Hotel Burgas in Burgas

Four star hotel is a stretch. It would be more comfortably considered a two star hotel. There was mould all over the bathroom and the roof was collapsing in parts. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke. We also were informed there was parking, but then when we got there we werent able to park (even though there were vacant spaces - we later noticed people with expensive cars were allowed to park in the vacant spaces). All around a strange vibe. Would never stay here again.

Бургаска история, при обявена цена 120лв. На рецепция, претендират за 160. Обяснението е, че “имало концерт”.На всичкото отгоре паркингът се заплаща отделно.

Шумен климатик, разбита брава на вратата, мухъл в банята, счупени плочки, запушена мивка и вана. Всичко е износено и старо със съмнителна хигиена. Хората в хотела бяха приятни и локацията е супер, но абсолютно не си заслужава 140 лева за този хотел! Съветвам ви да дадете още 40 лева и да отидете в хотел България, /на 100 метра/ който беше прекрасен!

good location. breakfast was also ok.Room wasnt clean - had long womans hairs in my bed and bathroom. Silicone in bathroom had mould. Some lights in bathroom went out a couple of times. Walls need repainting - had all kinds of scuffs and prints. Locking and unlocking the room is unreliable and you have to guess how it works because no one explains it fully and its not written anywhere. Room door was difficult to open because its unaligned. Absolutely no organisation with regards to parking. Left a "please clean the room" tag on my door at 10:30 in the morning and my room did not get cleaned. Chair in room was broken/wobbly.certainly not worth the price

В 20 шагах железнодорожный вокзал и автовокзал.Рядом центральная улица города.Сам Отель уютный, чистый, комфортный.Понравилось. Рекомендую!

Fiyat uygun 2 gece 2 kisi 180 leva, tertemiz, odalarda sigara icilmiyor cezasi 200 euro...( Ki cok guzel bir ozellik sinmis sigara kokusunda kalmiyorsunuzbegendim ben...

Уютен хотел. Любезен персонал, ресторанта е само за гости със зелен сертификат. Има и игрална зала, казино. На 200 м. от ЖП гара. Препоръчвам го.

No parking AT ALL!!! I can’t believe!

Стаята е комфортна. Леглото също е удобно и голямо (2х90 см). Чаршафитех са меки и приятни, има по 2 възглавници - 1 ниска и 1 висока.Закуската е доста вкусна. Като разнообразие е стандартна континентална.Има какво да се желае от банята - малка е, схлупена, вентилаторът тракаше като трактор, както и вентилационната система в стаята. Тоалетната не беше идеално почистена!Обслужването е много вежливо.Локацията е доста добра - в центъра и на пешеходно разстояние от морската градина.

Średniej klasy hotel czasy swojej świetności ma za sobą pokoje i łazienka wymagają gruntownego remontu śniadania w formie bufetu też bez szału o godzinie 8.40 jak zabrakło masła to pani oznajmiła że już nie będzie

Harikaydi! Mukemmel konukseverlik, harika oda manzarasi, temiz yataklar ile verdigim paranin kurusu kurusuna degdi. Kahvaltida cesit cesit bulgar kahvaltisi veriliyor. Her yere de yakin. Tek sorun banyolardaki sac kurutma makinesi yoktu. Ona ragmen cok memnun kaldim tavsiye ederim.

The staff is good, but sometimes the kitchen isnt at its top. The rooms are cleaned, yet you should check the locking mechanism because some of them are not locked properly.

Stayed at Burgas hotel in May , and again , in September 2019 . Work related , on my way to , and back from my summer job. The location is great , in the city center, walking distance from Central railway station and the Main bus station. Breakfast was very , very good. Much better than eating in nearby cafes! Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Bathroom door does not close or lock. Had issues with the hot water in my room. You can pay for parking spot but that does not mean you have a parking spot. You can only park if there are available. Not wha you expect from 4* hotel

Burgas hotel is nice quiet and clean place. Even it looks little dusty, more like three stars, it will serve you like five star and even more.For those who dont have time to read long, Ill make it short its worth the every cent of your money and even more.We got hot water at the moment we open valves. We had excellent WiFi that its code was type on a card they gave us. We didnt have to ask or beg for it.We had half board program, so lets talk about Breakfast. It was good. Simple and good. Three days I feel so good to seat on six floor watch port right ahead, and eat.The hotel is smoking free.There are few poit to be improved, but for 62€ for a night we recieved a lot!Things that are better to be improved: refill coffee and sugar every day in rooms.Things that might contributed:Toaster instead of press toaster, (ArabicHalva.

