Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is brilliant. Rooms are decorated in a pre-war style, very clean, good shower and comfortable big bed. Breakfast was great with many hot and cold choices, including cakes.

Feels like a time travel. Old east-european style, but everything was neat and clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

Most warm, kind and helpful staff. Of course the room was spotless and little things like cotton in the bathroom. Helpful touches.

What to write about this beautiful hotel? Where to start from?I will start from sleep as it is essential in a hotel. Their bed was very comfortable and I slept as baby every night of the 5 we slept there. Room 109 was facing the main street, with a small balcony and a crow to the next building. It was untill much later we realized it was not real. Everything was very clean and in order.Its breakfast was very delicious, good and rich, stuff very polite, happy and helpful, people at reception very efficient and helpful too. I am very happy we choose to stay there after all! We had a week to remember for many many reasons!!!And as a memoir, the last moment while waiting for the taxi, I picked up a Białystok bell with the big animal on the top of it, to bring it back home to remind me the beautiful days I had there.

Really nice and cozy rooms, first floor ones have balconies so if you’re a smoker - it’s a win, parking is available at extra fee, staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel location - within 3 minutes walk to the Lipowa street which is central but at the same time it’s located on one of the side roads which helps you with uninterrupted sleep 😴

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very close to a shopping mall and many other attractions close by. The street is very well-lit at night for those who travel on foot. I will say, though, it is very aggravating trying to use the amenities at this site. Every time that I have stayed here or stopped by, Club 1871 (the downstairs drinking /cigar barhas either been closed with no explanation (visited during OPEN hoursor reserved for a party or other event. The dining room also gets booked fairly regularly for events, too. The hotel is very good, however, of notifying guests with reservations prior to their stay via email. Would stay here again if in the area, but its a roll of the dice whether or not you will be able to use the extra facilities on site.

The best hotel Ive ever been in! Very cozy room, perfect bathroom and amenities, everything was totally comfortable, nice-smelling, just amazing. Professional, yet very naturally behaving staff. I very much enjoyed my stay and I wish to go to Bialystok just to stay here again! Thank you!

This hotel is right in the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere. The rooms and service is top notch and specially our breakfast server. She is so attentive and sweet and goes above and beyond for her guests. Thank you for making our stay here fantastic 🤗

Cute affordable hotel in the centre of Bialystok. Rooms are nice, and the breakfast buffet is great. Close to some attractions, and to lots of restaurants. Reception speaks English, and are very helpful. WiFi is a bit iffy and a few more foreign (read: Lithuanianwould have given it five stars.

Ok for a nights rest, wasnt a resident long enough to sample much else.

My favorite hotel ever

Really good hotel in central location. Street parking outside and the hotel has a little own parking area on the other side of the street. Welcoming service and they even gave a free room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice big bathroom and good street view.

Absolutely delightful Valentines day menu. Beautifully balanced flavours and gorgeous presentation. Great value, too. The chef is a great asset to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, a short stroll from the market, cafes, pubs, restaurants, parks, several malls, and eye-catching architecture. An exquisite hotel restaurant, the included breakfasts have a variety of high quality foods and beverages and are a delightful way to start the day. I loved it and will be staying here again.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this hotel! The service was excellent--particularly Joanna at the night front desk. We got in late and she was so welcoming and lovely and helped us with all our questions--was genuinely interested in our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable and charming, the breakfast delicious, and the dinner we had there was the best of my vacation (salmon). Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, standard rooms look luxurious even for 4* hotels, and they have incredible breakfast.The only negative comment I have is that waiter in restaurant kicked us from breakfast, with information that they have tables reserved, but he kicked us before they cleaned all the rest of tables.Im writing this review just after we left hotel Turkus (I would rate it with -7*), maybe it influence me a little, but hotel Branicki was fantastic.
