit our head or face to some part of the roof ceiling which is very low and made of concrete.

Excellent location! Very clean and modern. We had a family connecting room, which worked great for me and my two teenagers. Its so nice to have a second bathroom! We did not have the breakfast. It was so nice to have seating in the room. Beds were only okay. Staff was hit or miss. Some of the staff were very knowledgeable, but others seemed unsure and gave us bad information.

The location is the asset for this hotel. Rooms clean but not so funcionals as other Ive been. Breakfast lacks of options.

Location, location, location. Located 5 minutes from everything in the city, almost, this centrally located 4-star hotel has a nice group of employees, comfortable rooms, and certainly a decent place to stay in Lucerne.

Nice place in the midle if the city. We had a regular room not big ant not too small. Outside View was not great but at least quiet by night.Front desk girls are really efficient and helpfull.In summer gets really expensive as all the hotels in the city.

Good Hotel. Location is very good. Staffs at restaurant are excellent. Reception staffs need improvement!! Otherwise it’s a 5 star rating!!!

Perfect location.A little expensive, but room was adequate in size with coffee maker and refrigerator, but no microwave.Great front desk personnel esp. Melia. She gave us information about the interesting sites near the hotel.

Amazing location, wonderful staff, very useful tips from the receptionist on how to move within the city and restaurant recommendations.

The rooms, recepcionists, waitresses, and the whole service was excellent. Warm people makes feel like home.

Overall it was a decent place to stay at purely for its location as its a 5 minute walk from the main station. The lobby is really new and modern but the rooms and toilet are a tad old. However, I must commend the staff who really went out of the way to make our stay special as it was our honeymoon and they gave us chocolates and rose petals. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend the Hotel Continental Park for your stay in Luzern! This was a perfect experience, there is nothing I was missing. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well equipped. The location is also perfect, you are right in the middle of the center and close to everything.

This hotel is in the heart of Lucerne, right next to the train station. We were able to walk to everywhere or hop on a bus/train for other places with ease. The staff at the reception are so friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant served an outstanding breakfast each morning. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Fantastic boutique hotel tucked across from the train station, centrally located near many shoppes and restaurants. Super friendly tri-lingual staff quickly assisted me with check-in and dinner reservation at their onsite restaurant. My 6th floor room featured a super comfortable queen bed and modern adorned bathroom, and views of the quiet backstreet and park. Terrific 3 days spent here, looking forward to returning and staying here again

An absolutely perfect city break hotel ... clean, modern rooms & nice staff. Very good value for what you get and it is in a perfect area to reach anywhere you want to go.

Stayed just one night and it was perfect for what we needed. It was about a 2 minute walk to the train station so the location was incredibly convenient. Staff was friendly and the room itself was incredibly clean, modern, and very spacious. We were able to leave our bags for several hours after check out to explore Lucerne.

I’ve stayed here twice already, and both times were really great. The hotel is modern and sleek and nothing is really old (EXPECT THE HAIR BLOWDRYER!!! need to update them). The best part of this hotel is the location: near train station, near are central tourist attractions, near the river and sea cruises. It’s great. Reception is super friendly and helpful. One thing to note- mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and pillow is a bit weak but it didn’t interfere with hotel experience (aka wasn’t that bad, just not great). The “shampoo/body/hand” wash combination they provide you in the bathroom was also super rough on my hair. Wish they provided conditioner. But besides that it was a great experience and every time I come to Luzern I don’t see myself staying somewhere else!

The absolute best and most friendly host at the reception I have ever met over all the years that I travelled (sorry I forgot your name). Please keep it up, you completely made our stay! Hotel is very modern, well maintained, beautiful and at a great location. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the Kapelbrücke and city center. The hotel provides free use of public transport and a discount of museums and other cultural activities. The parking garage has sufficient space, although you need to reserve upfront in busy times. Parking has two Tesla Destination Chargers, free to use by guests. The breakfast buffet is good and of good quality. The rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortable.Just note it is quite (veryexpensive. But thats Switzerland...

The man (Massimoat reception was lovely, extremely helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant and they were great about my allergy to diary. Had an exceptional good dinner there with good wine. I would definitely stay again at the hotel and I would recommend if youre in Lucerne and like Italian food the restaurant.

This was a very attractive hotel with clean, contemporary rooms. We had a lovely little balcony. The breakfast featured a nice selection of food from which to choose. It was very convenient to be across from the train station, grocery, and a quick walk across the bridge to old town. Be sure to ask the front desk for a City Card which offers you free public transport around the city, free WIFI, discounts on boat cruises and other attractions.

The BAD:There is no bathroom door.The AC does nothing. It’s colder on the corridor, just leave the door open in the summer :. Americans, beware, this place is not for us.The towels are old and thin - a minor annoyance.The shower head has a thick hose and the bracket holding it is loose; you can’t position the shower, you must hold it.The shower cabin fits a kid. For adults, combine this with the problem above and you have a fiasco.The GOOD:The place is clean.The breakfast is good.The TV has a lot of international channels.They’ll change your money without commissions at reception.The location is great right next to the train station and a park.The nights are quiet, unless you open the window to cool down the room (see AC comment).The staff is nice.There is WiFi, be it a bit slow.Conclusion: for a 4 star hotel, I’ll pass. These sort of annoyances would be acceptable in a budget motel maybe.

The room was sparkly clean and spacious...so that the bathroom. You will get a plate of welcome fruits and 2 bottled water. The bathroom amenities are great although some of amenities will be given to you if only you asked for it.The breakfast menus will be the same every day but it does delicious.The staff are really nice and helpful. Theres no doubt that they have been well trained to serve at their best.The hotel itself is located just about 2 - 3 minutes away from the main station and the pier.Really recommended. The whole staff and the owner should be proud since they did a really great job and I sincerely appreciate it. Really worth of money.

Sure some things look nice. But so much here is very unpleasant. The elevators require your room key, but the stairs dont, and neither does access to the rooms. I dont understand this. The pillows are like bags of chips in the USA, mostly air. Only single beds as far as I know, not very couple-friendly. And they happen to fold up into the wall. Why would I need that? I dont plan on having a party in here.The 3rd star was for the nice bathrooms and kind staff.Overall, this place seems to care more about their weird modern style than they do about comfort.

I liked this hotel. Good location a short walk to centre. On site self parking car park. Good sized room with huge bathroom. Well equipped and nice furnishings. Best breakfast so far.

It is very accessibly located near main Railway station of Luzern. The surrounding is good.On our arrival which was after 1400 hour, the normal check-in time, we were informed that room was not yet ready. The lady at counter forgot to inform us about the readiness of the room untill we asked her after half an hour.On our first night in hotel it was quite warm and air-conditioning was also not working, there was a suffocating feeling in the room so had to keep the window open all night. There was a mini table fan available in room which was giving very gentle breeze. The staff provided another mini fan but it was not working. Staff informed that overall cooling is not working in the hotel.Our package included mineral water but apart from day one the water was not provided in the room on second night had to ask for it while on third night we decided not to bother the hotel staff further.The breakfast was OK but not of the 4 star hotels standard.Overall we would prefer to opt for another hotel if we were to visit Luzern again.

Great location near train station and historic center of town. The staff are warm ,friendly and very helpful. Our room and accommodations are better than we anticipated. The breakfast at the Bellini was tasty and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again. One gets a young vibrant feeling to this historic beautiful city.

Good location. Within 10 mins from train station and coop supermarket is nearby. Breakfast is not bad. Although staff is polite, check in is poor. Room was not ready till 3.30pm, hotel should have better planned and manage this. Toilet door is semi transparent although we ask for a room with privacy in our booking.
