Great place to visit. Clean and well maintained but a lot more to improve. This place come with kids water park and slide. Can easily spend 3 hours here. Remember to bring your eggs and rubbish bag. Have convenience stall for drink and snack. Reasonably rate.

It was nice and relax.. i really enjoyed the waterpark.. eating a cup of maggie with hard boiling egg (boil egg at the hot poolso satisfying 🤩🤩🤩

Natural hot spring

Been here 5 times since few years ago. Lots of things have been upgraded. But one thing is less. They should add more cafes so people can at least eat after been in water. They only have kuih, sandwiches, nugget and waffle here. Not enough to fill my stomach. Other than that is great.

Child below age 4 is free.Poor maintenance and dirty.Children water playground is dangerous with 2 broken slides !!!Main pool floor is full of sharp stone, walking on it will feel painful. It has caused injury on my elbow after sliding down from the slider.Almost all toilet comes with broken lock and hanger.

Almost 20 times visiting here and 3rd time staying in their villa. Love it so much. Will come again and again and again.

Quite crowded especially during the weekend, but theres FELDA home stay nearby, can consider a short getaway from busy city life

Best hot springs resort run by Felda. Tickets entrance is reasonable and very relaxing area with hot and warm pool where your kids enjoy swimming.

Good environment for family holidays

Paid rm15 to go in..the pools are nice ..Cannot bring own food, but the food inside quite expensive ( paid rm3 for nasi lemak with half boiled egg, 2 ekor ikan bilis and a little sambal, also paid rm 5 for 5 pieces of eggs to boil inside( telur sold grade c or even lower grade i think, very fragileand have to add 20cent for extra plastic spoon😌..come on...i think they can do better with food and the price.By the way, had a very bad experience with wash rooms. They are very dirty, lots of lamps broken, sampah on the floor, some toilet bowls broken and few missing hose pipe.But sure i will go again there if i get the chance and really hope they read my comment and can improve the services

Nice water themepark and cheap. Entry fee only rm18 for adult and rm15 for child below 12years. There are cold and hot water. We can bool the eggs at the hot water point inside the themepark. We cannot bring our own food from outside, but the restaurant also not expensive.The gazebo is not much for the tourists, so, maybe we put our bags and things, below the tree or above the stone near the swimming pool.

Its the right place to brings your parents and kids here. The facilities is good. Theres a locker, food stalls, and toilets. Besides, theres a few pools that have a different temperatures - very hot, hot, and cool ones. They prepared a few hot spring pools for you to relax and dipped your feet into, and a spacious hot spring pool for those who wishes to relax in the hot springs. There were also places for kids to play where is the water is cool.

Had a blast moment here. Plenty of pool areas to be chosen from. Water ranging from cold to warm to boiling hot. Kids-friendly. Clean surrounding. Toilets are OK, but can be improved on its hygenic. Ticket sold at RM12 for adults. SOP were enforced at the entrance, however, many people inside didnt wear mask before/after swim.

We booked 3bedroom villa. Theres a private jacuzzi on the back of the villa but it wasnt well maintained. Theres a kitchen inside the villa. You can use the kitchen but you need to bring your own pots and pans. The water park is nearer to the villa rather than the apartment. Breakfast was nice but theres not many choice. Basic breakfast. Even though its a nice place to stay but I do hope the management can maintained the cleanliness. Even the water park is quite dirty.

Hidden gem.. Stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa with private jacuzzi with hot and cold water. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and complete with a kitchen to cook your own meal. Also ordered food delivered to the villa from the stall nearby. Food was good and very reasonable too. Had quite short and sweet stay during RMCO.

Alternative to tambun hot spring. Recommended to new experience.

It was not a plan picnic. We went after my brothers graduation. It was clean at the water park area and changing room area. Very satisfied on that, my kids was so happy. The said part is the public toilet at the parking area was not maintain properly. The main door is broken, no electricity so it was dark & gloomy. The door at the cubicle has no lock. The pipe for the sink broken and of course the smell is not so good. Hopefully the management will fix it. Hence 3 star from me.

Nice place to have team building, motivation, family day

The entrance fee is reasonable and staffs are friendly. If you need to relax after a stressed work life, I highly recommend this place as it is located away from main roads and highway so you wont hear a lot of noise. The hot spring have different pools with different temperature of water, make sure you dip your foot not too quickly into the water as you might feel strong burning sensation. They are selling eggs inside the facility, you can boil the egg with hot water. The only drawback is they dont clean the hot spring regularly so there is a lot of leaves fallen into the pond.

Too pricey for the accommodation. Breakfast for this Sunday was not replenished, and it was only 8 30 am. However, rustic lovers might love the place.

INeed a little bit of improvement for example.. found 4 point plug is unable to used.. a bit smelly inside master bathroom. The cleanliness of the room not so great. But its a good place to release your stress after a busy week as the surrounding is peaceful.. the value of money not worth it as what we have paid and expectation.

All is well except that outside food is not allowed to be brought in (staff will check your bags at the entranceand food sold inside especially the cafe near the cold pool got no variety.

I stayed in 3 bedroom villa, equipped with jacuzzi at the middle of the villa.The experience here really awesome for money, the environment here really nice, got hot spring and river water with water slide. The villas are arrange that I felt like I really breathable and nice. You can order food and deliver to villa, quite cheap for me.

Good place for family outing. Was expecting better maintenance since they collect entrance fee. Pebbles stones in the pool came off for a bit.

Good to relaxing your body while steaming up your leg and whole body. You can also boil egg.

The park offer hot pools and cold pool. Hot pools water is from natural hot spring. The temperature range from medium to hot that used to boil eggs. Cool pool water is from the mountain nearby.During weekend and public holiday the park is always crowded. The management pay less attention the visitors needs. The stall inside the park is not all open. There is not enough benches. Lockers are limited. Visitors bought mattress (business for the park operatorand place it under the trees, open space. It challenge for visitors if raining as not enough shades. Visitors like to boil eggs and only limited place and tray provided cause long que and wasting time que to boil the eggs.

My family and I enjoyed it. We came with a Japanese friend and his family. I think we arrived at 12pm or so and left at 5.30pm. We took a dip in the hot pool, the cold (normalpool. We also boiled some eggs and enjoyed them. Other activities that you can do here are archery, ATV, private jacuzzi and traditional massage, all of which requires extra payment on top of entrance tickets. I think the place is well kept and good for the whole family.
