Hotel Biser in Doboj

Bad experience, we booked a 2-bedroom by phone, as we arrived they said theyre overbooked but theres an apartment twice as pricey as the 2-bedroom. We came for a wedding, the bridal couple sent us to this hotel, the hotel management will offer a 10% discount for the wedding guests, which also didnt happen. Breakfast was included, Id rather eat somewhere else, because breakfast was bad, last but not least, it was pretty cold, the heating didnt work.

Uredno i čisto mjesto idealno za prenoćište u Derventi. Blizina centra grada prednost.

Odlicna usluga, dobra lokacija, cisto. Sobe malo male, ali je bazicno sve ok

Šteta da ne služe ručak i večeru. Preljubazno osoblje.

Hotel is rundown big time… at least the room we got…Carpet was super filthy, furniture old and damaged, a/c “works” so well that we had to purchase a cooling fan, queen size bed was two small beds put together, toilet was leaking, ants on floor.Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is cuz of the staff! Staff was super nice and helpful and it’s too bad the management doesn’t care about the hotel as much as they do!

Sobe neuredne, dorucak se ceka vise od pola sata, servira na prljav sto… u isto vrijeme za odabrane servira se gala dorucak minut prije dolaska gostoju…

Došli smo u hotel popiti pice i pojesti nesto.Konobar kaze da je kuhar otisao.Uzeli smo 3 capuccina koji su bili skroz vodenasti, cijedeni sok od narance i irish capuccino u koji je konobar stavio martini liker. Konobar je prosuo vrucu kavu po cijelim leđima i otisao bez isprike.

Total schlecht auf gar keinen Fall hier hin ich kann mir die positive Resonanz der anderen Gäste garnicht erklären eventuell viele Fake Resonanzen Achtung!größte Kritik Punkte waren für mich zu mal das Zimmer total schmutzig ist und die Bettwäsche stank und der Serves ist auch total schlecht uns wurde immer gesagt machen wir aber keiner ist gekommen!

-einziger positiver Aspekt: schöne Lobby und nettes Personal-im Zimmer Spinnennetze gefunden-in der Minibar im Zimmer keine Getränke-sehr schlechtes WLAN im Zimmer-Bettwäsche ungebügelt-sehr kleines Zimmer-Ausblick auf ein schmutziges Dach-Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden (laute Klimaanlage von draußen)-zu hoher Preis für dieses Zimmer (am darauffolgenden Tag hat das Zimmer 8,5 € mehr verlangt als am Vortag!)-obwohl das Frühstück im Preis enthalten war, muss man den Kaffee/Tee extra zahlen-letzter Aufenthalt im Hotel

Osoblje je tako ljubazno i susretljivo, pomogli nam unijeti stvari u sobu, sačuvali parkin posto je bila gužva zbog praznika, sobe su im jako konforne i uredne.Dobili smo popust prilikom odjavljivanja sobe.Sve pohvale!!!

Sve je uredno .Usluga je takodje zadovoljavajuca.Svima koji dodju u Derventu predlazem da svrate.

Male i hladne sobe, usluga i doručak ( u koji je ponekad uključana kafa ili čajosrednji, mlaka voda nadolazi 10 minuta, topla je misaona imenica, odnos cijene i kvaliteta nikakav!

Hotel se nalazi u centru Dervente .Otmeno je uređen ,ima veliku i lepu letnju baštu.Takođe i unutra je lepo uređeno .Ko je u prolazu ,neka obavezno svrati!

Konobari izuzetno spori ! Naplaceno definitivno vise! I naravno fiskalni racun ne postoji !!! Svi hocemo jaku , modernu bogatu drzavu a niko ne placa porez !???? Da li ce se ikada ovom bezobrazluku stati u kraj ??? Nece jer isti poreski inspektori tacno znaju kad i od koga uzimaju pare i zmire na to kad im neko pokaze da je napravio danas 120km a prava realnost je recimo 920km ! To rade svi kafici , nocni klubovi posebno , i mjesta ovaka kao sto je ovaj hotel .....

Good, but dont expect anyone but the manager to speak English. Keep your requests simple if that is an issue for you.

Das Hotel bietet im Prinzip alles, was es braucht, allerdings ist nichts wirklich gut. Die Zimmer sind klein, sehr hellhörig und sanierungsbedürftig. Die Hygieneartikel sind unzureichend. Das Frühstück ist knapp genügend, die Qualität der Speisen bedürftig. Der "Schinken" und der Käse sind das Billigste vom Billigsten.

great place, food was really good, only problem was the stray dogs barking all hours of the night, the hotel staff would chase them away with a broom.

Apartman mnogo ljepse izgleda uživo nego na slikama,kao i hotel. Parking odličan! Jedina mana je loš internet i pomalo neorganizovano osoblje kuhinje i kafića.

Uzas, katastrofa, nikad više. Pucnjava iz vatrenog oruzija u dva sata po ponoći, galama i vika. Doručak je omlet, napitak moraš platiti. Sobe komotne, posteljina ok, peškiri kao krpani otirači, klima nije u funkciji, topla voda želja.

Would be 5/5 if there was more attention to details. Menus seem to be worn out, most of the lightning is not working properly, also table cloths are aged. Food is decent and prices are pretty okay for a 4 star hotel. Hope youll see this review and fix some of those things, and hopefully earn the fifth star.

Quietly elegant place

There is no elevator in a two-storey building. If help needed with the luggage you should ask for the waiters. The air-conditioning did not work in the only suite the hotel has. Suite resembles to standard junior suites, but the living room is smaller. It has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and an extremely large shower in the middle of bedroom. Huge waste of space. Positive side: staff was very helpful and friendly.
