Worst customer service. Overcharging on every item you order. Blocks the landline connection to the room upon calling them up for room service. Earn water not available at all . ACs dont work. Therere plenty of reason for not to stay here

Room wás with out towel and hot water.paid 600 it is reasionable. No water asked for or any other service.

Not for family of you are travelling with friends and on low budget and dont care about 24hrs hot water service or crowded out side then stay there.

Full of cockroach, poor room condition, extremely bad washrooms no hygiene in kitchens & rooms. But staff is very cooperative and obedient.

Cheap hotel..cheap service..Bad attitude

I dont know why they lost their standards.yesterday I checked in and they were not interested ....they have no towels ,windows open mosquito bites...stay far away from them

Rooms are not maintained properly and washrooms are dirty as hell.

Usually I used to stay at hotel during my visit to gilgit but this time in cleaned room was offered at handsome amount.

One of the worst stay experiences I have had. The place is absolutely run down. Yes it is cheap but a 1000Rs less than the other hotels per night doesnt make that big a difference when there are cockroaches every where. Most of the time there was no water in the washrooms, half the rooms have less than functioning washrooms. The rooms are mouldy and bare basics. Yes it is cheap but not really worth it especially if youre travelling with a family.

Good place to stay and dine . The best thing is that they have the service of rental cars directly to Gilgit-Baltistan. Reliable and comfort for those who are travelling to the North.

This is average hotel. Only 2 seater rooms are available. But the best part is you can rent a car for Gilgit Baltistan directly from this hotel. The food is completely GB origin. The room rent is 15-20$.
