Giant water park with many attractions for young and old. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gastronomy is ok. There is something for everyone.Special thanks and greetings Ikaue and Tatiane

It is a total waste of time and money. It is too crowded and there is line for everything. 30min in the entrance, to slide down xpirado more 30min. It took too long in almost all the waterslide. For one day I spent R$720 in 4 tickets plus lunch that is the minimum to have a reasonable day. Do not worth it. To have a good experience, the park should allow only half the amount of people that was there, they should respect more their clients. Not to mention that you walk all day long there, be prepare for the 5km walking. Brazil has places way more interesting then hot park.

The park itself is nice its got a lot of fun rides and theres lots to do. My complaint is that there were a lot of things that were extremely expensive and I felt like there was a lot of opportunities to gouge people, for example photographer took some photos of us and wanted almost 250 real for 21 pictures! we ended up getting 7 pictures but it was still a 14o real. And these were for pictures they were going to send us via email! they werent even printed! really felt like it was extremely expensive for what we received. Drinks were extremely expensive and somewhat skimpy. And then we were charged 45 real for parking which was not stated up front, which was a very nasty surprise! overall it was a nice park and the water rides were fun but just the overwhelming feeling of always getting gouged dimmed the experience. Really have no intentions of returning.

Need better cautions related to using masks at all places. Almost all clients doesnt use masks there at oustside of pools (internal roads, barhrooms, locker rooms, attraction lines)

The kids loved it, but they havent been to a watwerpark for a long time, and they dont remember what other places are like. The park looks big on the map, but the area with activities is more limited. The slides are OK, but there are not many of them, and not much variety. None of them are especially thrilling, except for the big one, "Expired" which we waited in line for over an hour to ride. Some of the activities you have to pay extra for, and prices for some of the food and beverages are too high compared to the general price level. Also a part of the beach area is reserved for guests staying at the hotel connected to the park. This was not communicated before entering the park. None of this was a true deal breaker to me, but the place was running at less than full capacity due to the pandemic, and still unbearably crowded. To be here on a busy day under normal circumstances must be pure hell, unless you thoroughly enjoy the intimate company of strangers.

I liked this place! We hadnt any problems there. But the price is... Well, over the top.

We had a great time with our children. There was lots of shade, and lots to do. They were wiping things down and trying to keep things extra clean during Covid. We really enjoyed our time in the park.

Undoubtedly the best thermal water theme park in the world with a spectacular kilometer zip line that raises your adrenaline levels to the maximum and to another level. Place you should visit several times if you want to de-stress and have fun looking for

Specially for kids and teens!If youre an adult, you may like it as well, particularly if you have a thing for water, speed and heights.Food price is reasonable inside the park, but never cheap.The park uses a waterproof bracelet to charge your meals, shopping and activities. Its simple and you pay the bill only when you leave.Take care with the park bracelet though. Its kinda easy to lose it when going down the water slides. And there are many of them.If you lose it, theyll charge you the replacement.😅Last but not least, buy your tickets online. Its way cheaper than at the park entrance.Overall, plan ahead and youre 99.9% set to have a good time there!

I had a really good experience with my family. Definitely would come again. The place is a beautiful place with a lot of green cenaries. I really enjoyed the parks attractions.

A amazing place to rest with your family, I thing that’s place has not many waterslides, so they have Rafting in the Hot River and the Mega Zip Line, and you can found many natives animals like the reptiles, birds and monkeys 🐒 Brazil 🇧🇷 is a most beautiful place of the world #GodBlessMyCountry

Its a lovely place. Some things like food are expensive. But all the plays are awesome! I got tired going upstairs at the Xpirado. Half pipe is the best one! But you need a friend to go with you. They have great alcoholic drinks. They have coconut water as well. You can keep your things in a safe box. You can buy a lot of things in there like swimsuit, sunglasses, purse or flip flops. Many billboards are in English. You need to bring a bug spray if you want to get in the woods after they closed the pools. And dont forget sunscreen.

Great water park, family friendly with lots of options in what to do. They offer scuba diving, zip lining and rafting for an additional, which is quite a bit expensive. Went on the zip lining and was worth it though. Pools are heated and there is a beach imitation called Praia do cerrado

Of sure this is the perfect water park. There are many hot pools to you enjoy all during day with your families. That is excellent place.

Wonderful place, there are many aquatic attraction designed for all ages, always using hot water. For me, is the best place to rest and have a fun with family.

The place is beautiful, clean and well decorated. The staff is kind. The stalls are nice and placed everywhere into the park. Theres a parking lot (not free). The pools look clean. The attractions stay a bit far from each other, some people may get tired. The prices for the snacks and drinks is a bit high. The bathrooms are clean.

Great hot water park. Fun for everyone who likes pools. Good choice for groups of friends and families. There are options for everyone in the park: childrens area, slide rides, beach area, shows, beach volleyball court, several pool bars (even one with a djand restaurants of every kind. Its huge, so you dont feel like its crammed.

This park has some amazing rides and naturally heated water which is so nice eot relax in.Well worth a visit just for the hot waterMy main issue is with the overcommercialisation of the park; with loud music, hyperinflated prices being ubiquitous. In addition the manner in which customers are ejected at the end of the day does leave something to be desired.Slides open at 1000 rather than the 0930 advertised and some attractions start to close from 1600. - used to open earlier and shut far later knowledge fro local friendsNo English speaking staff despite some signs being in English.That said it Is a fun place and has quite a few fun slides
