Hotel Arctic Eden AB in Kiruna

It’s a nice hotel hard to find the entrance just have really bad WiFi and I’m rooms there are windows that open but really dangerous as it’s like a door to the out side with no railing. Their breakfast was ok tho. Just the light we’re a bit to dark

Cheap hotel, nice room, and good breakfast. The breakfast closed too early. 10 oclock Sunday morning. Free parking. Family room with bunk bed, newly renovated.

Only one complaint the sign is not visible especially in the night it makes life complicated. Stay inside the hotel absolutely perfect no complaints

Great hotel! Nice and welcoming staff, clean and cosy room with newly refurbished baths. Good breakfast buffet. Did not have the chance to try the pool/sauna or the bar unfortunately. Overall great ambience, would definitely recommend!

Nice and helpful staff. Fine breakfast. The only thing I wished for were thicker curtains. Maybe it would help with getting some sleep during the Midsummer "night".

Very good and fair priced hotel. It has pool, sauna and a very good breakfast. Our beds were also comfortable.

We can’t say it was dirty or bad it self but is extremely expensive for the experience you get, the place feels a bit worn down and they are making remodeling works so you don’t feel a cozy environment anywhere, the breakfast was good and with a lot of variety, the lady from reception was really nice, but the lady in the restaurant upstairs not that friendly when we ask her if we could leave the suitcases in the hotel because we were early to check in.

Outstanding hotel for the Price and location, breakfast buffet was very good. The onsite bar was very nice as well with reasonably priced drinks.The room was spacious compared to most European hotels and the bathroom was average size with heated floors.The hotel also has very nice Sami artwork trough out and adds a very unique and classy vibe. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

The first room we got could have served as a morgue. The radiator didnt warm for us. The second one was fine though.They only served pizza yesterday evening but despite a lot of guests it was good. Breakfast was fine as well, but warm dishes werent very warm at 8am.Slow WiFi, parking lot was large.

Unfriendly staff, bad pizzas in the restaurant and took 1.5 hours to get them, noisy room with a lot of people outside talking, shouting and listening to music during the night and everything could be heard in the room loud and clear. Cheap sandpaper as toilet paper, noisy pipes and tv doesnt work properly. There are a lot of better and cheaper options in Kiruna.

This is more like a hostel, staff is wonderful but hotel very worn out and rooms very responsive

Stayed 4 nights, decent size room for scandinavia, very good breakfast selection, parking onsite and central to town.

Very friendly people at the Reception and the Restaurant. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are small but have everything you need. Great Spa Area with Pool, Lounge and Sauna.The hotel is very nice decorated with paintings and stuff from local artists which make it a unique and comfy place unlike your typical hotel.I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if youre staying in Kiruna.

Deluxe King Suit is spacious and comfortable, Twin Room is small but ok. Rooms are clean and well equiped. Access to a full gym is outstanding. Good breakfast and fine restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel for one night as a stopover to Abisko. While I didnt get to take advantage of its amenities, I liked the fact that they have a sauna and gym on site that guests can take advantage of. The room itself was clean, moderately sized and offered a nice view of the mountains. This location also seemed close enough to restaurants and various sites to visit in the city.Their breakfast was pretty awesome! You have a plethora of pastries, waffles, pancakes, bread, cheeses, meat, eggs, fruits, and veggies to choose from. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and they even called a cab for me to get back to the airport in the morning.The only con is that the shower enclosure was small. Im 411", weigh 100lbs, and even I felt cramped with the door closed. You do have the option to shower with the shower door open so if you can deal with a wet toilet, this may not be a big deal for you.

Super cosy hotel with lovely employees. Definitely best choice in kiruna and they have a full equipped gym, lovely relax, pool and sauna. Their in-house restaurant is popular with the locals and food is delicious. Will definitely come back :)

Looks run down from the outside, but make no mistake, this is a great hotel! We loved the breakfast, thr cozy rooms and the sauna. Its very close to the centre too. A good choice when staying in Kiruna.

It is a very good hotel and the staff are so service minded.

Just OK, the swimming pool is way too cold, the air in the room is bad, but theres something with this place that keeps us coming back. Maybe its because the rooms are enormous and the service is great.

The hotel was really heaven. Room, room service food everything was 100 percent perfect. Location was also marvellous. The hospitality was also mentionable.

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. Rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Excellent staff, in particular Julia and the other girl in the reception during the mornings were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Renation works in progress so the environment is not prefect. Room is spacous and well facilitated. Staff is excellent. I stayed because its staff helped me to solve the transport problem to catch the earliest flight in the morning.

Hotel Arctic Eden, the rooms, modern, fresh Scandinavian decor, some rooms have wooden beams. Modern lighting, top notch bathrooms with heated floors. The madresses are soft - not hard. The pool area is cozy, candle lit, with ample seating area on a wooden bridge spanning across the pool. The sauna is great with enough seating. The hotel offers massages as well, for purchase, did not try this however. As for the breakfast being served, large Scandinavian style breakfast with everything ones heart can desire, quality also top notch. The breakfast area also serves as the hotels restaurant, however we did not eat there, will the next time. The same area also contains lounge seating, ordered a couple of glasses of wine. There is a shop in the bottom level selling locally produced crafts and arts. The hotel itself is a standard 4 star hotel based on the amenities, but the staff made such a good impression that I will rate our overall experience 5 stars, this also taking the price into consideration. Approx 10500 SEK in total covering 2 rooms for 3 nights each. We stayed over new years. The hotel is good for singels, couples and families. If and when we visit Kiruna again, this is where we will stay.

Nice restaurant, amazing choice of breakfast, beautiful decoration in the new buildings, older decoration in the bedrooms, but really really confortable.The shower has a massage function and the heating system from the ground is a amazing!

This review is for the restaurant.Very nice atmospheric setting, theres a pool table for recreation.Had the moose burger for dinner. The game taste doesnt really pair well with the brioche bun. Theres lingonberry aioli and pickled red onions for acidity but the burger doesnt come together. The pickled red onions made the bottom bun soggy and the sweet brioche bun is very dominant over all. The complimentary bread basket is probably off the shelf stuff. Poor beer selection.The garlic bread was great

Slow internet, got 8 down and 2 up at best with a lot of latency and jitter. Got a room with queen size bed and no working outlets by the bed. Told reception with no solution.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. City center location. Close to bus and train stations.

Rooms and facilities were clean even with ongoing renovation works. Good breakfast spread; I had to leave early and catch a 7am bus so thanks to the staff who quickly prepared boxes to let me pack the breakfast food to go! :)

We spent two days in the hotel. Breakfast deserves 5 stars! The room was quite big with eveything you need. Everythink looks renovated and really good. The stuff was helpful and very nice. I can recommend a stay at the Arctic Eden Hotel!

Rooms were okay and nice, did expect more from the breakfast though

My assessment is only about restaurant: nice ambience, local meal sortiment (I really enjoyed my reindeer), prices appropriate to northernmost city of Sweden
