Best hotel and fast service with cheap rooms
Great service very nice food 5star
Excellent hotel, good to stay overnight before early flight ✈️They arrange transport to airport & car hire.
Booked on the 10th October left a deposit of 10000 rupees as ask by reception staff told them wanted to stay for a couple of days but unfortunately had to leave in morning.Rang for breakfast to place my order when breakfast arrived missing fresh orange juice can you believe rang 3 times every time its coming never arrived
Great service and place to stay
Room is good the executive one but tge service is very poor
An OK place to spend the night but on a bit pricier side due to location convenience.
Everything good but staff not friendly
NICE PLACE AT LOW COST. FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. EXCELLENT LOCATION, NEAR TO LIAQAT PARK RAWALPINDI..
Great friendly staff, amazing food quality, love the cafe, try the latte itd awesome! Best hotel for families & business trips
Really bed service. No drinking water in rooms. Food been served without water and Drinks even I informed them water and Drinks are missing. Kids really got upset. Had really bad experience. Extremely unhappy. I would give 0 star
Use their conference room facilities were good service very poor
Location is the best part. Easy access to Pindi Saddar area. Average property. Rooms have Air-conditioning, room service and private bath. TV size is good. Parking and valet service is available. Budget, Standard and Executive rooms available on 4K, 5K and 7K. There is smell in bath. Room lights arent diffused. Service is very good indeed.
Location is excellent but rooms are not clean enough. Location on Google Maps is not correct
Hotel rooms and washrooms are pretty old style, but so far a better place to stay within the vacinity of Twin Cities. Metro stop is nearby where you can access to most of the major areas of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Its just ok but price for food and drinks are very high. Room rent also high base of the room .however staff are cooperate and helpful.
Fine.Very old so it doesnt work that much. But over all 6/10
Not attractive as shown in the pictures. Old furniture accept sitting area. Darkness and congested environment.
Went to the hotel for a takeout the food was amazing my kids loved it to.The staff were helpful and made us feel welcome
Room was clean., staff was very co operative., totally worth value of money.,
Good place to stay with family. Service is good.Highly recommended.
Good location staff attitude appreciateing quick and smooth service room rent high but affordable quran majeed not available and Qibla direction not displayed
International hotel!!! With Netherlands paspoort no room available..Very bad experience. Such an unprofessional staff. We booked on phone and then when we reached there they treat us very badly.Like what.. They have to respect their customers.
Phoneline not working.. Requested water 3 times in 1 hour still not here.. wifi is terribly slow they still living in 1963 at this hotel..
Worst experience ever. Pathetic hotel. Extremely expensive and there is nothing over there. Rude staff and meal is not at all eatable.Unhygienic and no corona formalities. Parking issue and the building is like a ghost house. Better not to visit. not recommended
Outstanding place to stay at. A little bit expensive for some people but not as much for most. I stayed there for 4 days. It was winter so their prices are a little extra. Even then room rent for 24 hours was about 3500 Rupees. That includes breakfast for 2 only (complimentary)
Update.Got contacted by the owner. Sharp difference in the service. Improved. Would recommend to keep it as standard😊Structural issues like noise and non-ventilation in refurbished rooms still need to be addressed.Food quality and quantity has been the best aspect from the start.Relatively clean but nearly impossible to sleep. Whole night you hear doors slamming, employees talking loudly (room servicein the corridors, phones ringing in the house keeping room which is right in the middle of guest rooms on the 3rd floor.Food is of good quality and taste however, the staff needs serious training in politeness and service orientation.Supposedly refurbished bathrooms do not have any ventilation.Only come here with family if desperate.
Its a good hotel for a short stay. Rooms were clean enough. Breakfast was included. Also you get discount if youre from Kashmir. About roughly 30 to 40 mins from Islamabad airport. Although the location is very busy and crowded they manage the parking Which is good.
A bad aroma from Room made my stay horrible.. I think the previous guest made mess of that room which was cleaned laters and smell of acid used to clean it made it worst... very bad experience.
