Hospedaje El Viajero in Solola

Es un excelente hospedaje en relación calidad-precio. Ubicación en la calle Santander, muy cerca de todo, la atención de los colaboradores es muy buena. Solamente deberían de poner cinta antideslizante en las gradas porque la que tiene ya no sirve. Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Panajachel

Nice, comfortable, clean and good value.

Fijn dat er een keuken is, maar we vonden er wel een kakkerlak. De kamer was prima, maar ook daar liepen veel kleine mieren. Het personeel deed wat er moest gebeuren maar waren niet echt vriendelijk. Goede locatie, dichtbij alles in de buurt. Het is jammer dat er geen dakterras oid is vanaf waar je het meer kan zien. Wel een fijne tuin om in te ontspannen.

Cheap and cheerful hotel. Rooms arent of a great standard, but it was fine for one night and the staff were friendly and helpful.Keep an eye out for the hotels parrot..!

Very friendly, service is superb. Kitchen and showers available. Hot showers. Everything close by. 6 minutes from dock and 3 minutes from a great view. the Parrot 🦜 is very friendly. You can see that they do their utter best and are very friendly for domestic and foreign tourist. Explain everything clear for people that have difficulty with Spanish. Dear manager and staff you did great 😃👍

The place is accessible, great place and have all the amenities to travel. The price is fairly, approx Q190 (US$24)per night for two persons. If you stay here dont forget to say hi to the parrot.

El lugar es muy bonito. Está muy bien equipado pero el único problema es que te cobran comisión por pagar con tarjeta.

Very nice place, we just stayed for 1 night as a stop over on way to San Pedro. Its very close to the pier where most transfers will drop tourists. Its entrance is of Santander street as the current location can bring you down a dark back alley and as most transfers arrive at dark its safer to know where to go. All rooms ensuite, 3 floors, quite, quaint humble place. Small kitchen and central to a main street with lots of food options.

Excelente lugar para descansar en Panajachel, super acogedor, llenos de plantas preciosas, tranquilo, el personal muy amable y la mascota simpática jajajaAdemás está justo al lado del embarcadero para poder ir fácilmente a los demás pueblos.

Comodo hotel centrale. Pulito, comodo e tranquillo. Caffè e tè a disposizione. Piacevole piccolo giardino. Consigliato!

A nice little hotel nestled in the middle of the city. Just a couple minute walk to the docks, and close by a ton of restaurants. You cant beat the price either. The main downside for me was that the hotel didnt have screens on the windows, so I had to keep them closed so as not to be attacked by mosquitoes throughout the night. They work extremely hard for every dollar you spend there. Free water fill up stations and free umbrellas when its raining is a break extra benefit.

El lugar es bonito habitaciones limpias pero nos tocó una habitación sin luz solo la lampara de la mesita de noche que poco iluminaba la habitación, el personal poco amable pasan a la par y ni saludan nos hicieron esperar mas de 1,5 horas por la habitación la cual ya estaba lista desde que llegamos pero la persona que tomo nuestra reservacion no avisó al demás personal que ya podiamos utilizarla no hay parqueo hay que pagarlo aparte en el parqueo nos querían estafar cobrandonos más OJO con eso!En lo personal no creo volver a utilizarlo!l

Nice inexpensive clean hotel close to the lake.

Desafortunadamente muy mala experiencia, no tienen un control, horario, y políticas establecidas en el Hospedaje, agradezco la noche brindada pero me quedo con el mal sabor de boca de la estadía, además de no tenerme lista la habitación reservada con más de una semana de anticipación y depósito requerido, y como sugerencia para la persona encargada o gerente del lugar hay que capacitar al personal en temas tan básicos como la amabilidad, cuánto es un kilo, etc. Temas tan sencillos del día a día, y el no aprovecharse del turista, así sea Guatemalteco o extranjero ya que gracias a ellos mucha gente del lugar sostiene su hogar gracias a ellos, se ha perdido la conciencia y vemos a la gente como una simple fuente de ingresos.

Small hostal, very simple but delivers as a budget option and is not luxury at all, basic but clean, and there are many restaurants and several shops around since is located over one main street.

I really enjoyed my time there. Its a cozy hotel, very centric, but away from all the noise found on the Santader street. I stayed at the third floor. Its still missing a nice view from the lake, but its still very nice.

I was so disappointed with this hotel because i expected something different. The sheet didnt give me a clean feeling, it was old and worn out. I can hear anyone walking outside or talking. The only good thing is the free water bottle, good wifi, also the location, right in middle of a busy main attraction street.Dont think you getting a Motel 6 at this hotel. It is way below.. Just know what you expecting so you dont get disappointed.I booked this place last minute because all of the 3 start place sold out on the Thanksgiving wkend already.

Great location on main drag and walking distance to the lake. Room well kept with 2 beds. Has hot water, private bath. WiFi. Has laundry service available. Staff quite attentive to answer questions, give directions.

Clean well appointed rooms right in the thick of things on lower Calle Santander.My room was on the ground floor facing the courtyard and so was a bit noisy when there was any activity in the courtyard. Next time I would request a room on the second floor.The staff were all great.

Very close to the main Street(Santander). Clean and quiet, staff is friendly and no curfew. A parrot mascot-ish type of guardian will see whomever enter the premises.

Stayed totally six nites here. A small guest house with rooms with private bath. Excellent location close to everything. Nice staff despite only one can speak English. Room was clean. Strong WiFi. Shared kitchen and great free coffee.

Definitely a gem in Pana. Close to the water, off the main road a bit so its nice and quiet. Hot water, friendly staff, free coffee.. will be staying here again.

Worst place I stayed in Guatemala. Not only was the room dirty and dark, the staff couldnt so much as say hello to us or even thank us when we checked out. Theres also roosters next door that are loud starting at 4am. I wonder if ownership has recently changed past reviews seem ok. I would never stay here again under any circumstance.

Close to the lake, surrounded by shops n restaurants. Great value. They accommodated 11 of us in 3 rooms. Staff is very friendly, will definitely stay there again. They let me borrow there stroller for my 10 month baby free of charge. Had a good time.
