Bella casa colonial en pleno centro de Sucre. Habitaciones luminosas y amplias, staff presto a colaborar.

Nous avons passé une nuit horrible dans cet hôtel. Chambre pas propre, lorsquon est arrivé, le lit nétait pas fait dans le dortoir. Un groupe de personnes ont fait la fête de 20h à 11h du matin et la réception de lhôtel na jamais rien dit. La douche est horrible, eau tiède, 1 seule douche pour 12 personnes en dortoir. Le petit déjeuner était inclus mais nous nen navons pas eu. Pas de draps de bain de fourni. Dans la chambre de dortoir : seulement 2 prises pour 6 personnes.

Pésimo, incómodo, camas con resortes fuera(me sucedió en 2 ocasiones). Ubicación tranquila. Falta higiene y limpieza en las habitaciones.

Lovely old building. Up for sale, which probably explains its bare bones nature and lack of effort.I stayed in a dorm for 40 Bols, I wasnt offered any breakfast.There is a stove in the kitchen but no pans or a fridge.The shower is hot but theres no soap to wash hands, I asked 4 different staff for some. Only 1 toilet roll between 3 toilets.

Muy bonita lugar, limpio y en recepción son muy amables. Sin embargo, los que necesitan factura para descargo, deben preguntar antes.

Fuero muy amables! Al llegar pregunte si podía hacer un upgrade de habitación y me dijeron que en ese momento no tenía la una habitación superior para alojarnos pero al cabo de un rato consiguieron colocarnos en una habitación mejor que la primero por 1 noche y las demás ya nos dieron la habitación del upgrade. Solo pondré una pega y es que las cortinas son demasiado finas y se puede medio ver el interior pero a parte de esto genial. Y el desayuno increíble. Un muy buen hotel!

Hermoso lugar, estilo colonial y muy tranquilo

Im living for these Spanish-styled colonial houses. The price was also fair, they serve us breakfast, its near the city centre and the rooms are pretty neat. I recommend if only for that lively patio.

Un lindo lugar en Sucre. Limpio, tranquilo, personal super acogedor.

Nous navons pas trop apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel et ce pour plusieurs raisons :- Dans la douche, leau était à peine tiède, nous en avons fait part à laccueil qui devait voir le thermostat mais sans changement après.- Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien tenues, la literie est bonne mais le manque de rideau opaques au niveau des fenêtres nuit à lintimité et à votre sommeil si vous aimez dormir dans le noir. Il faut savoir que les portes des chambres sont vitrées avec juste un petit rideau en dentelle...- Petit déjeuner très basique, il ne faut pas avoir trop faim le matin.- Lhôtel est cependant bien placé.- Le lieu en lui même a beaucoup de charme mais manque dentretien, nombreuses fissures sur les murs dans notre chambre, traces danciennes fuites provenant de la toiture etc...- Un matin nous étions pressé et devions déjeuner rapidement. Le déjeuner est censé démarrer à 07h30, arrivés à 7h45, rien...nous en faisons part à laccueil qui nous assure quil sera servi rapidement. 08h00, tjrs rien, nous sommes partis déjeuner ailleurs.Au bout du compte nous sommes partis 2 jrs avant la fin de notre réservation et avons pris un hôtel plus haut de gamme pour la fin de notre séjour à Sucre.

Lugar agradable, rústico y sencillo, bueno para pasar un momento de calma, de costos medios; algunas habitaciones tienen problemas en la infraestructura.

Dishonest and unsafe!!!We arrived very early to sucre, and went to the hotel and asked if early check-In was possible. The man at the reception let us check in and have us our room without any problem.When we were about to check out the receptionist told us that we owed them for one more night. We told him the situation from the previous morning but he insisted that our early check-in would cost us an extra night. The receptionist was very unfriendly and said that he would have the money taken from our credit card if we didnt pay.Apart from this the cables to the lamps in the room were exposed and had high voltage running through. Something that would be very dangerous for children. The lamps didnt work either, only the one in the roof.Apart from the issues stated above, the wifi is terrible and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.If it would be possible I would give 0 stars, however 1 is the minimum. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU.

