Had a good night stay there while we were on the three week vacation when I travel trailer

Nice place to park for the night.

My husband and I stayed here for almost a year while he was working. When I read an earlier review that the owner wasnt dog friendly I was apprehensive since we own two dogs. Im so glad I didnt let that review scare us away and I hope you wont either. Anne is a wonderful person who loves animals. As long as you are a responsible pet owner you wont have any problems! We even added a third dog to our family while staying there!! The park is very quiet and has a great community feeling. I honestly dont have anything negative to say. We enjoyed our time here and wouldnt hesitate to stay again!

Nice park

i have been here for about a week now and it has been very quiet. everyone i have met are very friendly as is the nice lady who owns the grounds! they have full hook up but no bath house.

Been here a month so far and plan on many more. Its a nice low key place. Restaurants are not far.

A nice little family rv park. No frills but clean, quiet, good rates. Full hook ups. In town and near the Air Force Base.

Good quiet place to stay, easily accessible from the highway.

I dont even know where to start. First off, the water was shut off with no warning to fix a pipe that she said has been busted for awhile now, so that explains why the water had been tasting gross. We had only been here two weeks and the sewage drain has been backed up TWICE so we had no way to drain either of our holding tanks. Third, and what ticks me off more than anything, the owner seems to make up rules as she goes about dogs. We have a 6 month old black lab that broke her leash. We knew there was a leash-law so it was no surprise when she confronted us about this. But I ended up leaving and returning home about two days ago while my fiance had to stay for work. Without me being there to watch our dog, he puts her on a 25 foot cable outside the camper and leaves her food and water bowl outside for her. Keep in mind he works 7am to approximately 10pm with only one lunch break. Well today when he got off work there was a note on the door where the owner stated a new "rule" that we had never been informed of. Apparently the dog is not allowed to even be outside without a human present, when before, it was only a "leash law". Okay Im sorry but I WILL NOT leave my lab locked up in a tiny camper for 15 hours a day. That is absolutely ridiculous. She is also threatening to call the pound if the dog is left outside again. I cannot even begin to express how feel about this horrible place. We will never be staying here again and I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. The owners will make a lot of excuses as to why their property has issues, but at the end of the day you are stuffed into spots like sardines. If you enjoy hearing your neighbors from 20 away this place is for you! The owner parked me on a spot that was known with problem, and made me move 5 days later after figuring out that the issue was directly under my trailer. Then had the nerve to say that she recommended me a different spot, while telling me to park where I did. I paid for a month, and she charged me daily rate for the 6 days I was on the spot instead of doing the right thing and prorating at the monthly rate, ultimately charging me the daily rate. Making her problem into mine. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
