Отличный гостевой дом. Уютно, чисто, комфортно. Очень тихое месторасположение, вдали от дороги, слышно только как течёт ручейнемного далековато от центра, минут 20 ходьбы, но можно и на автобусе. Здесь можно готовить самим, есть кухня с большим залом. Хозяйка заботливая и гостеприимная.

Excellent of excellent in Kutaisi, very welcomed owner and very comfortable rooms. I give ten plus ! Who comes here must see this villa for his/her pleasure and safety.

Немного старовато, но зато приятный шум птичек за окном и во дворе есть какой-то ручей, если вы хотенье приехать расслабиться, почилить, то самый кайф 🥰

Czysto, ładnie, niedrogo i miło. Blisko dk stacji i centrum, jednocześnie lekko na uboczu, więc cicho. Pani doskonale mówi po angielsku. Polecam :)

Очень радушная хозяйка, отличные чистые номера, находится во дворике недалеко от основной улицы.

Cozy, tidy and well equipped rooms :)

Low price for high standard. Room was clean. Bathroom looks modern comparing to other places I have seen in Georgia. Woman which is owner of the place is really helpful and friendly (and speaking English). She let me do early check in, late check out, print my documents and use shared kitchen to prepare meals and keep my groceries in fridge. She gave me a lot of useful information about city. Definitely worth to stay. Unfortunately lots of streets around are under construction so it wasn’t possible to get bus or bolt there, but if you don’t mind walking it’s perfect place :)

Nice cheap guest house with the best shower I’ve seen in guesthouses in Georgia and a comfortable dining area

Чудесная вилла! Отзывчивый персонал. Чистые номера, шикарный душ, ни где по стране лучше не встречали! Терасса для вечерних посиделок! Уютно, спокойно! Поют птицы, засыпаешь мгновенно.

Отличное место! За свои деньги на 5 +. Тут уже всё написали, в принципе. Всё так и есть: милая хозяйка, чистота, террасы у каждого номера свои, новый ремонт. Единственный минус - близко к дороге и слышно машины.

За свои деньги очень хорошее место. Приветливая и отзывчивая хозяйка. Все свежее и относительно новое. На втором этаже есть 2 кухни внутри дома и на терассе.

Canceled by phone less than 24 hours. I had booked many months in advance. Another offer for the same price was very bad. The reason for the cancellation was that a large company had booked many days. think about it

Шикарное место, на букинге ухватила за 20 лари, после дешевле 60 не видела. Сам район не очень, но в номере безумно мило, удобно, уютно. Можно не выходить никуда. Есть кондиционер, тихо, огромные пушистые полотенца, лакшери! Красивое место на 2 этаже, где можно покушать

Wow!!! What an amazing property. The place was so comfy. The rooms were very well equipped, spacious, sparkling clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and shiny new. The property has a modern and very clean kitchen with a full size refrigerator and freezer, cooking facilities and an nice place to enjoy your meal.The host and owner was just as amazing. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! She offered us suggestions for dinner which we took and loved the restaurant. We had a car and the first night we drove to dinner and had a few glasses of local wine so we took a taxi back. The next evening we walked into town as we planned on having wine so we decided to walk from the hotel to the city center for dinner. It took about 15-20 minutes. The walk was nice and we used a sidewalk all the way.This hotel is the place to stay in Kutaisi !! Friendly, clean, quiet, great rest, and well valued. When my wife and I return to Kutaisi in the spring we will stay at the Hotel Center Villa.

New, clean and quiet, Ive seen a couple of different guest houses but this one is excellent, I certainly recommend

Comfy and contemporary place. Not far from the city center. You can park a car right near the house. Amazing backyard with tangerine trees and a little waterfall.

Very nice place to stay in Kutaisi. The villa is located close to centrum (approx 20 min walk). Landlady is very sweet person (speaks English). Everything is very clean an the bathroom is Brand new. i enjoyed the stay and I would recommend it to everyone visiting Kutaisi

Renovated rooms, nice terraces, friendly hostess. Definitely gonna book it on my next trip to Kutaisi