Dishonest, dangerous and overall bad.We arrived earlier than check in time at 12. We started of with asking if it was possible to check in earlier or if we could leave our bags and come back later. The guy in the desk showed us to the room and we paid for one night at the same time. Wich was nice since we had a long bus ride the night before and just wanted to rest instead of strolling around Sucre, waiting to check in.The room itself was not that nice. It had two beds that werent comfortable and you could feel and hear the springs in the mattress. Behind the beds were lamps and behind my friends bed there was an exposed wire. When he tried to turn the lamp on there was a large bang and a flash. Lucky none of us came in contact with the wire. There were no hot water in the showers even if they advertised there was. The wifi was on and off during our stay and most of the time it couldnt load a YouTube video of the lowest quality. The bathrooms did provide toilet paper but barely any soap and no towels were provided.When it was time for check out the guy at the front desk said we needed to pay for our stay. When we had already paid. He then said that we needed to pay for a full night since we checked in early. We tried to explain that we had talked to the last guy about it, he said that he doesnt speak English and that we still needed to pay. We promptly refused and both he and I got quite upset. He then threatened with having my credit card information and that he would take it from there.I wouldnt recommend staying here even if my life depended on it. Very rude staff and scammers. You can definitely find a better place for a better price in Sucre.

O local esta em reformas, então acredito que vá melhorar, a arquitetura do local é muito interessante, um estilo colonial com jardins e poços de água no meio da construção, os chuveiros eram ótimos, já as camas e higiene deixaram a desejar. Café da manhã simples.

Its a,very basic hostal! Wi-Fi doesnt work, bearly hot water runs in the shower, few lights work in the bathroom.Rooms are basically only beds. No Tv, transparent curtains which give one no privacy.Only good for location close to centre. But weekends could be noisy as loud music came from a bar close by.Basic breakfast. Staff are friendly.

We had a lot of problems with this hotel. First the WiFi doesn’t work. Then we have no intimacy because there is no curtain (just a little one but we can see everything through it). The owner is absolutely mean and doesn’t care as soon as we paid. To finish, the bed was a rock ! So disappointed. I put 2 stars for the breakfast and the kind lady at the reception who tried to help us. This is my first comment, just because the owner talked to us very very badly I decided to write it.

La relación pecio/calidad es muy buena. Está a muy pocas cuadras del centro de Sucre y la atención es muy buena. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y el desayuno está muy bueno.

Buen lugar para ospedarce. Me gusta sus ambientes y su ubicación central en Sucre.

This hostel is cheap and is in a nice building with a sunny courtyard and (mostlyfriendly staff. 40 Bs for a dormitory bed. Breakfast is included and consists of two bread rolls, a fried egg, dry cereal, the weakest coffee ever and the smallest rations of juice, jam and butter. Toilets dont appear to be cleaned very often, and the cubicles dont lock. WiFi is so poor it might as well not be there. Kitchen is okay, but lacks a fridge. No security whatsoever for dormitory rooms. Mattresses and pillows are rock hard, and there arent quite enough blankets to be comfortably warm at night. Only 3 beds were ready for us when we checked into an empty 8 bed dorm room at 10:30, which was slightly odd, but fine. It stayed like that for 2 nights whilst we had the room to ourselves, but on the last night, one inconsiderate staff member decided 5:30am was a good time to come into our room, turn the lights on and make the beds for 4 arriving guests (all without an apology). We are completely bewildered as to why the beds werent made three days previously, ready for any guests.

Nice location, good place, friendly stuff.No lockers in the rooms, no toilet paper, very slow wifi, no fridge in the kitchen.

es un lindo lugar, colonial, cerca al centro pero la verdad es que hay opciones mas economicas, si lo que buscas es hacer turismo, opta por otra opcion

Recepcionista amable, desayuno agradable, lugar tranquilo, la ubicacion es muy buena. Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento al lugar, la cama es algo pequeña y la almohada no muy comoda, pero es pasable. Algunas chapas de las puertas no estaban en muy buen estado. En general proveen un buen servicio pero con mejoras en el mantenimiento del lugar seria mucho mejor

Sehr schönes Hotel von innen. Leider ist in den Zimmern kein WLAN (Wifizu erreichen nur an der Rezeption. Vom Hotel aus hat man einen guten Ausblick über Sucre

The hostel was not that nice. Bathroom was very dirty. There is some construction work going on now. Hope they fix it all.
