My first trip abroad staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms very lovely and clean had an amazing holiday will definitely travel there again

Nice and quit very clean, staff and owner very nice this place deserves 5 stars short walk to beach and kos town car and bike hire at end of road will be returning later this year loved it.

Lovely hotel, fab location, fab staff!! Couldn’t believe that my husband and Billy & Costas went to the same school in Bahamas many moons ago! Our 2nd year back and already looking forward to next year! Ideally placed for the beach and town, perfect holiday! 🇬🇷

Good hotel 🏨 👌

It was our second time here and was better than the first time and that was brilliant. Billy and Costas and all there family who help behind the bar and pool bar are so friendly there make you feel like there have known us for years. The location is superb and quiet but yet only ten minutes from all the bars and restaurants. Cant wait to see you all again.

Third time weve stayed, Billy and Costas always make you feel at home, very relaxed atmosphere, position is great, 10 minutes stroll into old town, harbour or beach, cant thank the guys and staff enough for making our holiday special, especially after what the last 2 years have like 😎👍😎

We have stayed here several times ,in fact we are due back on the 15th June . We have had only the best of times,eaten many times at the pool bar and enjoyed the kindness and professionalism of the Bahamas team . See you soon guys

I’m surprised that this hotel has good reviews, my experience was really bad. Maybe the rooms are clean but I would not say that when it comes to snack bar at the pool. I would not recommend eating anything there unless you wish for food poisoning. The other thing is the service, they are extremely friendly to your face but it happened that I understand their native language (they didn’t know that I dowhen I was served my cocktail at the hotel bar, even for the customers that are visiting for many years every summer they have something horrible to say soonest the customer walks away. I was really disappointed.

Fantastic little hotel with friendly service. Presently staying in one of the Superior rooms which are absolutely first class, really cant fault the place.

Spent our honey moon in Kos and used Bahamas hotel. Fantastic value for money. Clean and quiet. Perfect hotel as resting base for ealry risers-explorers. Super friendly owners Billy and Kostas will do anything for you to make your stay perfect. Cant wait to be back!

Loved the place. I really cant add anything to all the positive reviews. Split clean, great staff from the cleaners to the owners. Its just so chilled that if you dont keep moving you will fall asleep. Stunning bar food that will suffice if you cant be asked to do the short walk to the beach, old town or the harbour and the countless options to eat or drink . Dont just take our word for it I strongly recommend you try it yourself.

Hotel is nice & clean & has a large pool. Billy & Costas make your stay one to remember. We come year after year & hope to be here next year.

Had a really lovely time here. Staff are attentive and friendly. The room is nothing mind blowing, but its clean, has aircon, comfy beds and a balcony. Pool area is always clean and the food is always decent. Really cant fault the value for money here, especially if you come to Kos to explore.

Bahamas Hotel is our happy place we return to year after year. Family run, friendly spotless and no children!!! Gorgeous pool always a sunbed yummy cocktails and good pool side food. Looking forward to many more visits.

Very expensive on the bar charged you 1euro a day for a sun bed cover and if you didnt use the bar and pay over the top prices they ignored you attitude of owners terrible hotel owners family shouting at one another been going to Kos for 26 years and this has to be the worst place ever

Stayed here with my sister last month and we was the youngest here but we don’t like all this partying any way. Was the best time we’ve had away. Pool is perfect and lovley lunch. Just far away enough from the town. Thanks for a great stay billy. Will be returning most definitely. And for the price you just cannot go wrong

The hotel itself was decent. Very nice outdoor and bar area. Always kept clean and an amazing service from the woman that runs the bar. She was lovely to everyone and is sooo helpful. I won’t be visiting again though.. I originally paid for ONE week to have aircon which was €50 a week. I only paid a week because i didn’t realise I had to even pay for aircon in such hot conditions. Anyway , I believe that the owners are and have scammed a couple of people. I only paid for one week and they left the aircon ( broken aircon on for the second week with light consulting me first whether I wanted to pay. I also had to pay 25€ for check out. Me and my girlfriend ended up paying nearly 100€ that we didn’t expect spending on a broken air con and other expenses. This is why I shall not be going back. Breakfast was nice but so basic. I’m actually Greek myself and have been to all different hotels in Greece and that was by far the most simplistic breakfast ever. Orange juice wasn’t even orange juice it was squash. Squash for an adult only hotel ? Bit of a joke to be honest. Anyway I give this hotel a rating of ‘ good ‘ because it’s clean and the lady behind the bar demonstrates great customer service. Other than that I don’t see what the hype is about. And must I mention WiFi only works in the bar

First time in small and friendly, adult only. We loved location and hotel was clean, swimming pool fantastic, could get sunbed any time of day, owners and staff friendly and helpful would go back in a heartbeat. Reason for 4 and not 5 star is breakfast was very basic, but for the price you pay we think its great. Top tip rent bicycles from down the road it has cycle paths off road for miles and is flat.

