Hotel Blossom in Dire Dawa

Back a couple of months later to the lounge . Music has improved a lot!!! No uncomfortable silence in the middle of the music.. constant music - mostly 90’s Hip-Hop and Ethiopian Music. Some one has listened to our cries . Keep it up keep it up!!

Its a bad experience, the recipient has no experience he just speaks only Amharic ,He needs to speak more than one language to help another foreigner,And the Coffe also has no service you wait a long time to have something, And if you are Muslim they disrespect you they ignore you. I dont recommended it.

The Worst Hotel to stay in, Their Bars Music makes you hate your self.

ምሳ ለምብላት አንድ ሰአት ጠብቀህ የመጠው የፍየል አሮስቶ ምንም ስጋ የሌለው በአጥንት የታጀበ ዋጋው 350 ብር የዛሬ ሁለት ወር ሳውቀው ይሄ ቤት ምግቡ መስተንግዶ ጥሩ ነበር አሁን ግን በገንዘብህ ለመብላት በትንሹ 40 ደቂቃ ትጠብቃለህ ከምግብ ጀምሮ እስከ አስተናጋጅ ሰርቪስ ዜሮ better to go local restaurant

You can’t sleep and rest in the room...there is a lot of music all over and no one cares about customers comfort. save your night! you will regret your decision if you are planning to stay over the night in this hotel.

The worest hotel service i have ever seen. Waitress are not responsive, hotel manager is arrogant and not willing to comments. If it continues like this, sure they will loose customers and close the hotel very soon.

Very noisy, we couldnt sleep. Wa are staying at the 4th floor and the music was so loud that we couldnt sleep. We regret to come to this hotel.

I dont know who gave them 4 star ,even 2star , every where is dark no light ,bathroom is no hot water and very weird place, i cant stay more than one day!

Worst hotel I have seen no room service they want you to pay every thing at moment, they cant tell the difference between some staying in the hotel and someone coming to eat. Over all bad

This’s z best Hotel I could say in Dire, u get every service that u might need here; steam, sauna, massage, barber Shop, boutique, pastry, juice, burger, pizzeria, Y’jebena(potcoffee, outdoor, indoor & rooftop service areas. Amazing hotel rooms, club . . .pretty much every thing. Apart from that they got amazing foods. I recommend u try their Dulet for breakfast, quanta firfir, tibs & shiro for lunch & dinner. . .& thier special chips tibs for snack. I used to ate here 5days out of 7days on my past trip to Diredawa

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in dire dawa but there’s nothing like blossom great service great rooms everything you need is here spa, restaurant and night club and there pricing is affordable and reasonable whoever the owner is knows what he’s doing cheers to you will definitely be staying here again

Really quite bad. Save yourself from a headache. Utterly untrained staff and the toilets dont work properly ( I tried at least two rooms). One of the worst hotel experiences Ive had. Ive visited other hotels in Ethiopia and have had fine experiences. New Blossom has the laziest staff and employees Ive seen. As there arent many good local restaurants in this area, you dont have much choice but to try the hotel food. They will sit around and ignore you before they take your order. You have to beg for a menu. You will wait forever anytime your order food, and after an hour you ask them where the food is and they will tell you somebody forgot that you even ordered food. When you ask for a basic service, they sometimes tell you the person who is supposed to do that is not at work at the moment.The woman at reception in the morning doesnt like to greet people or say good morning/hello. It seems as if she doesnt want to pick up the phone or lift a finger to help you with the basic services of the hotel. She stands there and gives you dirty looks - you will see weird bright red lipstick and an evil look as if you are a colonizer. You will get frustrated from untrained staff that have never had a job before. You will just feel very unwelcome and you are paying money while they are treating you this way. They say its a spa hotel, but you will feel like its a cheap motel. Really we tried to be patient, but I think it is a lost cause.

ብሎሰም ሆቴል ድሬዳዋ ውስጥ አሉ ከሚባሉት ትልልቅ ሆቴሎች የሚመደብ ነው ስለሆነም የተሻለ ነገር መስራት አለባቸው ለተወዳዳሪነት በነገራችን ላይ የብሎሰም ምግባቸው እጅግ በጣም ነው የሚጣፍጠው እናም በጣም ጤናማ ምግብ በዛ ላይ ትኩስ እና ወዲያው የሚሰራ ነው

Terrible experience!!!The facilities in the hotel are in very poor condition while it is expensive to book a room. Even room service dont give you a positive response whren you point out that something is amiss.The only good thing i can say about this hotel is that their breakfast/food in general is really fantastic. At least it helps you start your day in a good mood.

I stayed at Hotel Blossom in Febraury of 2017 The hotel is located about 2 minutes walk from Dire Dawa Ras Hotel. It is right at the main raod. Reception is extremely helpful and amicable. Food is amazing. The interior of the hotel is antique. The patio is beautiful. However, the rooms need renovation/upgrading. The beds are rather old. In some case even broken. During my first night, I found myself rolling to one side of the bed. Found out that the bed stand on the right side are broken. I informed the management and was given another room plus I was given full refund for the night. The sinks too are broken. Wifi reception is very good. I stayed in single room and paid 400 Birr (about 17 USD)

The hotel has the potential and the necessary amenities to become top rated hotel not only in Diredawa but in the country. Careful management is needed to do so
