This is a safe and friendly hotel. I have not stayed at other locations in cote dIvoire so it is hard to compare. There is good AC in the room and helpful staff. There is one restaurant that ypu can fid the basics. The food was tasty and made from scratch which took some time. So be patient.

Needs a face-lift.They need to do more in the services they provide. Some of their room facilities are not comfortable for usage.

The price is reasonable for this area, the security is good and so is the room service. The staff is pleasant but the ambience is really lacking because the hotel is always under construction. For the quality of the rooms the price should be lower but there are other important assets that out way the inconsistent room ambience, decor and bathrooms. It is still a hotel I frequent. There is free wifi a pool and free cable. Make sure mention your a client to get the free breakfast.

Quiet. Nice staff. Hot water runs out quickly but management responded quickly to restore it. Good place to be.

I spend just little time in this hotel at Riviera palmeraie.This hotel is full of refreshments.They have conference hall,swimming pool,bar,restaurant and good services guaranteed.Their rooms are air conditioned,with hot or cold shower,freezer,tv connected and wireless network connection to the internet.I still remember their bed and sofa.Just wow!

Nice place to host a conference. They have conference rooms of varying sizes and can take about 6 conference at the same time. The restaurant is nice with good food. The workers are polite and enjoyed myself there.

Its a two-star hotel, this is a huge low value, low cost but functional hotel. Suitable for big groups. Food wises its ok, not the best but far from the worst. The service isnt exceptional, just the necessary.

For a 2 star hotel it is great. Staff is responsive. Infrastructure is not stellar but utilitarian.

Really finding a place like home in Abidjan. Humble and well trained staff.Very much supportive.Trying to give their best.The only thing you need to keep in mind is its a French country, despite of that service staff keep trying to understand you and give whatever you require

They experience I went through was late respond for the Hotel management to recured out from the airport to the Hotel which I believed is not acceptable. It ours more than one hour before we pick-up at the airport. Onece my room given to me the toilet is tounching.

Nice meeting rooms but main hall could be brighter/cheerier. Good catering with varied dishes and desserts. Needs a fix up, my visitors thought the hotel was from the 80’s

This is a good hotel with reasonable prices. There is a nice pool with a snack bar but it is small and crowded. The hotel has just invested in more rooms but should have put more focus on their amenities. The rooms are nice, air conditioned, and secure. The halls are dirty and the bathrooms are dated. Good place overall to stay.

Room basic with no amenities except TV. Wi-Fi is provided. Breakfast included. Swimming pool on grounds. Service good. Friendly staff. Would stay here again, if I should return to here at another time.

For my stay here, communication was difficult for me, I speak English and finding a translator was 😤 especially at the restaurant. I wouldnt entirely blame them because its a French speaking countryI will learn basic French before going there again because their services were very good 😊 or nearly excellent 👌 and I will visit againOh! For the Tv stations only RT and FRANCE 24 were EnglishIve been to Pullman and Sofitel and can say Belle cote can compete head to head in terms of WIFI speedDay 2I was told the hotel would not be serving guest breakfast

My stay at Hôtel Belle Côte was amazing!!! The staff was very accommodating with all of our needs and we loved our room. The restaurant also had great food options. The security staff was also helpful.

Nice and casual place for swimming - among the few opened to the public.
