Hospitality Carnarvon in Carnarvon

Rooms are 20 years out of date. Felt like Fred Flintstone was going to knock on my door. The bed felt like a slab of rock to.

Room was alot better then i was expecting amd good breakfast

Comfy bed. Clean room. Good continental breaky included.

Very basic rooms but the restaurant and food make up for that.Room was clean towels thick and pretty big.When you come say hi to the fabulous Tracey.We had a great stay on our AAT Kings #wildawaits

Really comfortable stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly!

Ugh! Is all to say about this motel. It really makes your skin crawl. They couldnt even be bothered to clear up the cigarette boxes and booze bottles outside our room.Rooms are so old and not even 3 star. Barely better than a park bench.As for the town, we’ll. Don’t stay here! You can tell by the barred windows, virtually no cars and lack of shops that it’s a downtrodden area.

Nice clean rooms, very well priced. The Sails restaurant was excellent, beautiful fine dining at an affordable price. Best in Canarvon.

I hate to be critical but...Bathroom in desperate need of maintenance, peeling paint from internal plumbing leak & constantly dripping shower that drove me nuts. One male waiter was in real need of training in basic courtesy & customer service.

Checked in here for one night as the Google reviews stated it was one of the better hotels/motels in the area. The stay didn’t start if we’ll - went to have a shower to discover the towels were soiled with waste, used shower products were left on the shower floor, used toilet paper found behind the toilet, dust and insects filled the bathroom and expired products in the mini bar. Did they even clean the room prior to new people checking in. Utterly disgusting.

Located close to everything else and really helpful staff. Everything is clean although its quite old. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too.

Room was dirty, Rundown property they hadnt even mowed the grass in a month. Really expensive for what it was. If this is the best accommodation in Canarvon the rest must awful.

Unfortunately the effort of the restaurant staff to be helpful and friendly and the lovely honey lamb rack was let down by the ridiculously lime scaled shower head which sent water out of the shower cavity onto the floor. Also the toilet leaked. Small things that would of made all the difference.

I stayed here for work and was really pleased with the place! The staff were delightful and the room was very clean and comfortable… The food at the restaurant was great and the overall experience here was really pleasant! When I come back for work I’ll choose this place again

Well kept rooms meeting all the requirements for a comfortable night or two. Nice on site restaurant for breakfast and dinner - one of the best in town.

We stayed here for just one night and its a good accomodation for me and my parents. However, it was not really clean especially the walls being so dusty. The exhaust fan inside the bathroom is also full of dust that my mum kept sneezing. Overall, despite the establishment being old, the room should still be cleaned.

They stayed open extra late just cause we were running behind. They were absolutely brilliant highly reccomend.

Lovely king bed room...clean and more than adequate for an overnight stay. While the outside of the hotel area looks a little worn our room had obviously been updated and was very pleasant. A huge shout out to Matthew from the Sails Restaurant. If hes not the Restaurant Manager then he most certainly should be!! Friendly professional with a wonderful can do attitude! A huge asset to the business! Room service dinner was AMAZING!! Excellent quality of food straight from the Sails kitchen! Scrumptious! Would definitely recommend!!

Second time stopping in, we love the continental breakfast! Clean rooms, good amenities. The bloke doing the breakfast service was friendly and doing an awesome job

Nice rooms, beds are neatly made and moderately comfortable. Most of the room was cleaned however there was tampon wrappers on the floor in our toilet area. The continental breakfast is a nice addition to the stay and the pancake machine was a hit with the kids. The free laundry service is also a great addition to the place. This is our second time staying here and both times we have been happy

Rooms are great with separate bathroom/toilet, very clean and spacious.Male at reception was also friendly and welcoming.However dinner was below average and several items on drinks menu unavailable .Included breakfast is just cereals, toast, yoghurt....dont expect bacon and eggs .Id stay here again but eat elsewhere

Nice clean rooms, bathrooms could do with an up grade, but still clean. Had a awesome steak dinner here as well.