Excellent experience throughout. Helpful and committed staff do their best to satisfy customers. Clean & tidy Rooms. 24 hours room service is brilliant.
Akbar international ,we feel very comfortable in this hotel ,rates are higher but reasonable as compare to it standard.Mostly hotel have traffic noise issue but when we stay there we really feel comfortable.Rooms, service, food everything are good.i just wanna say ,try it...:-)
Me and my friends came from Australia , with 2 girls all of us have Oversea passport , so we was looking for good hotel in Rawalpindi , finally we found on internet Akbar Int’ so we went inside to book a room , and they was asking for Marriage Certificate , r u guys crazy or what , n ur government trying to bring tourist to Pak , it was the worst experience in RWP , we went around Pakistan none of Hotel ask us to bring these documents ,,
We have been regular users of this hotel since the day it has opened. Most of our families always used this hotel in the past up until our last recent experience when we arrived from the UK. I have to point out that the customer service has become absolute appalling to say the least, there have been new additions to staff at the reception and there was a very arrogant staff member who was very rude and had no appreciation that we have been very loyal customers of this hotel. The cleanliness and upkeep of this hotel have also suffered immensely and I truly advise anyone looking to stay here in the future to definitely avoid this hotel like the plague as it just isn’t suitable to stay with a family.
Had the opportunity to stop over night while shopping with family. Found the hotel convenient for our needs. Nice & clean helpful staff and good service, room rates also good
Stayed there and it was comfortable and a good experience. Services were great and Room was clean and the staff very helpful and polite I recommend this for a work journey

Its a good choice as far as budget hotels go. Rooms are good and clean and well air conditioned. The service is good. Thats all i guess.
They have two types of rooms. Neely built and old ones. Ask them to give new ones. They are fresh, neat and more pleasant to live in. Rent ranges from 4500 to 5500 rupees.
A big name in the Garrison city. Very old and respectable hotel. But the quality of accommodation has deteriorated over the years. In dire need if an overhaul..
I went to this several times. The food is always fresh and reminds me great food of Lahore. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are big and clean. Overall great atmosphere for families.I recomend this hotel to everyone who visits Rawalpindi and Islamabad, especially to LAHORI BROTHERS.
If I had an option to give this hotel negative stars I would give them the highest. I stayed here recently and will never ever go back again. I dont write reviews but this experience has made me write one. It was the worst experience I ever had. Please get rid of the receptionist, he does not even know how to talk respectfully or should I say humanly. I wish I never came to this hotel just for this only reason. But I was so tired and did not want to check other hotels. The room was extermely filthy (deserves even a bitter word), the toilet seat was as thin as paper and was too shaky. No toilet paper. Flush tank took ages to refill. Toilet was supper dirty. Tap/faucet was shaky and out of its place. No heat hot water at all. Blanket was I guess never washed since it was first bought. We had to skip using their blanket and had to spend the night in cold.Chairs tables and dishes in dinning hall were screaming as if it was telling us please dont use us we are not clean. Obviously they had to, cuz we ignored and used them.Brothers and sisters please stay away from this place, the building looks good from outside but on the inside its completely the opposite. Dont commit before checking their rooms.
It has been my hotel in Rawalpindi for years during 1996-2007. After a long brake I had a chance to stay here and found it much improved. Good to stay here at a reasonable price close to the metro station.
Quality service and friendly staff. A great help in arranging a family day out and airport shuttle service, although the shuttle service was third party, grumpy driver but adequate Service.
Great reception area overall good location but the toilets and room covered in mosquitos. Staff were very rude and continental breakfast which was very limited and no breakfast for foreign children. Fridge n freezer wasnt pleasant black mould everywhere.
The reception area looks very nice, clean and presentable so do not let that baffle you its overpriced and bathroom was filthy with a broken toilet seat and black mould everywhere.we have stayed in akbar before but their standards have dropped will never stay there again!
