Manager on 10/22/22 was awesome. My server was outstanding.

The wings are superb!!!I enjoy eating here 😋

It was a busy Friday but everyone was on their A game. Got my food super fast and it was really good.

Every time we go we spend 15 minutes and nobody goes and ask if we want something to drink or even to tell us i will be with you or something. We just end up leaving. Its been our 3rd time that happens

Handicapped parking is further than regular parking. ☹️Chairs need to be checked. Some have nails sticking out. Mgr. does such a good job, however, employees need to work better when hes away. It was like: the cat was away, so the mice played. 😒

9-14-22 330 pm.Wonderful hostess today , great nanager!service was neglectful and dismissive.Table was left dirty. Piling dishes and silverware on each other as successive items were ordered such as desert. No refills were ever offered for tea because my server was casually sitting and talking with Stacy for the duration of my meal.........SMH..

Food...meh, 1 out of 5. Waitress....trash, -100000000000000 out of 5. Waitress acted like she was doing me a favor giving me a table and asking me what i wanted to drink. Even asking for ranch,she rolled her eyes walking away. She must of thought i was blind and not see how blatantly she did it. Never again going...but hey,am a garin of salt in that restraunts ocen,they wont miss me going. Let that waitress bring down that company a customer at a time

The food is ok, but still expensive. Waiters bring the food and will come only if you ask them to. I’d rather cook my own wings and buy drinks at the corner store for 1/2 the price.

It was raining on Friday and they sat us where at a table where the roof was leaking a bit. We had just gotten our appetizers and the manager decided to move us to a table that was lopsided. We requested a different table and the roof had been leaking on that table too. We gave up, waited for our food order, and ate. The manager and our server apologized. The service was very slow and we are not going there again. I had to waive our server over several times to ask for drinks. It used to be a good place to go but it has certainly changed over the years.

Horrible their business hours say 11pm and they close at 10:30 and do last call at 10:15.No wonder their slow all the time. Really need better management.

What happen to this place food was trash waffle fries look and tasted like crackling (pork skinsbone in wing tasted horrible like the oil they fried them was old , boneless wing were hard aswell and food was cold, place smells and feels DIRTY ..This place used to be freaking awesome

Hooters was the place to go when you wanted to have some good eats and brews. Unfortunately this time was a little underwhelming for me. There is so much competition or there that Hooters hasnt really done much to compete. The food is just ok and the surroundings need to be better kept up. Youll still have a good time is just that Hooters needs to keep up with the times.

Such a kind and gentle waitress she gave a great service, on the other hand they didnt have ghost pepper the day I visited and I wanted to get knocked out by spicyness (Im an average mexican and kind of tolerate highly spicy foodanyways they gave me my order correct and it had a good ambience for chilling with my hommies

Great wings, chips and, queso. Only bad things about this place is usually the other guests with no manners who think the place is their own personal strip club and then the people walking in trying to sell you sweet cakes and balloon animals while you’re trying to enjoy your meal. Almost never been a wait for a table either.

The wait was long and the flavors were limited as it was late but the quality of the food was good. The server engaged well and the overall experience was fine.

I have visited different Hooters along the nation. Im proud to say that the one in EP is definitely in my top 3.

Terrible food, the wings and fries had no flavor. The server never came back to our table after bringing our food.

We were directed to the bar to pick up a to go order but nobody greated us while at the bar, it was like nobody saw us.. Then it took about 15 minutes for someone to ask if we were there to pick up an order and ask for our name. once we picked up the food we noticed that half of our meal was missing.Also the shrimp that we ordered was not correct.. At the same time, there was never an apology given for the mishaps, they just acted like, ole well.. I have others patrons to deal with, no big deal, lets hurry up with you guys, so we can get to the next customer.. We felt more like a number, than an actual customer

First off our server was amazing . This was my first visit along with my wife. Food was delicious and the service was awesome.

Great salad and I went at a quiet time so I was able to read my book in peace. Lovely bartender and lovely staff. I appreciate the service.

Bar food, nice and friendly staff

I came to town to see my nephew and we were looking for a place to eat and a beer.The waitress was very nice and took our picture. The food was good and the service was excellent. It was full but she kept coming by and checking on us as if we were the most important to her. By the time we left it was packed but she really made us feel good.Service seems to be her priority.

Josie is the GREATEST. Very beautiful and nice. And she can sing really well !!

The only thing they need faster service. We waited 20 minutes just to get our drink order. So by then we all knew what we wanted to eat. So she got our drink order and our entrees and still took a long time.

Great management staff, very helpful to their wait staff and very offering and helpful to us the consumers. The wing that used to be one of the best in town now have doubled in price and shrunk in size! SMH 😒🤔

I had to cancel my order because they were taking long.. I checked on my order two times and during those time the waitress was rude. Dont know why she acts all mighty, she is flat.

hooters daytona style wings hot - are out of this world!!! I cant wait to go back and order a ton more. The staff is super friendly. Dont forget to tip well!

It was horrible. I dont know whats going on with hooter now but the food was horrible really bad experience. Everything we order something was wrong with it. Food was cold, bacon was burnt, fries seemed old. Told waitress if she could warm up the wing they just threw it back in fryer and added more hot sauce. Waitress said they made new one but I doubt it.

