C. Navas, 5, 18009 Granada, Spain, Granada
Occupying a classic building with French balconies, this chic hotel in the commercial district is an 8-minute walk from the Granada Cathedral, and a 15-minute walk from the Alhambra and the Arc of Elvira, an 11th-century wall.Featuring elaborate murals, the modern rooms include free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus safes and minibars. Upgraded rooms offer additional space, and tea and coffeemakers.A breakfast buffet (fee) is served in an eclectic dining room. There's also a guest lounge, and a stylish tapas bar featuring wood decor and outdoor seating.
Overall all great place in the heart of the city. Little bit stingy on the supplies. Car park within the hotel would have been helpful.
The location is the best part. The room is fine for the price. Its quite small but comes with everything you need for the stay. The internet barely works in our room. The breakfast spread is OK quality but offers many choices and the service is good.
Neat and tidy place to stay
Clean. Very good bed. Very helpful staff. Veey good location.
Great location, nice and clean room
Friendly staff, great location, nice rooms although tiny, good toilet, somewhat overpriced.
really nice and tidy location, well equipped, very helpful concierge, downtown
Great location in the historical center on calle Navas which had many restos. Impressed with how clean the room was, it was very small but renovated and modern with lots of lighting switches, electrical outlets and well designed. The bathroom was spacious and the toilet was Japanese. The staff was not very welcoming and the sound insulation isn’t great. You could hear noise from outside or neighbours. The blackout blinds were great and the bed was comfortable. I found the price reasonable and would stay here again.
Very centric and nice staff. Room is really clean and bathroom is very spacious
Excellent location and surprisingly quiet, we were overlooking the main Tapas Street, but beware, rooms 115, 215 etc are next to the elevator and behind the elevator which pings and talks 5 times on every floor, but the real problem for us was that there is an automatic light in the hallway of the bedrooms which comes on every time you or your partner uses the bathroom, which is a problem if youve been out enjoying the nightlife. Question? Would I stay here again? Probably not
Alright hotel. Prices too higher for the level of service and you can see the hotel is not being maintained properly. Staff is nice and helpful but very little English. Luckily I can get around Spanish but for tourists it would be an issue.Parking near is impossible which does not make the experience better. If the hotel was maintained and the parking better, this would be a good 4 star.Adding to that. We were almost told we couldn’t check in because we did not have passports with us. Crazy. We live in this country, so why would be bring passports. And I have never had to show a passport at hotel checkin. Plus we were never informed of that anywhere prior to coming.Considering that, 3 star is very fitting.
Very clean and quiet. Room had plenty of space and the shower was amazing. Desk staff was helpful. Great central location to restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend!
Location is superb! You can walk from hotel to Alhambra within 15 minutes. Surrounding with local resturants with great price and atmosphere.
Very nice staff great location and fair price. The rooms were very clean.
Lovely hotel. Very clean, accessible to all main sights, restaurants, and businesses. Staff were very helpful and rooms were really nice. The space seems tight but in European standards, the rooms are typical. Very very comfy bed and pillows. Was giving thought to buying one of their pillows since mine at home sucks haha
The staff has been lovely. The rooms is spotless great strong hot shower.Excellent air conditioning.A view of the Alhambra from the bedroom and the street is perfect for tapas all day long.Great hotel.
Very nice hotel in Granada. Lobby, rooms very nice and modern. Great location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Very very good location, close to it there are plenty of restaurants and bus stop for alhambra is just max 5mins walk! Rooms not very big but clean and nice. Staff very friendly! I would re-book it again!
Located in one narrow alley, not too busy not too quiet, perfect spot to easily walk to tourist attractions (if you like walking). My room was very cute with everything one needs, the service was excellent, we tried the breakfast the first morning and kept going back because it was delicious, great choice of food, found it expensive at first but compared to what you can have outside the price is justified. It was my birthday one of the days and Noelia at the main desk sent a card to my room with a plate of fresh fruit which my husband and I enjoyed and it made my day even more special. Muchas gracias! Definitely recommend.
Nice hotel, well located, good service and clean.
Well located hotel, barman does not give much care to the people having coffee at the bar, while taking the table out in the cold, not very good service. Hotel is ok
This is a nice, clean modernized hotel in the centre of Granada, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. One side of the hotel is on Calle Navas which has a number of tapas bars and restaurants but it is not too noisy.Note that you cannot drive up to the hotel but must stop in nearby Plaza de la Mariana. Valet parking is generally available.
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and charming view from the mini-balcony.
Beautiful, comfortable, clean and great service. We highly recommend Dauro II.
