Nice place to stay. Secured & well decorated.

Everything is ok. But they lied with check out time. They didnt remind me that 12 pm is check out time, and at 1 pm they r saying you will be charged for another day while my bus was at 3 pm. Shame.

A 3 star hotel located at Humayun Rashid Chattar, Near Bus Terminal in Sylhet city. Rooms are okay despite being a bit small but the washrooms are not up to the mark telling from my experiences in 5 different rooms. Most of the employees are polite and well behaved but service quality is not so good. Root rate is high compared to the size and quality. The lobby is good and the hotel looks nice from outside. The most useful thing about this hotel is that it has a good number of bus counters just beside it. Ena, Unique and Shyamoli counters are even in the same building. That is very useful for the visitors who will move to Dhaka or other cities. Unfortunately I did not get any photo.

Nice hotel with great location, also cheap and affordable. Rooms are clean, service is good. Ena Bus counter is just beside the reception for which I chose the hotel because I have an early morning bus for Dhaka. Not only Ena, all buses for Dhaka is going from here.

Their front desk office has severe lack of professionalism. They assure you first to get you and then broke their commitment. They dont even have courage to accept their failure. An unprofessional front desk officer is enough to defame a business.

Crowded place in sylhet. As Humayun rashid cottor is close here. Hotel ali plaza, Ena bus counter, unique bus counter also located here. So people use to come here for getting better and quick vehicle services.

This is a star category hotel, started not far ago. It is at Humayun Rashid Square in Sylhet city. Humayun Rashid Square can be called the gateway of Sylhet. Standard services are provided here. Environment is fine. No bad news so far. Prices are reasonable as I know. Tour lovers can keep this hotel in their list.

The staff very friendly as always, breakfast very good as well the staff of the restaurant remember what we liked. Also the reception was very helpfull when we needed to extend our stay, they were organizing everything to our satisfaction

Hotel Ali Plaza is better than other hotels in Sylhet City for its decoration and facilities. Bus terminal & railway station is very near from the hotel, so it’s the best hotel for the travelers.