When we go to Kos we wouldnt want to stay anywhere else, great family run hotel small and friendly and wonderful staff

One of the very besy places I have stayed in the world. Billy & Costas welcome you like old friends. Its away from the crowds, so is very peaceful, just a short walk from the old town where you can get anything. Clean, good quality & a sensible place to stay. Lovely people, we will coming back time & time again.

Good little family run hotel, we stayed for a week without any issues. Location is good, only a short walk from a large supermarket, with smaller ones also nearby, and also not far from the front, bars and restaurants etc.Rooms where clean and reasonably modern - no TV but not an issue for us. Small fridge, and a very good Aircon unit (50€ for a week). Shower was powerful but made quite a mess on the bathroom floor so was really a wet room. We were right above the bar and next to the small road however heard barely any bar or road noise the whole week.Breakfast buffet was the same each day - bread/toast, tea/coffee, fruit juices, fresh yoghurt & honey, sliced cheese & ham, melon and boiled eggs. This was enough for us as we dont eat much on holidays at breakfast anyway.Well stocked bar (with pool table and live sportwith good range of beers and cocktails.Pool was a good size and clean, snack bar has good range of fresh prepared food at reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and helpful.Overall we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel - a great bonus is that children arent allowed so its nice and peaceful too!

A big thank you to Billy, Costas and all the staff at the wonderful Bahamas Hotel. This was our 6th stay there, and still as good as ever. The whole place is so relaxing, a wonderful pool, lovely snack bar and good bar area. Breakfast is more than ample. There are great tavernas nearby and a nice stroll away from the harbour. You cannot go wrong here, adult only, so clean and well looked after. Greek night is a must, especially the tasty pork chops. Look forward to staying again in the future. Well done Bahamas.

Lovely relaxing place to beJust what we needed at this time. Spotless clean rooms and fantastic pool area. Only downside,no TV in room not that weve spent much time indoors.

We booked this as it had a 5 star trip advisor rating . Its 2 star but Id say it was pushing 3 stars . We arrived very late so we only really started meeting the staff the next day . Costas and his brother(billyrun the establishment, once they knew our names they used to greet us with a friendly "good morning James " ECT... Which is always nice. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is nice and usually quite tranquil as there are no children under 16 or possibly 18 . The pool bar offers drinks (soft and alcoholic snacks ECT... again looked after by friendly staff . Kos town is about 10 minutes walk as is the beach , there are many tavernas and bars to cater for everyone . Id recommend this hotel to couples from 18 - 80+ . Tui runs the tours to here and Id encourage tui to invest a few quid in this hotel, Id be more than happy to pay a little extra for a better breakfast selection and for a newer sunbed mattress. And tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms . But overall my wife and I had a lovely stay here and we will be back in a few years time . Just spent a wonderful week here. Very friendly and helpful. Food at the pool bar was brilliant as was maria. Highly recommend the Hotel Bahamas. Will definatly be coming back.

When we booked this adult only hotel with TUI, we just expected a basic hotel - after all, it is only a 2* rating. How wrong we were!! Its a fantastic place, and talking to other holidaymakers there, it seems we were lucky to get in because people just keep coming back, year after year. We had a room facing out over the front of the hotel, with balcony, and it was great just sitting there at the end of the afternoon, having a few sundowners before going out for a meal. Fantastic pool area, with bar which also served snacks. It was immaculately clean and the breakfast, although the same continental style every day, was plentiful and adequate. Its about a 10 minute walk into Kos town centre, so is out of the main hustle and noise (although you do get a few boy racers flying around occasionally). Only thing to be aware of is the extra charge for air conditioning, 50 euros a week. So we are now adding ourselves to the list of regular holidaymakers returning, because we will return!

Brilliant lovely family run hotel 5 mins from Kos Harbour. Nothing is too much trouble and we love English and Spanish football they always on TV in bar.

We have stayed at the Bahamas 3 times and would always go back when visiting Kos. Very well run, clean and comfortable place. Good pool and poolside bar. Short, flat walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

Had an amazing time at Hotel Bahamas! Hotel is very peaceful and such a friendly atmosphere. Cant wait to return!!

just right. not 5* but totally adequate. good sized bedroom and shower room. balcony. fridge in room air con €50 but very good. pool is good size and good sized garden. bar really good if pricey. very friendly. close to town. 10 mins. highly recommended

Nice family run hotel, clean rooms, 5 min walk to the beach. Breakfast offerings could do with some enhancements. Please note air con is extra €50 a week. Feel at home hotel!!
