Hostel Maros in Gyor

There really should be a zero because that was exactly what I got from this place. I was on a bike tour down the Donau Radweg and for an odd reason on the way the route plan took me 40 kilometers backwards to Gyor. Since it was late in the season darkness was coming early and the route, as often is the case took me to some very difficult paths to follow in the dark. However I managed to ride through to Gyor mainly to honor my commitment for booking the Hostel Maros. When I did arrive I rang the bell to the "Hostel" and I was told in a broken German that I was too late. I explained that I had, already paid, that I worked very hard to arrive there by bicycle and that I would be sleeping outside on a night with minus temperatures. She was not concerned about that, shut the window and continued to watch TV. I did have a tent and would have free camped 40 kilometers earlier so I would not have to make the trip back the next morning, but I thought I booked a place I should honor that booking. Instead I free camped in a city park in Gyor and waited the whole night to be kicked out. Now I still have to try and get my 30 E refunded from Cruellla.
