It does not matter how nice the accommodation is, it is unsafe for sleeping or even being inside one of the rooms whatsoever at any time of the day or night. Most of the rooms are in a windowless basement without a second means of egress. This means that in any sleeping accommodation per the International Building Code require two (2exits from every room where humans sleep. The problems with this hotel are many: 1The single egress path is to far to travel to exit the accommodation. This egress path cannot be more than 75 feet in a building without a fire sprinkler in case of fire. Most of the rooms are more than 75 feet from any exit. In case of a fire, you cannot get out of this building safely, and you will probably die from smoke inhalation before you can get out. 2There are no fire sprinklers in this building which could cause a building code exception. So a fire will produce smoke and again you will not be able to get out of this basement and in case of fire you will die in the basement. 3This is a mixed use building. There are many businesses on the first floor frontage that could cause a fire and guess what? The basement hotel portion guests will become barbeque, or die from smoke. 4There are no lighted egress paths, which means that in case of fire and smoke, you will not be able to tell where the exits are. Instead they just posted cardboard unlighted placards, unsafe. 5The biggest code violation is the lack of proper second means of egress from the sleeping room. If you stay there, your kids may die due to an owner who does not care about life safety. This hotel is also a casino. Now you would think that the money pinching owners who make a ton of money from there casino activities would care about fire and fe safety for their guests but instead they put you underground in rooms equivalent to coffins. In spite of other good reviews, they missed the mark about the building code violations and likely death that will be caused due to negligent and culpable hotel owners and operators. TRUST THIS REVIEW. I am an international building code expert, if you stay in this hotel and get assigned to a basement room without a second means of protected egress, you and your children could die from staying there, through no fault of your own. I am sending this review to the Mayor of Aguascalientes asking for prompt action to close this hotel until they can provide for code compliant rooms. So stay there, and maybe you will die!

Nice place to stay, comfortable and great food!

Great Stay, the hotel is completely remodeled the rooms are spacious and the food is excellent. Will stay again!

Excellent buffet

Not dirty or run down but just not good. Food was bad (dry salmon, bland pasta, salad un chopped, slow service). The basement room has no natural lighting, only one outlet and the blinds are stiff. The key card is faulty so we had to ask reception to fix it. The beds are small and there is no soundproofing so it is very noisy. I would not recommend a basement room if you stay here.

Really great Hotel. In a very location, near by a big shopping centre and other good things. Very clean and esthetic. The personal also really great. Definitely recommend

It is a nice place with confortable rooms and good restaurant for brekfast. Just 2 things I thunk they can improve is my windown does not have a black out so light in the kornig come through it. And noise from the people waking out side the room is to loud.

Friendly and accomodating staff with excellent English, in a clean and modern setting, with a great restaurant, within walking distance of the nicest parts of Aguascalientes. Great hotel!The staff was very helpful with calling an Uber or shuttle for me - but be prepared to pay $350MX (about $20 USDfor a 35 minute Uber to the airport. Breakfast is a $8 add-on, which was a surprise. Laundry service did a great job with my dress shirts, again for a small fee. Shuttle drivers are incredibly friendly, very patient, and good drivers, but youll have to work with them to communicate.Also, dont let the Street View fool you. In Aguascalientes, there can be a decrepit concrete graffiti pit next to the nicest places, and this is no exception. The hotel is a nice building tucked off the main road, but the gate and its neighbors are run-down.

Nice hotel in a good location in walking distance of a number of restaurants (and a few night clubs). Quiet rooms off of main road. Very comfortable beds and decent shower 🚿 Free WiFi is throughout the hotel and I didnt struggle with connection. Would stay again.

Beds are comfortable, restaurant inside and a swimming pool. Shopping district is walking distance, lots of places to explore. Uber is incredibly cheap. The view of this hotel is amazing. Staff is friendly and yeah coming back here soon.

Great place for social events, it has pool and conference rooms, good for meetings and offsite activities.

Well its located near the modern zone of aguascalientes, uts a great place for job trips, or family and friend trips, its clean its not to old, has a good pool, the rooms are big, but my window was directed to an interior zone. Lots of japanesse people, so menus and important things are displayed on spanish english and japanesse. Its at 10min by car from " la feria de Aguascalientes" one of the hugeest events of the city, also nissan an mercedes benz or jacco are there, this its a good hotel for trips of people visiting that brands. There its a shopping mall with cinemas two blocks away. The buffete for brakefast its great, also order food on room service and it was better than expected. There is a self park zone, and lots of restaurants acroos the interior street. go for it.
