Hotel Alpina in Luzern

rooms - clean and comfortable. no aircon but the weather here compensate the aircon, no hot water in the hotel but can get it from their sister hotel level 4.Service - receptionist try their best to solve your queriesLocation - best.. close to train station

Extremely small. Very noisy, no aircon. Old room. No kettle! Bathroom with shower curtain. No shelving! Had to check in via Hotel Monopol. They were great but Alpina was not. it does boast the smallest lift in Switzerland!

No air condition as building is constructed in 1902Best location but very less ventilation.

Location is tump up … very near the station. Everything is on walking distance. The room is clean and front desk is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good. Recommend to stay

At first we can’t find the hotel lobby but thanks to one guest who suggest us how to check-in, because it’s different entry. The staff are very helpful and suggest many attractions. Under the hotel is a bar so you will need a higher floor to avoid the noice in the night. We were staying at 3rd floor and still hear people talking/partying very clear.

Quiet hotel. Clean but continous odour of burnt pizza from restaurant below. No front desk staff. Yiu had to check in at feint desk at neighbouring Hotel Metropolitan. Location was very good.

Stayed at this Hotel for one night. Personal is very nice and polite. They told all the details before check in and showed us different opportunities of the rooms with a balcony and amazing view on city Luzern. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is cozy, also here is safe for important stuff. Located near Bahnhof station what is very comfortable. Much recommend to stay at the Hotel Alpina.

The room was simple and clean. And comes with balcony and street view. It gets particularly noisy into the early morning of 1am to 3am, because of the drinking house or bar on the ground floor. Breakfast was on another building at its associate hotel, similar to check in and checkout.perhaps they wete sharing facilities. Breakfast was quite a variety and good. The lift is extremely small, only 1 person with luggage can use at a time.

We arrived late at night, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us where to visit and what to see. The hotel also provided us free ride tram ticket good for a 1 day. The rooms are quite old I think they need a bit of renovation on hotel. The location is great, you can easily access to sighting, shopping, restaurant and bars nearby.

Very nice, cozy place. Best part is that its close to the train station. Breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed it very much. I wish they had air conditioning during summer.it was really hot with out ac. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