I was on an interview last time Ive been there, but I was on training several times in their conference room. It can comfortably fit small teams of up to 20 people. The multimedia is ok.

Location is perfect.Food in the restaurant not so good, but in general bulgarian cuisine is really nice.Staff.. well.. not so great, ok but not interactive.Rooms- not suitable for four star hotel! Heating system didnt work, rooms are dark.Overall, solid three.

not the best value for money

Хотела е хибав, с любезно обслужване.Обаче стаите са малки и с не нужни мебели, защото нямаш удобен достъп да ги ползваш( масичка, столче). Поставката за сапун е стъклена и е счупена, има опасност да се порежеш. В стаята е пълно с всякакви указателни табели :-).Телевизора е поставен на много ниско ниво и не е удобно. С паркирането също не е лесно, или ще запушиш някой, или теб ще запушат, много не удобно! В стаите има нещо като балконче с площ от 0,5м2. Уникално техническо решение! Не можеш да излезнеш там, защото е много малко и е страшно, а и парапетите се клатят. Но за цигара става.Закуската е много добра, има и тераса за готите, които искат да пият кафе с цигара, и се вижда малко и морето.Срещу хотела на 15метеа има много хубава бирария с бира произведа на място.Персонала на хотела е любезен и отзивчив.

For the most positive thing...the staff. Most of them are beyond outstanding. Theodore and Staywa (I am probably spelling her name wrongare phenomenal. Now the not great. The room had an underlying cigarette odor like it was from long ago. The beds were like bricks. It seems like there is one iron and board in the hotel, good luck getting it. The hair dryer has no oomph, it took me 4 times longer to dry my hair. Signs all around said the restaurant was open until 10pm, but it apparently isnt. I found out when I went to dinner one night at 7:30. Would I visit again? Maybe...the people...they made it worth it. But I really hope they work on everything. It does look like they are trying.

Too expencive for its quality. Clean. Normal breakfast.

The employees are angry with the owner and at the same time they don’t WORK properly.It isn’t the best hotel for families, with pour services and pour maintenence and cleanning.The breadfast buffet was the worst we had in our tour over Bulgary in four different hotels.

Good place to stay...

The hotel is located in the center of the city, right in the middle of the main pedestrian street and also has few reserved parking spots. It has great view from the restaurant located on the top floor. Service is very polite. Surprising cable TV with possibility to reverse channels. Rooms and bathrooms in particular need some renovation/improvement but are spacious with everything needed.

It s good quality hotel with big rooms

Dont book this hotel,bad service. Room carpet is filthy, no towels need to asking on front desk. No body lotion. The comforters with nasty stain, need to ask them to wash ours because they do not have to replace. Big disappointing!

Thumbs up please if you liked the review.Overall I highly recommend the hotel. The rooms are very well designed and look very modern 5/5. The service on the reception and the staff in general are very friendly and supportive 5/5. The location is top center 5/5 and they have own parking although it is paid and sometimes full 4/5.For me the only downside was the highly unprofessional staff working on the breakfast buffet. Two girls aged below 20 who do not speak any language other then Bulgarian and the only English speaking guy who answers with "whats up" when asked for something 2/5.This is no deal breaker however and the other good points out the hotel fully compensate for this minor setback.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, problem with the parking

Terrible hotel!

Relatively new hotel in good location right next to train station and city centre. Rooms are spacious, but the maintenance is clearly insufficient. Parking slots are very limited and sometimes you can stay without place even if you paid for it before (as the parking is shared with local administration and casino as well).

Nice architecture and location. Staff is mostly the same as in the most places in Burgas, Bulgaria.

Good breakfast, clean bathrooms, nice people. NO WI-FI in the rooms (at 4th and 5th floorwhich is not possible in a 4 star hotel in 2015.Overall is a nice place in the center of Burgas, a bit old, with stuff that needs to be fixed.