Though food is good aggressive lazy employees make for bad service. Ari was at the top of my list on our visit today first off with items missing from the orders, attitude and while we were trying to enjoy the food practically rushing us out and demanding to know how we were paying and then ballsy enough to throw back card..Dont expect us to tip highly if you arent on top of your game its not our job to make up the rest of your hourly pay. Lately this is the norm with this particular location. . Its Hooters not huevonas

Took 30 minutes to get me order, 16 boneless and a side of fries. A couple next to me who order well after me got their food before me. Not a busy Saturday might either. Had to remind the bartenders about my food. I love this place but not acceptable.

Great friendly atmosphere.. Im never disappointed with food or service here and if a mistake is made they do there best to go above and beyond for the customer.. drink prices are a reasonable price for the experience you are getting...Tatiana was the bartender and she did a great job serving and made sure I was taken care of.. she deserves a raise in my book...5Stars

Had a terrible experience here. Waited over an hour and a half to get our food for a 4-top. Would definitely not recommend this place, especially if they are even a little busy. The manager did very little to fix the situation. We will not be returning. There are plenty of other great places to eat in El Paso. Dont waste your time here like we did.

I always come to Hooters and it is a great expierence. But tonight me and my family had the worst experience. Out waitress (taniawas bad. A custom that got sat after us ordered before us cause hadnt even taken our drink order. Then when we were going to pay our order was all wrong and she tried to blame us. We asked to look at the order she wrote down and she put the order in wrong. We had a code for free app and she didnt even apply it. Horrible

Classic wings! It’s a great place to get some drinks, hand out with friends, or even just to celebrate something. It’s the only one in town and it has been for a while. It gets pretty busy on game days and weekends, but once you’re seated it a good experience.

Well, if you want to have wings and beer...this is the place to go. The wings are not bad at all. The service was good and attentive. Hooters is great as well to watch all kinds of sports. They have tvs everywhere. Recommended.

Came too bring my wife out . And literally felt embarrassed. Wings didn’t even have meat on them . Wife said she wasn’t full after a 54.00 $ ticket . Horrible food service !!! Wings fries where cold as well

Had a great time. If you are going for some refreshments this is the place to be. Staff is very friendly, draft beer was great and the atmosphere was welcoming. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of zero. However, the wings, the very thing I was there for, is a different story! Yuck city. We ordered the hot wings which tasted funny so we decide on a second order without the breading and sauce. The wings were black on some areas, not burned but some kind of disease, and had a horrible unknown taste. We advised the waitress paid for our food and left. 😫😰😨 Next time will only come back for the drinks and service.

Would be 5 stars but they changed the cheese sauce for the fries to some gross cheese soup thing.The smoked wings are delicious

This place is really awesome for drinks with your family and friends. I enjoy going to this place.The customer service is really great in this place. The server are really good at their job. The price seems a little higher but the place wins your heart.I totally recommend you to visit and enjoy drinking in this place with your family and friends.

I ordered the chicken caesar salad, normally this box if full. This time my order came as a side salad and only 2 pieces of chicken. Very sad. When I call to complain they told me that they can fulfill my order the next day for lunch instead of fulfilling a wrong that night.

Good bar food and my favorite beer on tap (Shiner). Got only two drumettes with each 10 piece order. Stop saving them for your friends and staff! Quick turn around after order was placed.

Service was great and usually the only time I go its because Im craving crab legs. Ive tried several locations but Hooters definitely sells the best crab legs Ive had so far.

First time there and had a good time. Service, Food and drinks were really good. Customer service was on point. I highly recommend coming here. Star one of the managers there was very nice and attentived with all the customers. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Typical Hooters or so we thought! Walked in asked for a table for 8. Sat down and shorty a waitress walked by twice then came over and introduced herself. Hi, Im April Joy (Asian girl)... let the fun and games begin. We ordered drink, nothing difficult... 15 mins later, no drinks, 5 mins later April comes back. No drinks and bad news. Two of the beers were out. Fixed that 10 mins later (30 total since we satfinally get 6 out of 8 drinks and now we get to order food finally! 10 mins later we get the other two drinks, but no food... mean while our waitress has come in and out of the kitchen back and forth to the bar and a dirty table about 8 times but still no food... at the 1 hour mark; I asked for the manager... explained and I asked if there was a problem with the kitchen or if our waitress was new... not to complain... when I explained what had transpired she said she would personally go get our order... 10 mins later she brings out a tray of food. Only half of our order... she was shocked and asked the rest of us if we ordered.... of course! 10 mins later (1 hr10 mins since we sat downwith some fixes we get the last of the food and a new waitress. Thank God! Rachael (Spanish girl behind my buddy), was a champ! She took over, fixed the rest. Split the checks and made sure we were taken care of. The manager was also great, she gave us all a discount which we forwarded to Rachael. Hope she enjoys that HUGE tip from the 8 of us Im sure it was $80+... Thank you Rachael! Food was good... Beware of the other waitress.

After being here more than a couple of times, I can say that although the wings arent spicy at all and are somewhat overpriced, the Hooters taste is there. Other dishes with seafood and sandwiches are pretty good. This place is great for watching a sports event or to meet with friends. However, the experience isnt nearly as great as it was 5 years ago.

Place has a good atmosphere and staff is very friendly. Ordered sliders and hamburger, both were very tasty. Bought some of their merchandise too.

Theyve gotten so much better here. Best way to order your wings is plane with your sauce on the side so they stay crunchy! Great service today from our waitress Paulina!
