Lovely hotel with a great family and staff

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff!Super friendly staff, with a reception open 24/7. The rooms are beautiful, clean and modern. Nice pool area outside with a bar. The hotel is located a few minutes walk the beach, and close to the main streets with boutiques, bars and restaurants.Only negative point, the breakfast is a bit too industrial.

A very terrible and disappointing experience!!!Together with my family ,I spent my last vacation at Agrelli Imperial Hotel - Kardamena, Kos, We booked a Land Apartment with Garden view and breakfast, but we received an attic Studio (3 Adultshalf see view, half roof view with many solar pannels.The studios furniture was old and tired with a completely improvised and impossible to use kitchen.There was no direct access to the elevator.Even though our package included AC we have been asked to pay 8 EURO/AC Unit/DAY.For using Safety Deposit Box we payed 10 EURO/Season. The bathroom size was no bigger than double of a planes toilet.Because we have been 3 persons and such small space, all the time the towels fell into the toilet.One of the rules was that the key be handed over to the reception, when left the hotel. Against any law and without any right,without any exception, the Receptionist used our key for checking our Studio ...who knows the real reason behind such rude and illegal behavior?We have been also double charged for the tourist tax. It was included in the vacation package, but when we left the rude receptionist( hotels ownerasked us to pay it again.The pool is a BAD JOKE!! It is similar with a pool for kids and cannot be used.The breakfast could not be eaten, very poor and same every moring.The WiFI was acceptable.It was the worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

It was the best surprise of my vacation in Kardamena. I felt like at home from the first moment, the two brothers Agrelli are simply the best. Gentle, reliable and professional..the Hotel has an amazing pool bar where you can relax and have a drink, they also organise a greek BBQ every Monday with local dancers where you can touch and admire the real greek culture.Concerning the Hotel itself the rooms are very functional with air condition a lot of space and also balcony...I strongly recommend...the best you can find in Kardamena! Spent a lot of time in agrelli hotel as friends were staying there ...lovely family run hotel with pool/bar. Very friendly main bar everyone made welcome. Photo of Greek dancers at Monday barbecue.

1st class all round. Would recommend. Spotless. All staff amazing 2 elderly cleaners, man and wife late 70s do a great job. Great breakfast and good menu throughout the day at reasonable price. David Gallagher

Ive been travelling to Greece for 20 years and this is by far the best place Ive stayed. Beautiful hotel, very clean and the staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you George and David, well see you soon.

It was lovely to be there for a week. Staff very nice, place very clean. Food in the bar lovely and cheap. I would definitely go back there 🙂

It has been a really good stay and all the staff has been very polite and helpful. It really feels like home. The rooms are very clean and it offers all the services one needs in a vacation. Highly recommend.

Very nice place considering it is two stars only. Cost/value is great here. The guys running the hotel are kind and caring. Would definitely recommend. The renovated rooms also can compete with higher class hotels.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in what little gem we will definitely stay here again had an amazing time very clean amazing friendly staff lovely clean swimming pool also good for little ones as there is a little shallow baby pool nice relaxing sunbathing area excellent pool bar modern and super clean nice food nice cold pints and the owner what a guy he is a lovely kind man and very funny top guy I cant believe people have actually left any negative reviews on this place its top notch if the owner was rude to them they must have deserved it we will be back next year

We absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed here many times and have recommended it to friends and family who speak very highly after their stay. All the staff and the owners are very welcoming and extremely accommodating. Having stayed here for a number of years we have see many improvements. They have a lovely pool area and bar. The only criticism I have is that people smoke in the bar area. If you are ok with that then you cant go far wrong with booking the agrelli

Lovely place to holiday,staff cant do enough for you spotlessly clean and its not too far to walk to local shops,my second stay here and will return

Good for the price, nothing special but acceptable budget accommodation, thats why 4 stars. Owner was rude, he better stay off the premises and let his friendly staff handle everything. Wifi code should be somewhere visible or given t the check in as after 8pm no one is at the premises.

My self and my wife had a great time lovely &clean and nothing was to much trouble cant wait to return also the BBQ on Monday’s are a great family affair

Owner was rude and Hard to speak to, Didnt feel welcome there at all, I got bit many times by bed bugs, woke up every morning with a new bite, we had an Ant infested kitchen, His bong eyed assistant was kind enough to make us feel welcomed and at home, she was even kind enough to order us a taxi. Lovely old cleaning lady always did a good job keeping our apartment clean, overall the owner is a douche.

Clean hotel, nice little pool but rude staff and money grabbing

Lovely hotel. We arrived very late at night and the made sure to give us a meal. The room was really nice and the staff were all very nice too. Nothing to much for them, they made you feel at home.

Very nice Hotel, we had perfect holiday :)

We got here late at night and immediately booked 2 nights (we wanted 3 but they were fully booked). Our ground room was full of ants and insects coming from the toilet area (Room 401). Very disgusting! Early In the morning we wanted to cancel the 2nd night and asked to leave but the RUDE boss of the hotel said we cannot, unless we will pay 100% of the upcoming night. Our hands were tied so we only asked them to spray against those insects and we stayed (with the smell of the toxic spray in the entire room)More cons: the lobby stinks from cigarettes and the breakfast is very disappointing and poor. The pool area is small and noisy. Also the cleaning service does not supply fresh shampoo and soap after cleaning the room.The only reason why we give it 2 stars and not 1 is because of the super friendly staff at the reception (not like the boss who insisted we will pay in advance if we decide to stay).Such a shame!

The AGRELLI Hotel is a fantastic place to stay very sincere family run .worth visiting my Holiday friends will all say the same x.

Standard hotel the room are ok nothing grate. The mini bar in the room is good prices tho. The breakfast is of a good standard for a continental but you can pay for a full English.

Marcos , Fotini and family are excellent hosts great other members of staff at a friendly spotless hotel where fun relaxation and enjoyment is the name of the game . Have been going for 31 years and have made great friendships with other regular guests. Come join the fun

Absolutely fabulous place, lovely rooms, ours had a huge balcony with mountain views, and awesome staff. Excellent pool area with bar and food and a lovely homely bar in the main reception area. 2 minute walk to the beach and/or town. First time here but we will be back.

Been coming to this hotel every year since 1992 and it gets better with each visit.

Excellent location, close to both the village centre and its best beaches, and just far enough from the main road to keep the traffic noise away. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, with fresh clean towels in place. Our balcony had a lovely view to the pool, and the room was pretty spacey. All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely be staying again!
