AC is the room was good.. however there was more bad than good..first of all,room was full of cockroaches,even running around on ur bed....room service was terrible...u had to call them for like 3 times before they would bring something...the soaps provided in the washroom had this terrible fragrance...no shampoo no toothpaste....i would never recommend it

2 times I have stayed in Civic Usmania hotel blue area Islamabad, very neat and clean hotel, rooms were very awesome, reasonable rates, very best service, good place to stay when u are going to Islamabad

All in all, this is a decent place to stay. The rates are affordable, and rooms are clean and comfortable. This is pretty much a budget-friendly hotel. The only small complaint I have is that some of the staff members are a bit stupid. For example, one of them once walked into my room without knocking. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Location of the hotel is very good, also the view from room is awesome. Service is also fine and staff is also very cooperative. Food is also good. Also the breakfast 🍳 is included in booking a room.