Well what can I say, awesome. Great little place with awesome food. It had beds for sleeping which was really good as I was staying overnight and that is my preferred time of sleeping. The restaurant has food which again great choice as I was hungry and thought the restaurant would be a good place to start. Has areas to park your car close by which was very thoughtful and I found it particularly useful as I was in fact using a car for my main mode of transportation. The people were friendly and accommodating and I’m sure if I actually went there I would of enjoyed it as much as I think I would of.

Stay was comfortable and the room was spacious. Only thing was bathroom was out dated and old looking. Perhaps updating the bathrooms? Overall was a good stay!

The room I was allocated is nothing like the website. The bathroom stinks of pee and the room is like stepping back in time. Its so bad, I checked out without staying a night.

Very dated and grubby.Dirty toilet with urine around the base and found dental floss on the floor🤢 very dated and grubby furniture.At breakfast next morning, had to pickup four plates before I found a clean one 🤮same with the spoons.

We stayed here on a 5 day fishing getaway. It looks old but it’s neat and tidy, clean and has all your basic needs. Very simple, but all we needed. Nice staff. Looks like it’s been newly painted not so long ago. Would stay here again.

From when we got there we were treated by a lovely lady at the front desk who was more than happy to answer all our questions. The room was very clean, beds was comfy. Good enough that decided within 10 minutes that we should stay another night. We were on our honeymoon from Perth and had no set plans. Also had our honeymoon dinner at Sails restaurant connected to the hotel and the wait staff were also very nice. Food was perfect.5 start all the way.

Trudy great hospitslity. I was often late back to my room after the restuarant closed, and they happily cooked and left my meal in the room. The rooms are nice clean and welcoming. Staff are very friendly. The food was also amazing for dinner and breakfast. Definitely the place to stay in Carnarvon

Nothing like advertised. Run down and old and not well maintained. Very disappointed on arrival, room, shower etc VERY VERY basic. On arrival our neighbours advised several vehicles, including theirs had been damaged by local kids. Police were called. Some visitors vehicles also damaged at the jetty, which is a local landmark but was closed to the public.The only saving grace of our stay-over was Sails Restaurant which is attached to/part of the complex. Partly newly refurbished. The Manageress and food were excellent. Very good service and the standard of the food was well above expectations.

Comfortable motel with great service and friendly, welcoming staff. Very enticing menu and very tasty meals. The bourbon and oyster/scallop entree was magnificent....two nights in a row.

A simple, functional hotel on the edge of Carnarvon. The room was big enough, clean and very quiet. The complex also includes a restaurant whose food was not expensive at first glance. For one or two nights an affordable accommodation.

On arrival it took two return trips to reception to get my door card to work, in the end they had to give me a key. Shower was barley luke warm at 8:30 pm and television signal was so weak could not watch it.The restaurant staff were top notch and extremely nice.

The room we stayed in was quite nice but the bathroom was very dated. The restaurant was basic but the food was lovely. The service is good and the staff attentive.

Overnight stay only on drive to Coral bay 1/1/19.Breakfast was good.Man I spoke to when booking was not all that helpful, and could have done much better.Woman at checkin was very helpful.Room appeared clean and comfortable, although it was infested with tiny ants that crawled all over us at 2 am until we pulled the bed away from the wall. Very restless night. Reported ants to the man at checkout, who didn’t seen to care much, aside from “I’m sorry to hear that”. We left a note for the cleaners in the room. We didn’t mention the big cockroach that we had to remove from the room.New Years Day, so restaurant was closed, only room service available.All in, very average experience.

Yacht club next door had loud music with heavy bass until late at night. Ended up having to call local police about noise as we had alot of driving to do next day and a little 7 month girl who needed sleep. However breakfast was included and tasted great, they even packaged it up to go for us the night before for our early departure the next morning. Pool was great and BBQ was great as well. Room clean and fridge well stocked, however watch out as they charge you for every drink in the fridge!!

Room was clean and very spacious. We had dinner and breakfast and meals were served beautifully. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Had a wonderful time and made use of the awesome pool. Would recommend it to anyone

Not the most modern hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Rooms near the restaurant have a bit of noice. They have gluten free cereal options for breakfast, but then theres only one spoon for all the cereal, so not safe for coeliacs. Great with the self service laundry!
