It is impossible to do things worse... we arrived there and the rooms we have booked were not available. No alternatives were offered to us, not even a simple phone call to check availability in near places or a taxi ride when it was raining heavily. The guy from the front desk is useless and didnt care about the situation. It looks like this is a common practice... you dont deserve to work in HOSPITALITY

Los baños horribles y sucios. Muy pocos, sin papel e inundados. Pero inundados de varios centímetros!! El desayuno es muy pobre, unos panes con muy poca manteca y mermelada fea. No se lo puede ni llamar desayuno.

Room - We were shown our room which still had the previous persons dirty sheets on. 5mins later given the room which had a dirty floor and dirty shower floor which had been there for some time and it was scummy.The room smelt of drains as it was ensuite)(very dirty)Breakfast - not badA group of people volunteer and live there whilst probably pleasant they were loud till 10.30 at night with talking or playing music.

Es una estafa, no es lo que muestra en la foto, a parte que es caro el precio para lo que ofrecen, sus habitaciones no son confortables y no tienen buen ambiente, el baño no es aseado, la atencion es mala, la verdad no lo recomiendo.

It is not as beautiful as you see in the pictures but very friendly staff. We arrived early in the morning and they not only checked us in but also gave us Breakfast at no extra cost. In case you are interested there is also Spanish lessons. Very close to the historical center of the town.