Excellent location for walking around the city and to get to the Alhambra. Very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful. Only minor issue was trying to find it by car but still deserves 5 stars.
Nicely located, clean and friendly staff. No reason I wouldnt go back here.
Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist. Onsite restaurant. Good central location, shops, restaurants and sites are right outside the door.
Lovely hotel. Nice room, with great shower, within walking distance of the Cathedral.
Great rooms. Very stylish interiors. Location is within walking distance of all Granada attractions. 25min walk to Alhambra. Loads of food options nearby. Great views of Sierra Nevada mountains and Alhambra from the rooms.
Very clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff, very well situated. This hotel is my go to hotel whenever I stay in Granada. Just perfect!
A really comfortable, very clean hotel perfectly situated for everywhere youd like to visit in Granada. Very helpful staff. Id definitely use this hotel again for a future visit.
Great hotel and location in centre of town and in the famous tapas alley.
Construction next door wouldnt let us sleep! Small rooms
Nice staff,But beware - if you are alone, they will try to sell you the worst room in that place.I really did not appreciate that. Well, one credit to them - they improved after the claim.Still, no good value for the money, although a very central location (or maybe because of that, too)
Excellent location, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast buffet is good. Slightly tricky arrangement in place if you need to park your car, but feasible.
Very good location, clean and very comfortable beds.
good location, but thats about it. tiny room, terrible internet, charged us an exorbitant amount for using the room phone for two short local (!calls, room service knocks on the door every day despite the do not disturb sign.
Hotel is modern and clean with decent sized rooms. Nice variwty of food at breakfast times. Reception staff are really helpful and pointed us in the right direction for places of interest and buses. The location is fabulous! Had everything in walking distance, including restaurants, shops, cathedral, chapel, Madrassah, town hall, bus stops etc. All in all a great experience!
Reasonable price, excelent location right on the best street for tapas! Clean and tight hotel!
Hotel has stairs on every floor, for most of the rooms you might need to go through at least 10plus stairs before you will reach your room. And if you have a lot of luggages and children, you will be super tired needing to "transport" all of them to your room.Soundproof was very bad as well! While we were moving luggages to our rooms, guests from other rooms came out and shouted at us.Aircon wasnt working well as well. Feedback to the hotel staff but he told us there is nothing he can do. We can only wait for the "aircon to turn cool". Yes we waited, and it got cool only after like 5hours? Dated centralise aircondition they are using. Especially during the hottest july month, its hard to sleep with the heat. The view was bad facing other buildings construction.I was told that there is a reserve decent space in front of the hotel lobby to allow us to load our car but no its not! We need to move all the dustbins on the entrance of the narrow side lane in order to get to the "decent reserve space" to unload our luggages! We parked at a public parking space for 20 euros per car which was not what i had been told as well! To make things worse, we were not given the beds that we reserved!Management of the hotel is lying. Some of the rooms on every floor you need to go through at least 10 stairs to get to your room. And their air condition really isnt working. If you dont believe it experience it yourself during the hot months! My advice is dont book this hotel!
Very reasonable price during the peak season like August. The room is clean and tidy with a lovely tiny balcony that gives us great sunshine every morning. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wasnt able to book the Alhambra tickets online and they did it for me within minutes before the last one sold out for the next day. Many choices for breakfast from a simple toast to an extensive buffet.
Great central location, good serviceable room, friendly staff, lovely breakfast with lots to choose from to fill you up for the day. There was a problem with our booking but Raquel was quick to sort it. Very close to some amazing tapas bars, you only have to turn left or right and all of the bars offer reasonable drinks and fantastic food.
Everything was good, room was clean and most of the staff professional. Breakfast was a little expensive but we were in a rush.
Perfect location, nice staff, very close to the tapas restaurants but it also means quite noisy in the night.
Great location, clean but small rooms, and great for those with a car!
Good location, helpful staff, and modern clean rooms. The hotel can be just a little hard to find and less ideal if you have a car to deal with, but overall a great stay. Would stay here again!
Hotel is very clean and modern its beautiful. Room we has was small but nice. Bed and pillow are a little too hard for me, made sleeping difficult. Staff are excellent service is polite and kind.
Best hotel, best service, reasonable price, good location. I would like to comeback again. From the room 315, we had a big room, big bathroom with window, and a good view. We saw the big mountain covered by snow from far away, very beautiful.
Poor quality of internet conection. Good sleep. Average breakfast. Good location, but no car parking in neighborhood.
This was the best hotel out of five that we stayed at in our recent trip to Spain. Violeta at the front desk was a dream.
