Hotel Castle Salam in Khulna

Earlier this hotel was standard. Now the room is not clean, the socket in the room doesnt work properly, there are mosquito bites and the biggest thing is that my body itches for two days because of bathing in this hotels swimming pool.

I love their food and that’s it♥️

Ive visited this place as a business trip. My room was at 7th floor, lifting technology is old enough to wast some time. Although Their is some lack of cleanliness in the room but its ok with the rent as Ive got some corporate discount. Food was very good, Complimentary Breakfast was Fantastic.

I have stayed here for 15 days . Excellent Hospitality. Very supportive staff specially Mr.Sajal who helped me a lot. Room service was also very good. Just need to improve little bit in Restaurant as staff should be more attentive.

It was my worst experience at SALAM. They couldn’t handle only seventy resturant guests. They declined set-menu, chinese, food for more than twenty guest!!!!! Took 150 mins to start food service even in their hall area, i was with of architects.They failed to provide glasses for drinling water for only 70 people. WHAT A SHAME, Salam to SALAM.

Quality of food was comparatively bad. A lot of places to improve.

a nice place to stay for business and/or vacation. staff are neat, well trained. very helpful and smart FO executives. the restaurant is way better than expected.theres only one elevator and its a bit slow. Prices are quite reasonable.Id sure like to stay here next time Im in Khulna.

Veg food is awesome ..best in all bangladesh..can visit again just for there food...it was amazing

The lobby is small in size but cozy. Rooms are well managed. Poolside is one of the attraction of the hotel. Breakfast items are nicely sycronized. Also had dinner over there. Beef and goat were well cooked. But didnt get any hand wash liquid even after asking. Those who have hygiene issues bring there own one like me.

Went to HCS to stay overnight, charge for a single bed room for one started from 2,400 taka. The rental value to me is overpriced. Food taste good and costs within acceptable range.

Worst place to stay. No Internet connection no mobile network. Irresponsible management. Wanted to talk with the manager but nobody ame forward

Spacious & comfortable room. Good amnesties. Complimentary breakfast also have collection of continental & traditional Bengali food. Rooftop swimming pool has a nice viewing experience. Staffs are well behaved as well.

Interior is fantastically designed, adequate space, clean environment. Tested their mutton/chicken biryani, Chinese and European food items. Those are bit of overpriced, but really delicious to eat except some exceptions. Their hospitality and customer service are really great. Highly recommended. They have 2 buffets. I tested the BBQ buffet(rooftopwhich offers 60+ items, priced as 1385tk+.

I used Hotel Castle Salam for many years, and for last few years I didnt use it any longer 😕. But I heard that they have renovated the whole hotel so I booked again and I was surprised with they way they changed the whole thing. Also enjoyed rooftop swimming pool. I am happy to spend few nights here then on my way to Sunderbans Mangroveforest.Have fun.

Very good business hotel at Khulna. Room is very clean and well designed. Provide good quality amenities in bathroom. Provide fruit basket, drinking water bottle. WiFi is available and very good speed. Have gym, cafe, swimming pool, restaurant, womens saloon. Service is excellent and the staff are well behaved.I love it ❤️

Massive rooms, fantastic service, good amenities. Hard to fault it. The buffet breakfast has some odd items that are more dinner than breakfast, and the blanket is a bit of a hoodwink, but overall really good hotel. Recommended.

Nice hotel to stay but expensive. Restaurant is also good here. Also they have a small auditorium which is helpful to organize any small seminar and meeting of 30-40 people.

I had been stay at this hotel yesterday, location in Khulna city , traffic communication is easy , parking is a little bit tight !The reception service is not bad ! Gentle and polite !Room inside single or double bed seems very nice ( price is reasonable and acceptable).Pillow and blanket is quite clean , no have bad smell ! Wash room basin and toilet very clean !Shower available hot water ! Don’t worry about the winter season ! Room inside available hot water kettle , if you need hot tea and coffee , available complimentary for guest !Winter season either the mosquito season , you can asking aerosol spray for preventing mosquito bites!Restaurant buffet style ! Maximum is Bangladesh style , but Toast bread available ! Very good taste , with butter supply , it didn’t available in others hotel as I used to stay !My opinion if next time I visit Khulna? I will stay this hotel again !

Lack of maintenance, amenities became old, not shinning as previous. Foods was good... u can try sea food. We tried soup, fish fingers 5 star, breakfast refilled slowly, that was intentionally

I hv stayed here couple of times and their service is gradually deteriorating. I stayed on 18 Sept21 and booked for two nights and later changed to City Inn after one night stay. Some of poor services :-1. They no longer provide booking confirmation via email.high risk to loose the room and you cannot challenge as you have no written confirmation.2. Their 70% rooms do not hv proper window and there is a clustophobic feel . You will hv no sense whether it is day light or night outside.3. They gv me wrong room and misguided me during booking.4. The room A/c and ceiling fan was noisy. They assured me a noise free room!!5. Asked room dinning and ordered lamb chop. They gave me some hard lamb bones with little flesh with terrible taste.6. Morning breakfast room ( i went at 8:30am), was dirty, used dishes at all tables, empty and cold dishes at food trays, bread toaster was not functioning well, the cheff even cannot make a good egg omlett.I decided not to stay at this hotel again and will discourage my colleagues to stay away from this hotel

The Avenue is really good for spending time with family. Beautiful place.But all food is not so good compared to the price range! Fried Rice and Chicken sizzling do not taste good.Expectations were really high from a 3 star hotel!

A well decorated hotel with amazing hospitality. Food was amazing at their signature restaurant. If you dont have any budget issue, then this is the place you should look for to stay in khulna. One think to be noted for everyone that dont dare to miss out their Falooda. Its awesome.

Good clean hotel.... With very good food. They respected my request to not service the room everyday due to infection risks..... But the water heating was an issue.... Either it was completely missing or scalding hot.... Even from the cold water faucets! Very peculiar.... Great service otherwise.

I have experienced their some of food items. They very delicious and price are reasonable. All supporting staffs are very gentle, sincere and well-behaved. All the areas are very neat and clean with an impressive interior design. This hotel is geographically located at Royal More, this Hotels distance 2.5 KM From Khulna Railway Station and 3 KM from Sonadanga Bus Stand.

One of best restaurant I must say in Khulna. Their rich food items specially fish items are great . The Hotel itself is one of the best in the city for staying. Their service is so so but if you consider the city average hotel service then it stands among the top three. Their fast food restaurant also offers enormous varieties of fast food specially Belarus items cake, coffee etc. They have a nice parlour and not only for woman but also for man, which is also up to date service. Overall it’s a good package to make your stay calm & enjoying. Don’t forget to have a dinner in their Chinese cuisine that’s awesome.

It is a value for money hotel. Single rooms are a bit small, double rooms are spacious, lobby and restaurant are great and the price is very reasonable. Food is above average. Choices in the buffet breakfast are very good. You will also find a swimming pool at the rooftop and gym is also available, but with some added cost for each (bit expensive). Overall, I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.
